Charged for a service that was canceled after 2 days of subscribing. Customer service has been of no help at all.
I signed up for a site on Jan 14 for $29.95. Since then I have two more charges I did not authorize, contacted them, all I get is "cancelled". But I never subscribed to anything else.
Then, yesterday, I saw a pending charge from them, that's three fraudulent charges in a week.
Ive already contacted my bank and started a dispute.
DO NOT let them get your credit card numbers, there is nothing stopping them from charging over and over again. My proof of purchase is actually the first two fraudulent charges.
The videos on the site didn't work so I guess I lost the money. Lucky it was only on trial basis.
