I recently purchased a monthly subscription to Holed. Then I accidentally upgraded to the network site access. I requested that the upgrade be reversed and wanted to keep my membership to Holed. Instead you cancelled both and only refunded me for the upgrade. I followed up multiple times with this information. But the issue hasn't been fixed. Please reinstate my Holed membership or refund me. Dealing with you guys has been a nightmare.

I realized after too long a time that my credit card was charged double every time I purchase coins. I contacted the company, told them my problem & they said they would investigate & get back to me within a short time. I think after 6 or 8 weeks I had nor reply so I inquired & they had nothing to tell me. Obviously I am not at all happy not getting the refunds I should be getting.
