Perhaps a bit unfair in my rating. Three credit/debit cards failed to go through for renewal and the advice was just to go back to the providers. In fact one contacted me to verify the transaction so I tried yet again and this time no problem

My problem was, that I did not get a confirmation after joining, so I wasn't able to cancel my membership. After the chat I was told I AM cancelled now and I would get a confirmation about it. But still I did NOT get any mail from you. So the case is not solved for me! This is a major problem and will make me hesitate to join via SegPay, when I never know the problems coming with that.

Ending subscriptions has oroven to be sticky with even the best know corporation.
It appears Segpay will indeed terminate my subscription until I wish to renew it,

They gave me a very Good service for the speed of the revoke of transaction

It was easy to send a message detailing my issue. They investigated and resolved the matter to my satisfaction efficiently and over the christmas holidays.

Mistakenly billed for an annual subscription, wrote an email, same-day response, and immediate refund. Friendly, polite, considerate personnel.

I had 2 transactions that I thought were monthly. I contacted SEGPAY and their rep let me know they were one time. These charges are legit.

Unable to get help with renewing subscription. As it turned out, by some some unknown miracle, it was solved anyway.
Apart from that it's ok.

Accidentally ordered something and was able to cancel order and get full refund

When i purchased the product, i got an email saying i paid for one year subscription. I didnt see any recurring payments added to the bill. Be carefull!

Signed up for a month. Cancelled online, was charged anyway. Protested the charge, was asked to jump through hoops.

I got charged two times, got refunded by one and my membership was taken away, so now I'm having to contact my credit card to try to refund my prejudice.

Segpay issued a refund for me swiftly, but it was for money taken when I didn't spot that I had to opt out of membership to a site - that's really not on.

Asked 3 times why I was seeking a refund with no other response.
