I signed up for a website which, without prior knowledge of the quality, I was disappointed with. Within 24 hours I contacted SegPay, esxpressing my disappointment and within a matter of hours later, I had been given a full refund.
Response was quick and accurate. Help advise to make sure if I get a prepaid card that it is good for online and international charges. So now I just need to head to walmart and get a gift card.

I requested the refund and they simply evaded the refund and said that until Paypal gave the resolution, which Paypal says that they must do, then they just passed the problem to each other and I am left without my money until someone deigns to solve it in Paypal now escalates it since Segpay did not want to only respond to the request sent, and I must wait to see if Paypal manages to reimburse me but in the status it appears that it is waiting for a response from Segpay to proceed...

For some reason my subscription was cancelled. The day I subscribed my bank required me to confirm the transaction which I did. Soon after the site did not allow my crededials. I wrote...and received no response!
