Secure.serve

If this does not scare you, Im not sure what will. I transferred my entire balance from my subaccount to my main account over 24 hours ago. It disappeared. When I contacted AMEX Serve they told me it was a know issue and they were working on it. Now on day 2 with no money they are telling me it could be up to 24 more hours. Right here when I WAS leaving to go out of town for Christmas. I have been with these people for 6 years. This is the final straw.

Purchased prepaid card to pay an important bill on a Friday morning. It would not process the payment stating funds not available. I had just loaded $200 on it and registered with Serve online. The rep said I had to go back to where I got it and they had to fix it, that they never sent it but it was showing in my new serve account so it was there. They kept hanging up on me. Then an error charge for $239 was sent and there was only 100 because i put 200 aside and rather than reject it, they held all available funds f $93 and are still holding for unknown reasons. There is no email to send proof and the one rep refused to put a supervisor on and the rudeness was insane. I will prob never see my money at this rate. Just say NO to the serve card!

This card is absolute garbage. You cannot get a hold of customer service and when you do they claim they cannot hear you and hang up. You go through a phone pyramid of trying to talk to other people. Then the problem that you are trying to find on both their app and their website but have answers but no links do not work. They say that they don't offer certain Services when 100% it is listed at least six times on their site that I counted and at least two times on their app. Seriously beware it is nothing but sure garbage and a waste of time

Cannot use where I want.no atms within 60 miles. Steer clear of this card.no customer service you can talk to. Customer service sucks

Worst card in the world. Customer service is a joke. Activation horrible then you have to register your card which is totally horrible. I don't even want to give it 1 star.

I swear that I really felt that anything having to do with American Express couldn't be anything but great well I was wrong they have taken money from me they have put money on hold and when purchase was incomplete they did not put it back in my mail and my available money they have did ATM withdrawals that I did not make and the dates on which I done things made purchases pay bills are not dates that I've actually done them I tell you stay away from this card I actually thought that I was doing something wrong I wasn't calculating my money correctly until I looked at my statements which I couldn't get for some reason after a couple of months made my balance a negative and when I called to find out why this was happening I was told to do it dispute I do a dispute they take the money out of my check my next check after the $80 negative and take it but no record of where it went on my statement I am telling you that do not please do not this is the worst card they have taken a lot of money from me and when I called to try and talk about the issues I get hung up on it's awful I'm disabled I'm on SSI and I don't understand how they got away with it I just don't understand and when I called the central office to American Express big connected me right back to the same number that they would hang up on me from after telling American Express that I was getting nowhere with them so yeah stay away stay far away.

I had 70 unauthorized charges on my card, viewed all my transactions online, also when I finally was able to speak with a representative (after then pretending they couldn't hear me several times & hanging up on me) who also went over all the disputed transactions with me on her end I filed a claim, days later all of the fraudulent disputed transactions were removed from my online banking activity log, I called customer support asking where did my disputed transactions on my banking activity log go the representative said no worries they will take care of it, I waited up to the 45 day wait period for fraud claim resolution to only get an email today the 45th day that my claim was denied because these charges were authorized. These charges over $1000 were not authorized, and I will have to submit a letter in writing to view how their resolution decision was made. I will have to seek an attorney over this scam Serve Ameeican Express cardholder. I do not recommend this cardholder!

I bought a card for 30.00 I couldn't use it but they charged me 7.00 monthly maintenance payment. How would you charge me that money if I had use all my money at store that day... and the customer service hang up on me

I lost my card while traveling and needed a card for incidentals at a hotel. After checking out the hotel released funds to serve, immediately as the manager of the hotel is known to family. Serve then held My $ for 30 days for some assanine reason, which can only be explained is they wanted my $ to collect interest for them. Finally I get half the $ back, only then to be charged 7.95 for the ability to do nothing with the card. I called many times and the operators should work at the DMV with how rude, absolutely unprofessional and lacking in any knowledge as far as problems go with this derilict card. A Express serve card is garbage I would never, and I mean EVER use this pile again. I wouldn't even recommend this hunk of stank to my worst enemy. American express should be embarrassed for even associating themselves with such trash! They will steal your $ and laugh about it to you on the phone after you hold for 20 mins only to then be hung up on! IF I COULD GIVE THIS CARD A -55.49 the amount that somehow vanished I would. ABSOLUTE GARBAGE, YOUR BETTER OFF WITH BASICALLY ANY OTHER CARD AVAILABLE...

I got the Serve American Express prepaid debit card to save me a little money in bank fees for when I need to pull money out from Thailand. But it will not let me on the computer website or the app site since I am here. I called them and they said I can do everything by phone. Also I think the call centers from another country. When she was talking to me I can hear chickens in the background. That takes such a long time that this is a terrible card to use if you cannot get on to their website and check things out and transfer money. It is useless to me cause it will take so much time to always call them and do things they should have a secure website to go to. It must show that they could be a cheap company and don't have good firewalls. I will be pulling my money out and cancelling my cards. Please read other reviews on other websites this is not the card to use in my opinion. I usually read reviews one time I didn't and this is what I've had to go through. Read reviews please.

You buy the debit card and they take all money you put on the card. And they toke my information and open account without my authorization.
Don't make a mistake like me and buy this card. I really I don't know how Visa and American Express work whit this fake company Serve...

Serve visa pay as you go debit card is the worst! I chose the pay $1 per order. If you buy from Temu DO NOT USE THIS CARD! Serve charges me $1 for each item and not for total order! I had 50 items in one order and they charged me $50! Apparently this has been going on since Nov. 2022. I've had several deaths in the family and non-stop things going on and never noticed. You would think that they'd actually catch on but I guess when it comes to them making THERE money and not the CUSTOMER saving there's they don't care! Do not purchase on Temu with this card. The fee for using the card cost 2x the amount of most items I've purchased. Money doesn't go far when your disabled and only receiving disability. I gave it 1 star because there isn't an option to give it O.

There is no way to speak to a live person about anything. When I call the serve American express card it is still saying that I have not verified my email address and I will not be able to use a atm or my Taxes I am patiently waiting for. Tells me to look for a welcome email. That I have received 3 times but still it says I haven't completed the set up of my new card and account... I wish I had look at these comments before I got the card. SO EVERYBODY DO NOT GET THE SERVE CARD ITS NO GOOD THERE IS NO HELP IF U NEED IT. A WASTE OF TIME. I STILL HAVE NO IDEA WHAT I AM SUPPOSED TO DO...

IF YOU HAVE AN AMERICAN EXPRESS SERVE CARD YOU ARE IN FOR A RUDE AWAKENING. MONEY HAS BEEN MISSING FROM MY ACCOUNT SINCE LAST NIGHT DUE TO TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES. AT THIS POINT 11/26/15@ 12:25 PM EST YOU CANT EVEN GET THROUGH ON THE TELEPHONE! HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN... IM DONE!
