This task cost me several hours of professional time, for which Select Blinds refused to compensate me!

We ordered a replacement for an 8 year old blind. The representative found the original order and matched the color, size and quality very quickly and the price was very similar to the original price. We ordered it, and then added another replacement with a blackout option. The size was easily matched on our 8 year old order. Our order arrived very promptly( within 2 weeks) all d the original mounting brackets fit the new blinds perfectly! Tremendous company!

We ordered two sets of vertical blinds the end of August but no extensions were sent in shipment to make blinds sit out from the wall so blinds are laying on the floor while we wait for parts to arrive.

I wired up to 45 minutes on hold for Customer Service before I hung up.
Used the assistance of their inside designer and a set of my shades were 20" short. Had to pay an additional $120 although I paid for their insurance. Is been 3 weeks and have not received the remakes.
I order a motorized shade, received a manual shade. I explained to the designer why it was needed, I can't reach to close, because it sits behind the kitchen sink.
I couldn't upload the required picture. So i don't have resolution yet.

The blinds we bought are great! They fit perfectly in our windows and look great with our new paint!
I have yet to open the box, but our replacement order arrived very quickly!
It's was amazing to be able to try different blind colors through the samples. We did several rounds of samples and finally found the right match for our room! The blinds came quickly and were easy to install.
Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
