After canceling water & air filter subscriptions, they sent 2 new ones & charged me. I now have to pay to return the parts, in order to get a refund - and spent over an hour on the phone with customer service agents getting it all figure out. I will never buy anything from any company affiliated with Sears, ever again.

I talked to 6 different people to get the recommended stacking kit. I had it express delivered since my family had been without a washing machine for 4 months, thanks to the unreliable Sears Home Warranty Service. They failed to deliver it expedited, even though I was charged an extra $30 dollars (for sending something that could have been overnight expressed for $5) to have it sent within 4 days. They failed to send it until the day it was due to arrive at my house, so I had to postpone the washer delivery for another week!

I don't even believe this is associated with the Sears of yesteryear – it seems like a shell entity where everything is listed as in-stock but nothing is and they have a bunch of unfortunately out-of-the-loop customer service agents pushing a phantom business around, to no fault of theirs. Every request takes multiple asks. Things in-stock are simply not. I have been waiting a month for an in-stock order to ship and finally got a "backordered" notice after multiple excuses – our servers have been down for 3 days, it takes 1-3 days to get a request back, etc., even though, you know, we live in a digital world. STAY AWAY. I ended up ordering parts on Amazon and everything shipped within 48 hours from multiple vendors.

I would strongly recommend you take your business elswhere. I know their prices are good but the quality of their products is very below standard. I have ordered 2 different range burners for my stove top. The first one arrived in an open box poorly packaged. The second one the same, and the burner looked like it was taken out of a stove after years of use. This part had rust, dust, and the stone retainer for it was broken in 3 places. Yes the part may have worked properly but I am not interested in taking a chance of this product lasting as it is way too expensive. The product is normally priced about 25% higher but I highly recommend buying at that price from a more respectable distributor.

Title say it all. My item was supposed to be in stock and ship within 5 days. Instead, immediately after ordering, they gave me a ship date that was 3 weeks out. 1 week later, they moved my order to "backlogged" and no longer provide an ETA. There is no way to cancel this order... so now i have to either wait indefinite amount of time, or risk buying elsewhere and not knowing if I will ever get my refund.

Vacuum hose
April 18, 2022

I ordered a hose for my cannister vacuum after explaining what I needed. I was skeptical, but ordered after being assured it would fit my vacuum. The hose arrived in a damaged box and was simply a piece of hose crudely cut from a larger piece. There was no way to attach it to the vacuum. I felt I was misled by someone who wanted to make a sale. I will never order from here again.

Never try and call to fix their problem when a wrong part is received. I now have spent collectively over 2-hours "on-hold" or being "transferred" to multiple Customer Service representatives without resolution. My appliance is WHITE and the replacement handle part came in BLACK. After three attempts to speak with a "live" person to fix "their ordering problem" I finally gave up. I guess that is how they save money by never answering the phone to send out the correct parts!

This is a dishonest outfit. They posted a item on the website as being "in stock", and in reliance on that, I ordered.
It did not arrive on time, no email or notification. When I called their so-called "customer service", a person who was not fluent in English told me it had been sent, for me to wait for it. After10 days, and item not received, I called again, another person with minimal language skills advised it was never shipped, but was "on back order". The website information was false and dishonest. I have applied for a refund, but am not expecting to get my money back based on this uncredible, unreliable company. BE WARNED about doing business with them!

I "was" on a air filter subscription for my frig. Why did I get a filter completely sealed as if it were new, with a date of 9. 23. 18 or 17 written on it and mold on the inside when I opened the package? How is this even possible if shipped from the warehouse new? Seeing it made me feel sick since I am also on a water filter subscription.

Parts ordered, cancelled and confirmed 3 times, received 2 weeks later, followed return instructions, 6 weeks later called about refund, hadn't acknowledged they received 5 weeks ago, now website says no order number for zip code. Guess they are keeping my money, not much to them, a lot for me.

I bought a dishwasher rack that broke in 90 days. I called for a replacement and was told they don't accept returns after 60. It's outrageous that a product should break so quickly and telling that they have so little faith in the quality of their products that they only believe their customers should be protected for 60 days.

