Mais vous avez réagi aussitôt suite à ma réclamation et je vous en remercie.
Ce qui me déplaît c'est que la personne a réglé sur un site (j'ai voulu savoir ce que c'était mais n'ai pas ouvert ce site évidemment) que je ne fréquente pas et qui est malsain.

It has been nearly two weeks since Segpay agreed to refund my subscription.
I am still waiting.
All i wanted to do was cancel my subscription got way to may emails just want to cancel thats all
I didn't realize my subscription auto renewed and asked for a refund after I canceled and they gave it to me right away without question!

I provided screen shots of everything asked for, and they kept saying they couldn't find my information. I finally took the time to try to log in myself and canceled.
