Cancellation of subscription

I advised that I did not wish to auto renew my subscription in July this year. I received a confirmation email the next day informing me that the subscription had been cancelled but that I would be able to access the site until 20 July when my membership ended

J jast answer many time, but you dont' understend j dont understend why when j want one and only one site; age beaty you gime me adult time for 147 dollar and another subscription whre j pay more or less 35 dollars every mouth why? I requested a full refund and in response you only refund me 5 dollars but you could have kept them or at least stuck them up your $#*! you are unreliable and not honest and I intend to report you and spread everything on the web if you don't give me the money back

I had reoccurring charge in my bank account that I did not recognized but I remember seeing something about "not cancelling" and automatically being billed. So I called my bank, got the number and Segpay immediately took care of it