Placed order for in-stock item, said would receive on 6/14. No part received, they charged my card. Over 3 weeks trying to resolve, no in person customer service! Web site shows still in progress, but said delivery 6/14. Been a Sears customer for years, no more sears sorry to say.

Horrible experience with sears parts direct. Ordered parts on line and estimated delivery was in five days. So five days went by and no parts. There is no trucking number either, status was "in process" for 10 days. We called provided number and it is computer answering and no live support. After calling for two ours we were pleading not to transfer us to the auto Answer line. So we got a person and asked what is going on, and he replied order still incomplete and will be shipped in a week. We asked them to cancel our order and they promised to cancel. However next day they sent email that they shipping our order and we will need to initiate return following required steps. I do not want to deal with sears any longer and will dispute this charge. On another hand I placed order with AppliancePartsPros and they delivered overnight all my parts even for a better price. So stay away from anything named Sears.

Sorry I didn't read these reviews first. Do yourself a favor and just try to get the part # from them and go buy it somewhere else. It's such a long Story I'm not tellng it. I would title it nightmare! No wonder Sears went under. You would think they would do something about the parts program. Start by reading all these

They literally have stolen my money!
6/12/21 Website said dishwasher rack was in stock. I ordered. 6/14/21 I get an email saying part is not available. My PayPal account had already been charged $117.97. So I called and the rep said I'd be issued a refund back to my PayPal within 3 to 5 business days. Well 5 phone calls later and still no refund to date as of 6/30/21. Each time I call they tell me I'll be refunded and they rush to get me off the phone.
It's useless trying to get a refund and there's no accountability. They have literally stolen $117.97 from me with no refund help in site and my order has been cancelled since 6/14/21 because they don't have the part that their site actually let me order and pay for.
Do not use this company. Ripoff ALERT!

Professional Assistance

I ordered the wrong part for an older Sears Kenmore refrigerator and needed to return it. The recorded directions were short and simple. My call was answered immediately by an efficient young man who helped me fim=nd my model number and helped me order the correct drawer. He then connected connected me with a young lady in the returns department who, within a few minutes, facilitated an easy return process. It has been a long time since I've had such a short, effective phone contact with a company. Congratulations on a job well done!

Bought part for clothes washer, canceled 20 minutes later ordering after finding other parts that made this washer junk, took it to the dump. After calling sears parts direct asking where's my refund? She says they issued a refund, sent a email saying refund was for $10 less than what I paid, still no refund 8 days later. Why refund me less than what I paid? Looking bad for SParts Direct! Since it went out of business now wondering if it's resembles a black hole?

Same old Sears

Thought I would give Searspartsdirect a chance, even after being warned I should use Amazon instead. Ordered the dishwasher part, told it would be delivered 3 days later. I immediately received an email reply with a site to check status, which has never worked. I keep getting messages that my order number is invalid and the phone number doesn't match. Website doesn't work and when I get in touch with service personnel overseas they say site is down and I have to keep checking the system. Has been 8 days now. When I ask to be transferred to the US to speak with a supervisor I am told there are no supervisors on duty. Now I have to order from another vendor and hope to get my money back from these idiots. Should have trusted my instincts instead of trying to help a company that used to be great.

What a shtshow

I ordered a part, got no purchase confirmation or anything. Next day I chat with someone and they say I ordered it wrong (like how tf?) and he fixed it but tried to charge me again, I said no and he said no prob I'll fix it, fixed, you'll get a notification in 24 hours. So 2 days later, no email still so I chat again and the guy confirms it's all good, shipping today and will be there tomorrow. Next day I get an email stating my part is backordered so it'd be a while. I contacted 48 hours later just to ask if there was an ETA and they completely cancelled my order and didn't even refund me until I chatted with someone. No email to tell me it was cancelled, no offer of coupons or anything, and no refund if I didn't ask about it. This site is so crappy

The web site said the part for my washing machine was in stock and would ship within 3 business days. It shipped on day 60. Their return policy says that you can return a part if returned within 60 days of original order date. They would not take back the part. What a whole bunch of malarky. Please don't ever order anything from this new bad version of Sears.
