Hands off people, they are scammers. My boy wanted to see today the game between FC Barcelona and Las Palmas and they stoped us cause the Tickets were fake. They broke my son s heart, that was the Present for his Birthday

The tickets were due to arrive online one day before the concert by 8pm (Mika in Paris on 25th March), and did not arrive. I contacted the help desk, which was very robotic and did not directly answer my questions. I wrote to say that they had missed the deadline to give me the tickets (8pm the night before), and that i would have to buy other tickets separately instead (bearing in mind that they have to be printed out and i have to travel to the venue). With 1h13min to spare before the concert STARTED, they uploaded tickets to the website and therefore will not issue a refund. I could not use these tickets because they couldn't be printed off in time. I have complained already on the whatsapp chat (which basically did not acknowledge my complaint), and on their website via email (and have not heard back here yet).
I would NOT recommend using this service, they are extremely unreliable and do not fulfil their obligations of delivering tickets by the time they state.

Sadly read the reviews after parting with my money for 2 tickets to a concert. On the day Seatsnet were responding to my WhatsAppt messages telling me "rest assured 100% my tickets will arrive up to one hour before the event", so I made the decision to travel to the event. No tickets arrived and all the communication then stopped. I had to take my very upset and disappointed 14 year old home. Seatsnet responded the next day to my message " rest assured the accounts team will respond to me after 48 business hours" surprise surprise no contact has been made. Seatsnet should not have assured me the tickets would be there on the day. They are not selling an item but an experience which once missed can not be replaced. Its criminal and they need to be investigated. I would like my £203 back plus travel but that will not compensate for the upset they caused. I will post here any updates about my refund

Save yourself a lot of stress and disappointment, do not use this company. I wish I had read the reviews beforehand. Booked two tickets for Real Madrid-Seville game, however before doing so I sent a message to Seatsnet informing them that I was attending with my young son and needed the tickets together. Their first reply (and I am pasting it) was "We guarantee tickets in pairs for ANY section EXCEPT our section single tickets. Single tickets are not guaranteed to be placed in pairs". After booking the tickets I sent another message to confirm, and received this response, "Yes, for the section you have now the tickets will be in a pair (together)." So imagine my suprise when I received the tickets 5 hours before the game and they were in completely different sections. I explained, via message, that these tickets were useless and I would not be able to attend the game. No response. I didn't use the tickets and had an extremely disappointed son. Unsurprisingly, despite several messages, I have had no response from the company. There are several other far more reliable companies out there, use them or I guarantee you will be disappointed!

I bought a ticket to the rugby game Scotland v Italy in Rome. The ticket I bought was on section 10B row 7 and was supposed to have been a digital ticket which was to be uploaded the day before the game. The night before the game I contacted customer services as the ticket had not been uploaded and they kept responding telling me not to worry as having my ticket delivered timely was their priority. One hour before the game they phoned to tell me I had to go and pick up my ticket from a venue nearby the stadium and then I was given a ticket on 48B row 39. I told him that wasn't my ticket and he said he was just the 'delivery guy' and to take it up with the company. He proceeded to show me multiple tickets on that same section. Immediately after I received another call telling me I had been given as per their T&C's a similar seat, which was clearly not true, and as I had accepted the ticket I had no right to complain or ask for a refund. So basically they buy the cheapest tickets in bulk, sell them at extortionate prices offering fake seats and then claim you have agreed to that as per their T&C's. Completely ruined my trip and my whole experience in Rome causing unnecessary stress. All in all a total scam and would recommend to everyone to avoid!

(ORDER ID #*******) I bought 2 tickets for the Real Madrid Sevilla match for 305 Euros months ago, they kept us busy until the match day by saying the tickets would be loaded, the tickets were not loaded and they did not refund our money.

This company must improve everything because it's a total disappoitment for people and I could say here works robots, people with no heart, cause you can't play with children in my case, with their desires, that us, the parents are working very hard to make it happen. My costs for Spain were around 3000 euros and we went especially for a match and we stayed in front of the stadium for hours in a windy day and we didnt received any tickets, tickets of 508,74 euros. And when the match began my son was crying cause he could hear from outside and we couldnt enter inside. SO DON'T BUY FROM THIS SITE.

Beware of FRAUD, do NOT buy tickets from Seatsnet, we drove specially to Benfica Lisbon, only got the tickets 3 hours (!) BEFORE the game, but did NOT get into the stadium because the tickets had already been used for others, apparently were already sitting in our expensively paid seats!
NONE of these scam sellers care about you, we experienced that ourselves afterwards! NEVER AGAIN!

Please don't buy from this website ever! I was supposed to attend a PSG game yesterday, which I have flown to Paris for and paid a decent amount of money to attend. After saying that the tickets would arrive a week before the event, than changed into 3-1 hours before the event, and later to NO TICKETS AT ALL! If you actually WANT to attend an event PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. THEY WILL JUST SCAM YOU FOR MONEY!

Stay away from this site. I bought tickets for €169 KAT 1 Premium platinum and they sent me the cheapest one for €69 KAT6 and they don't want to refund the price difference. They answer my emails with nonsense

This company is a SCAM, they should be shutdown. Bought sports tickets and they showed up after the game was well underway. But then the company said we had received the tickets so a refund was not going to happen. Their Terms and conditions said a refund would happen but the company ignored this fact. They are a SCAM.

Didn't send my tickets in time to arrive for the event. Despite me constantly contacting them the only replied to say as they had sent them it was ok that I couldn't actually attend the event despite charging me for guaranteed postage and extortionate handling fees.avoid these unscrupulous conmen at all costs

They are scammers! Do not buy anything through them. They stole 770 euros from us for four tickets. They corresponded with us regularly until the start of the game, promising to applaud the tickets with the qr code. That didn't happen, they just stopped writing to us at 7.45 p.m. We returned to the apartment with the two boys. The match started at 8:45 p.m., and after our threats of a lawsuit, they quickly sent the tickets at 9:03 p.m. and wrote "service delivered". So, they do everything deliberately, professional fraudsters.

Bought 2 tickets for Wales v England at Twickenham in the middle tier next to our debenture seats. When our tickets arrived they were in the lower tier at the complete opposite side of the ground at the very back. Their excuse was "You have been issued tickets similar that match your original booking". In our case these tickets were nowhere near similar. This site is a complete scam - watch the small print. They can basically sell you whatever tickets they feel like and not what you actually buy or in our case not even close..
