Ordered two replacement blinds because two that I ordered before warranty was extended to 5 years broke. Waited for the Black Friday pricing because there was no way I was paying normal prices for replacements, even after some minimal discounting. Messed up and gave the wrong shipping address. I was repeatedly told there was nothing that could be done to update the address. On the day the blinds were delivered a day earlier that the delivery date to the wrong address, customer service told me I could pay $21 to have the blinds redirected.
They fit perfectly and easy Install. Saved money on hiring someone and now my livingroom bay window looks great and updated with my new blinds
There was a part missing from one blind. We contacted customer service and they says the placed the order for the part and it wound arrive in the mail. It's now been 3 weeks or more and still no part. You can see our conversation on your chat. I sent a photo of the part to the chat. So we cannot finish hanging out blinds. 😢

Measuring my windows for new blinds was a breeze since they describe it well AND provide a tutorial video on the website. The blinds arrived on time and were packaged well. Easy to install 4 blinds in an afternoon with two people. Highly recommend!

I was pleased with my first purchase so returned to order when blinds were needed in another room. I appreciate the selection and the quality.
Instructions are clear on website, however we have one window that needed 5 spaced out measurements due to design flaws and I need to have order for that window corrected.

My blinds were not provided with the appropriate mounting hardware and it took 3 weeks to have the hardware sent. Through the process there were no updates on shipment and I contacted customer service 4 times before they were able to provide me with any update on the shipment. Each time I called customer service there was a 30-45 minute wait to speak to anyone.

Quality of the product is good but service is very poor. I ordered a cellular blackout blind from them that arrived about 10 days after the order but did not have appropriate mounting hardware included. I both called and chatted with them on the website and they put in orders to have the hardware sent but it never went through or was shipped and it has been over a week. They similarly just keep saying it will come but they do not. If you do have issues with the product provided they do not seem to provide adequate assistance.
For the price, the blinds tend to break & a bit brittle & the measurements I ordered width wide are short for my windows. They've always been 72 inches wide, but the blinds run short.

This was my second time using select blinds and it was a horrible experience. One of the measurements were off and a motorized blind needed troubleshooting. Spent over 2 hrs on the phone trying to resolve only to be advised to record myself performing the same troubleshooting steps. I still haven't gotten a replacement for the defected product and multiple attempts to get someone on the line again has been impossible.
Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
