Our custom blinds were made and shipped earlier than expected. I wasn't able to get the motorized blinds to work. Tech support wasn't able to resolve the problem over the phone. They emailed a troubleshooting guide. Within 5 minutes the blinds were working. The wand was in Sleep Mode. I think the troubleshooting guide should be included with every motorized blinds shipment!
We got these to replace a damaged set (that came with the house); impressed by the quality and easy of install.

The only issue was the lengthy delay receiving the blinds. They appear to ship from China on a very slow boat.

The blinds were incorrect and i spent 20 minutes on hold and then hung up and 20 mins on chat eith no one catting.
Good zebra blinds by Levolor, easy to install, works well, adjustable bands allow for a variety of light shades options.
After we placed the order, we were considering adding more blinds from your company, then noticed a $56 price reduction on the order placed about a week ago. So we called SelectBlinds to make a price adjustment. But they refused. That was a bad feeling so we canceled any additional orders from them

This would have been 5-Stars - other than when I ordered them they didn't have the color I wanted. The NEXT day, they were back in stock, but I'd already ordered. And couldn't cancel. But they look pretty good.

They aren't wood flux as stated. When raising all the way up they don't hang level. You have to keep raising and lowering to get the blinds level to see thru
