I've sent segpay multiple emails asking them to refund my recent deduction for the feetfinder membership I've canceled and they've sent me feedback/review emails but there's still no reflection of money in my account.

Subscription had been canceled for a long while then it auto renewed anyways so I had to cancel again and they won't refund. I will not recommend
They have all the necessary information to process the billing correctly, but whenever I call to cancel, they request details about the account. They insist that without the billing number, ticket number, and email (which they already have), they cannot proceed with the cancellation.

I think it's on purpose. I was wrongly billed by segpay. They did not include the biller's name or website on my account charged. I didn't make this charge. They couldn't even tell me who did it when I gave them all the details they asked for. Their last request from me was to provide them with the biller's name! That's the only thing I wanted from them because it was not offered to me by them or my bank. Fraudulent activity. If they don't know who did it. It must be them!

I recieved a confirmation number that my account was canceled, I have no way to log in to my account to verify it is canceled and deleted. I had already canceled this service when i decided it wasn't a good fit and then a year goes by and i get charged the annual fee.
Great follow up and closing of the investigation. I strongly urge Segpay to work with your clients to ensure that clear identification of the vendor is made clear when using PayPal. I had no idea what this transaction involved: vendor, billing company, etc. That lack of information triggers suspicion that the transaction is illegitimate and diminishes consumer confidence with that billing vendor.
