My membership got canceled while I didn't ask for it (I suspect that it was because my card needed to be changed/updated), and when I reached the support to fix this (the membership to the rest of the network was tied to the continuation of the main membership), they simply replied they couldn't do anything for this. Very useful support... I lost 120€ (the price to get access again to the rest of the network) because of their incompetence.

It was stated in the manhunt.net sign up that the payment will show on the credit card statement as something generic but certainly not manhun.net. Well, that is not true, it not only appears but it has the manhunt logo. On top of that I HAVE NEVER BEEN ABLE TO SEE THE MOVIES. I HAVE COMPLAINED BEFORE BUT NOTHING EVER HAPPENS.

When I tried to cancel a subscription the website directed me to Segpay, because that is who it was billed through. However, the website provided inadequate information to look up my transaction with Segpay, and I never got a receipt from the website provider.
Segpay customer service helped me find the transaction information and cancelled the monthly subscription payments. It just took a few emails.
Both the company I made a purchase with and Segpay said the other one was supposed to give a refund. If you are going to provide payment services to businesses make sure you have policy in place for refunds so customers don't have to go back and forth with 2 different companies to get their money back. Terrible experience overall.
