I arrived at Celtics game half hour early to find other people in my seats - not once but 4 times - these people had the same tickets as me. Very disappointed and actually very mad
Got 4 tickets minutes before the game for dirt cheap. Tickets arrived on my phone in seconds. Paid far less for the tickets than food and beer.
It was easy to purchase tickets, I would recommend this app to every when it comes to buying sporting events tickets

I bought tickets and have been trying to sell them for a few weeks. I always use the recommended prices and even dropped my tickets way below the normal price.
They lied about the tickets I was receiving. Would not refund. Would not exchange. Urged me to try and resell tickets, I never received the tickets; therefore they could not be sold. Urged me to resell on StubHub, THEIR COMPETITOR. Load of crap, I will never recommend this company to anyone. Contacted BBB
Purchased tickets to an event on 9/7/18. Event date was 12/7/18 and the tickets were confirmed to be delivered on or before 12/5/18. As of the writing of this review, we still do not have the tickets. Have made multiple calls to Seatgeek and told the same thing. They don't have the tickets and don't know when the seller will provide the tickets, but just keep waiting. After my most recent call, they have refused to provide either a refund or comparable tickets even though they have already violated their confirmation agreement. To sum it up, we paid for tickets that they will not provide to us. DO NOT USE SEATGEEK.
Your tickets are junk dont buy them cause they dont work and there is no 100 percent guarantee like they offer! They say u gotta download the app to use there tickets but clearly states u can use your email smh.
Have used the site previously and had good results. Not anymore. Purchased tickets for a concert, but the next day SeatGeek decided they weren't making enough money so they canceled/refunded the tickets and said if we wanted them we would have to pay 325% more. They responded to customer service emails with only generic cut and paste responses. They have awful service and I wouldn't even consider using them again.
Purchased tickets day before the concert! Checked multiple other sites before purchasing the tickets. Same tickets were listed for $40.00 more on other sites. Very simple to navigate site and complete purchase. Got the confirmation right away and tickets shortly after.
A couple days later i received the other two sets of tickets by FedEx. Same thing only worse. Seats even worse than the first set, never would have bought these either and on top of that seats were a partial/obstructed view which SeakGeek customer service assured me two different times would be noted or shown before final purchase was processed. Nothing was noted at any time before or during or after purchase process.
I will be contacting SeatGeek for refund of these tickets.
Truly terrible policies.
I used SeatGeek to get tickets for 3 families, 10 people. All good (saw all pricing, site works quickly, etc) until had to pick seats, could not see any seat info.
I spent couple hours explaining to our group, everyone frustrated and unhappy. Bought 3 sets of tickets finally.
The first set of tickets seats are terrible. Would have never bought these if knew where the seats were.
Waiting for delivery of the other 2 sets of tickets and everyone on me bec they saw how bad the seats in the 1st set were.
This is terrible customer service. SeatGeek can easily have seat info provided and avoid putting customers thru this frustration and uncertainty.
Will avoid using SeatGeek until this changed.

Picked great seats at a great price. Easy to buy and easy to use. No issues. Mobil passes made it very convenient.
Purchased Maryland versus Indiana tickets on SeatGeek. Paid a premium for pretty good seats. The next day the official Maryland basketball ticket site opened and, had I waited, couldn't purchased better tickets for less. Nonetheless, satisfied then I was able to get to seeds through SeatGeek and not be concerned about securing tickets for this game.
Bought the best 2 seats for the greatest NFL game at the Colloseum Rams Chiefs game. And I bought it 2 days before the game, $105 a seat. Seat preview was exactly as advertised.
Using the platform was quick and easy. Next time I need tickets I will use again.
Fees could be a little lower, a $25 cap per ticket would be acceptable.
I've used this app twice now, and had a positive experience each time. Always get good seats relative to price
I have used SeatGeek on two occasions and have not been disappointed. Excellent seats for a great price and the concert tickets arrived within two days of me placing an order. Will continue to use this company whenever possible.
