Made an inquiry and I received a response to my inquiry very quickly.
We are continuously talking to Segpay but none of my problems are getting solved. We even made the UPI payment but still did not get any token. Even after complaining, nothing was done.
I sent an email and they responded within a few hours and helped me resolve my issues

There is no way when trying to search stuff that you have the information in front of you. It's hard work to get any information. Wait for feedback and the delays can be very long.
I am being charged every 90 days for something. I don't know what is. I can't find out what it is, but I have to request a cancellation from you guys, which is beyond the belief. This needs to be canceled. Not questioned.

Why am I being charged all these fees? I paid a one year subscription price in January for MenatPlay! I have never authorized any other charges!

I didn't experience the site so much bc when I paid I really didn't fell like it no more so I asked a refund they told me 5/7 bussiness day it's been 10 day since not including the weekend and I still didn't get my money back
I needed something done, asked for a confirmation once it was taken care of. It was taken care of quickly, and I indeed received that confirmation. All good!
I had taken one subscription for which resolution is not done till date
I contacted Segway customer service about being charged for a service that i did create & activate but since i only paid $1.00 & just for a 1day trial subscription, I agreed to not be charged & thought & was under assumption that I deactivated or deleted the account because I couldn't add the charge for weekly much less monthly or longer! I would greatly appreciate it if someone would assist me thats in the higher departments! I have really never authorized or approved for my active bank account to be charged for the segpay account but for just $1.00 not the $1.00 & $17.95 that offered & declined but was charged to my account anyways so thank you & I'd like a response back!
While checking my PayPal account I noticed 2 unknown names and charges. I reported it to PayPal and they just replied after checking that case was closed. I emailed you all and received a reply within hours and problem was resolved.
