I emailed your *******@segpay.com about cancelling a subscription on 1/1/24. The agent i spoke to told me that the account I was trying to cancel was non-recurring and I would not be billed again. I had recently gotten an email saying the account would renew, which is why I attempted to cancel the account. Because of the email, I asked the agent again if I would be re-billed, referring to the email I received. The agent assured me I would not be billed. I was then re-billed on 1/3/24. When I contacted the agent again, she denied that I had been billed. I sent her a screenshot of the proof that I had been rebilled, and she continued to deny that I had been billed despite it showing on my PayPal account and having a Segpay transaction ID proving that it occured. It has now been 3 days with no response and I haven't been refunded.
They agent passed off the problem to my bank and did not offer any alternatives.

There was two transactions instead of one. Contacted Segpay, who opened a ticket and then quickly responded with the resolution. They advised how quickly the reimbursement would take. Happily the reimbursement was very quick.

I cannot look into my old canceled account for 2 reasons: 1) I think as of January 1st I'm no longer allowed into it since I canceled. 2) even if I could I have no idea what my username and password was in order to see how much money was in my account from customers. I know I had somewhere between. $24-$30 in there that I couldn't take out because it was below your minimum but now that I e canceled I've been trying to find out where that money is but no one seems to know.
