Ordered roller shades for our new three season porch. Ordered 9 shades total - one for each of the three windows on three sides of the porch. They fit perfectly - length and width. Installation took us a bit, but they look so nice up.
I like the width and curve of each blind. I like the quality. The header is much bigger than for a mini blind and when you do an inside sill install, you may have more obstructed view than expected. We accurately measured width for an inside install, but the blinds arrived 1/2 inch shorter. There is a gap between the sill and blind now. We did contact customer service but was advised there would be no refund since we didn't buy the insurance.
I ordered samples, and they came quickly; measuring was also straightforward. However, they do not look as nice as the pictures. The motors for the roller shades are at the end - not separate that you have to mount behind, so there is a bigger space on the right side of the window than on the right because the motor side is bigger. Also - they have an antenna sticking out of the motor, so you also have a big antenna that is not hidden easily - especially because I did reverse roll and no box because I wanted a small profile. I also ordered a tan material and all my shades came gray. It is the same texture, just the wrong color, and the fabric is nice, just the wrong color. I reached out; they said they would escalate the issue for me, and it has been crickets ever since. I put the shades up because I needed window coverings, and one of the motors isn't working. They were easy to program following the video descriptions, but some would respond to the remote more readily than others. I would have to try from all different angles.
I ordered one set of blinds for my office after outfitting my entire house. These remain excellent and versatile blinds. I'd say their shipping turnaround has improved over the years and the quality is the as good or better!
Plus, they are exceptionally easy to install.
Ordered a wood blind, the tilt rod was plastic and not the same color as the blind.

We ordered the blinds in the past. Due to cats and kids we had to reorder the exact same blinds- architect 1 inch. We love the self lift and drop, the materials, etc. The issue we had was our wand was originally on the right side, but the replacement was on the left. Before re-ordering, we spoke with a rep hoping they could help us re-order the exact blinds with no room for error. They said they added it to our cart. We proceeded to checkout without worry or concern. The blinds arrived in a reasonable amount of time. They looked great with one exception: the wand was now on the left side. This sounds harmless enough, but the area were this blind goes is unreachable on the left side. This is why the original was in the right. We can not twirl the blinds open. I contacted customer service and the said they would not remake it unless i fully purchased another set. They offered 10% off what I paid and took absolutely no responsibility for ordering a different at of blinds, even though they assured us the same blinds were in our cart. We actually ordered two different windows. Both arrived with a misplaced wand, but the second one was still reachable. I had to pay to replace the blinds again because not being able to use the blinds properly would drive us crazy. We just wanted to let everyone know to check your order 10 times if necessary, especially if the rep assists. Otherwise this is a product we would recommend. The blinds last for years with normal use.

Nice product - happy with materials and construction. Installation instructions were great and everything went without a hitch!
I ordered the item, and it arrived on time as planned. One product was great—I could install it easily because the brackets were fine, and the quality was decent.
However, the other two sheer blinds don't fit correctly in the brackets. I watched videos and tried troubleshooting, but nothing worked. There's no option to speak to a human over the phone, which made things even more frustrating.
I contacted customer service via online and later with SMS text, and they asked me to send videos and photos. I sent them, and they responded, saying we will order a new brackets and they'd get back to me within 24 to 48 hours after consulting the factory, which is apparently located outside the USA (possibly Taiwan or another country).
They never contacted me back. After waiting a few days, I followed up and was asked the same questions, so I sent the videos again. I got the same response—"We'll contact you within 24 to 48 hours." This cycle has repeated for weeks now, with no resolution. Still asking for videos and photos. The same process... and they won't contact back...
My two sheer blinds are still sitting uninstalled, and I'm extremely disappointed with the service provided by SelectBlinds. The "100% satisfaction guarantee" they advertise is completely misleading. I regret trusting that claim—it was a big mistake.

I ordered cordless blinds that were light filtering and later decided I wanted black out. I simply wanted to ask the support team if another set would work on the ask brackets. But I could tell the language barrier preventing the service team from being able to answer my question. I took an educated guess and bought the black out blinds and they fit nicely but the quality of them is nothing to brag about. They don't spring back well, and I wouldn't recommend this company for their product Quality or customer service.

The price of the blinds were excellent. However, after putting them up they are not satisfactory. The up and down mechanisms don't work evenly or smoothly. You cannot simply slide the blind open but have to try 2 or 3 times before you get to the top. As I own about 10 blinds from a different manufacturer I know what is good or not. I cannot recommend those even though the price was too good to be true.

Easy ordering after reviewing free samples. Easy installation. Too awhile to receive after ordering though.
Great measuring information, appreciated the samples that I ordered. It made the selection process much easier. So easy to install.
We had other blinds like these but they wore out. These blinds were the perfect fit and color. We received the blinds in less than a week. Price was also great
I measured wrong and got the wrong color And my room darkening blinds have a gap on either side that makes them not blackout. Each blind is custom so I have 2 I can't use now. I'm bummed! My advice is get samples before you order and make sure you know what you are ordering.
Better prices than anywhere else and easy shopping
Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
