The deduction made was not clear to me because of a very obscure description that did not ring any bells. Provided with code and invoice number it was switly cleared up. Posting a review through the other link I got proved impossible, cannot use my postal code and phone number, probably because some idiot doesn't understand the global economy and international codes and phone number.
The service was amazing and understanding. Told me that my refund request has been accepted and my money will be back in 10 or less business days. Thank you so much.

I`ve purchased "TMW" on Jan 4th for 30 days using paypal and my email address, but I didn`t receive a confirmation mail with my purchase ID. I`ve sent you two emails asking for this ID, ticket #CS*******.
I can not cancel my subscription without my purchase ID! Have I made a mistake?

I was unable to locate the subscription using the two items process, primarily because I didn't realize the e-mail being requested was the one tied to my PayPal account (which I used to pay for the subscription) and not the e-mail I used for the actual account. The CSrep clued me into this fact and I was able to get in quickly.
This site charged my account without my approval in which it took money from my PayPal account that's connected to an empty account on purpose. By this unauthorized charge, it put that empty account upside down charging an additional $29 fee on top of the charge. I asked for a refund in which it was given but didn't receive the funds to cover the fees that occurred due to the unauthorized charge.
Customer service response to individual billings for unwanted subscriptions (which are horrifyingly easily to accidentally create, but I guess that's the business model) is satisfactory, but the first two times I contacted them, I asked for a list of all my subscriptions under the same email so I could review what happened, and I never received this.
