Investing in Search Berg's high-quality SEO services and web development was the best decision I made for my business's digital marketing strategy. Not only did I have access to a range of customizable services such as article and blog writing, but I was able to improve and optimize my website, declutter the design, and transport my content from one domain to another. Consider this letter as notice to cease all social media marketing campaigns on my behalf.

Beginning December 23,2019 to January 6,2020, I paid Searchberg $1,675 to rework a website, reformat a 114 page ebook and social media marketing setup / research.

From February 6,2020 to date, I have paid $800 for a Searchberg social media marketing campaign and $736 in Facebook ads for a Total of $1,536. Five months of Searchberg's social media marketing campaign has resulted in 31 sales for a total of $155! Projected goals were 1000 sales per month.

I have received weekly and monthly reports stating that Searchberg is doing a good job and be patient. I simply cannot afford to be patient any longer.

The bottom line is that I have spent $3,211 with Searchberg and have received $155 as a return on my investment of time and money!

I reviewed the Searchberg website this morning and I must admit is a great website! It makes great promises and guarantees! It is what got my attention and commitment as a client.

My Searchberg experience has monetarily been dismal and disappointing to say the least with regard to promises and guarantees made on the website and by contact personnel.

Please advise if I am entitled to any recourse and how I go about taking control of my website and ebook.

While I may be relatively new to Search Berg, I'm certainly no stranger to digital marketing—I've been in this business for more than eight years now. That said, when I needed to go out on my own and start my own marketing agency, I knew that success wouldn't come if I was working by myself. One of the great things about working with Dana was that she went out of her way to help me make decisions that would ultimately benefit my fledgling company. When her team had to deliver, they made sure I was getting my money's worth and then some. We started seeing massive conversions within the first two to three months of starting the business. It was incredibly rewarding.

Search Berg has been handling our digital marketing fulltime now, while we are able to direct our complete focus on building our client base while we expand our portfolio.

You will be talking to their sales guys who will say what you want to hear. Once you give them the contract, you can never ever talk to the sales guy who promised everything. The people who you then deal with don't meet deadlines and keep giving excuses and asking for more time. I paid them a down payment and they were supposed to finish the work in 2 weeks. 3 months later, they delivered nothing and were still asking for more time. I then sent them a legal notice to terminate the contract and ask for my money back. Never heard from them and did not get my money back. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS! COMPLETE SCAMMERS!

We were quite skeptical before hiring Search Berg for our web redesign. A vendor we had previously worked with had given us unsatisfactory results and had almost jeopardized one of our most important campaigns. Needless to say, our team wasn't exactly thrilled to be partnering up with yet another digital marketing agency, but the situation called for it. We needed to revamp our website before launching our next big campaign and only had a limited time to do that.

There is absolutely no difference in the traffic to my website in the three months that they've been working on SEO. In much worse is when they claim they do website and it's been three months of absolutely getting nowhere. You can never ever speak to a person how can you work on designing a website when you can't even speak to the person. You send emails you get a response days later. Basically I did the website I have to get every piece of content and they can't even put it in the right categories under the right tabs because there's no communication. I have to undo all the horrible things that they have done to get this done the right way and it end up costing three times the amount. The worst mistake is dealing with these people there is no dealing with them because you can't talk to anybody

If you are anything like me, you dont want service providers who cut corners. SearchBerg has left a very positive impression on me by their thorough work practices regarding SEO.
