I had ordered all my blinds with Select Blinds.
They provide wonderful service and quality products.
This is the second time we have worked with Select Blinds. We ordered a motorized roller shade for our bathroom and absolutely love it so of course we returned when we decided to get motorized blinds for our living room. We have two very large windows that are in full sun for most of the day in the summer. Even though we have insulated curtains that we don't open in the summer you can literally feel the heat radiating from them and in spite of the central air running the living room would climb up to 78 some days. I did some research and determined that honeycomb blinds would be the best choice for insulating these windows and since we already had a great experience with Select Blinds, we went straight back to them. We ordered motorized, no drill, black-out honeycomb blinds. They arrived soon and we proceeded to install them. The first one went up smoothly and performed perfectly. We had an issue with the second blind that turned out to be a manufacturing defect of some kind that prevented the blind from going up and down properly. I contacted Select Blinds about it and sent videos at their request. They later sent me an email that the blind could not be repaired and would be replaced. The next day I could see on my order that a remake had been ordered. A week or so later we received the replacement and installed it. Works perfectly! We were somewhat concerned that the colors wouldn't be the same but they are exactly the same as far as the eye can tell. We love the blinds and could immediately tell that there was no heat radiating from the windows once the blinds were installed. Now, we didn't get them until November so we don't know how much difference we'll see in the hottest part of the summer but I'm confident that there will be a huge difference in our living room! We will definitely order from Select Blinds if we decide to do any other windows and would definitely recommend them to others!
We bought a motorized Select Blackout roller blind for our bathroom. We have a large glass block window in the far side of a tub alcove. You'd have to stand in the tub to operate anything not motorized so this was perfect. Fast, professional, perfect quality. We had an outside blind with cassette installed in 15 minutes. It does a great job of blocking too much light! Highly recommend!
Received the product but cannot use until the missing remote is sent. Called customer service but have not heard back about the missing remote
I order the blind and the lack of quality to the valance looks like something you would find in a cheap hotel. I reached out numerous time to Select Blinds and as of today I have a $650 paperweight.

I ordered from Select Blinds in 2018 that was all good too. This year I decided to update plus add two new blinds to my dining room. I ordered samples to ensure color matches. I measured, twice or three times. Input all the data on the website. Ordered what I wanted. When the blinds came in they were packed so well. Extra care was taken to the corners. All the pieces were there. No problems. Installed within 10 minutes. Color looks great, fit is excellent. Look around and you'll be back to order from Select Blinds, after looking at other places. I have ordered many blinds from you. The first order was for two blinds for windows on doors, and two room darkening blinds for a bedroom. The door blinds were installed right away and work well. The bedroom blinds are discussed below.
Then I ordered 4 blinds, 2 for a living room and 2 for a kitchen/dining room. Unfortunately one of the living room blinds did not open and close smoothly like the other living room blind did. Fortunately Select Blind sent out another set for us which works perfectly now.
And my last two orders were for blinds for a bathroom and another room darkening blinds for a bedroom. We have not installed these yet but hope to do so in the next few weeks.
We were finally able to install the first set of bedroom blinds after having them for more than a year, but discovered we did not have enough room for an inside mount. We will have to get creative to secure the mounts better inside the window. And then the shades do not quite darken the room completely as the sides do not go directly to the edge of the window. I thought I had also included in the order something that was suppose to solve this problem but it wasn't included in the box. I will have to follow up on this and see what can be done as my son works nights and need an absolutely dark room to sleep during the day.
I have been very satisfied with the products we received, the help we needed when requested, and the prompt replacement of a shade when the corded lift did not work as it should.

I order the blinds not knowing that the pieces to hang the blinds wasn't sold with them. So I had to just buy it a Walmart but very inconvenient

Come really fast packed so they are not ruined easy to install
Everything was fine. The vertical blinds were easy to install. Nothing more to add.
Love our new blinds. They add such a statement to our kitchen/dining area. I did not love that they were more opaque than expected and the back strings were visible through the front. That was solved by leaving them drawn up most of the time. Overall, we love them! Installation was easy and the fit was perfect.

I have ordered fabric shades twice before, was very pleased with them. This time the product seems changed. The shades will not clip in, despite being level and aligned properly. I need to return the, as they are just hanging on the top part and hang at an angle and will come down when trying to lower them why did you change a perfectly good system? I'd it ain't broke, don't fix it. If I can't return them will have to nail or glue them up somehow. Please call me.
Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
