We liked our original order 4 years ago, so we ordered again for our new addition to our home.
I ordered 6 bamboo no string blinds. They were easy to install, look great, and arrived after 3-4 weeks. Most of that time was due to being stuck in customs since these are made in Mexico. The push up/pull down feature works very well and no strings are hanging that could cause a safety hazard.
I was disappointed after my blinds were hung as they rise and fall on a slant, they're very crooked. They do not roll up evenly. Just because they were relatively inexpensive, doesn't justify the fact that they are poorly made.
Ordering was easy and intuitive, with good instructions regarding measuring properly. The samples I ordered arrived about 10 days later (too long!) There was good communication about where my blinds were in the process and shipping was rapid. Here comes the problem - the metal chain does not work smoothly, and it's way too short. It's impossible to raise my blinds all the way up. They stop when they are about 18" from the top. I've submitted a request for help (warranty service) and have yet to hear back. (It IS the holiday season, so the delay may be acceptable.) I hope I can come back and tell you that Select Blinds took care of the problem - stay tuned.

I NEEDED my shades put up for Christmas bc that didn't happen. I finally get these parts and they aren't even secure- just rolling around in a Fed Ex bag and there are TWO missing! How am I supposed to put up my TWO Roman shades with only TWO brackets?! I need 4. Furthermore, when a customer pays over $2,000 for 5 William Morris Roman shades the least you can do is LISTEN and send the right replacement parts in a speedy fashion!

The blinds arrived in good condition and were easy to install. They fit our windows properly and are truly 'blackout', as advertised.

Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
