This firm is well intentioned but has a real problem with delivering on their promises. We hired them for a SEO project and they made promises of work completion that were not met. Upon mutual agreement they modified the agreement and again failed to deliver as promised. They then asked for more money to complete what was already promised and paid for. When we said that we want them to complete the original scope of work before agreeing to more work they went silent. As of now we have paid them for several months work and received no deliverables.

Im a realtor and hired them to fix my GMB page that got suspended for no apparent reason. After 5 months of going round and round. They deleted my page then set up a new one over and over. They were never able to fix the issues. My Real Estate Brokers Social Media Team was able to get my page up and running and verified in 3 days. Stay clear. They are exhausting and do not produce results.

Really go above and beyond to help you out. Helped me out with a budget to accomplish what was needed to be done. Starting to see results.

Ryan informed me for that for $300.00 he could update my existing web with correct pricing and models. OK I said and then the Tec who was assigned to my job said he couldn't,t make the changes due to some jibber jabber. Simple Word Press thru GO DADDY. I would have to give them another $500.00. New Host etc. Don't do it people!

Don't waste your money or time. They will be very responsive UNTIL they get your money. Then they will ghost you. No results for SEO.

First of all, my Rep Marcus is awesome. He really does care about you and your business. If I don't succeed, he does not succeed. I recently used them to revamp my website. Darell was wonderful at getting me what I wanted. We had a good conversations when we spoke. There were a few hiccups but nothing that did not get tended to. The development team had a vision (MY VISION!) and went for it. I may as well of been the one building it cause it is EXACTLY what I wanted. I am a bit of a finicky person so hats off to them all for dealing with me in such a professional manner. The site is so beautiful and I am proud to show it off. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed! I also bought 6 months of SEO. The page is now ranking which is good. Todd was nothing but great. The blogs and articles are awesome and professionally written. The videos were really cool as well, although I would have liked to see a bit more of my own product in them, but still very well done. I am now on my final step. I am using the marketing department within Searchberg to now gain traffic to my new site. It is now in the works and promises have been made to me that we will get good results and have the traffic rolling in in no time. They really did a bang up job so hopefully it converts people into sales now. Thank you Searchberg Team. I look forward to growing my little business with you over the next 6 months.

I work with this company for four months and I was confident because they guarantee that my website will be well build and I will start have clients if I will not be happy I can have my money back.
After my project was done I didn't have no clients and I found out that my website is not functional! My website was working fine before I just needed some updates and a good marketing wherever they did when I find a client on my own she couldn't make a payment or schedule an appointment, so frustrating I go back to them and they told me that is my fault I should check when it was done in the first month and now I have to pay again, When I mention that I wanna use their policy and have my money back they told me that is my fault about website, they show me that was 2-3 clicks on my page and that means they give me clients, visitors and clients are different things! And maybe that was me because I was checking my website all the time you can't claim that you give me clients because no one contact me, on top of everything they add that maybe the first company who initial build my website was going through my stuff but who responsibility is to secure my website and my personal information I should've been informed immediately if was any suspicious activity.
Well, I spend thousands of dollars and time so at the end I had to close my website. They don't take no responsibility for there job and there's no way to have your money back because they gonna use everything against you, Before you signed the contract they promise you so many things over the phone but not in writing be email so in case that you complain you literally don't have no proves!
This is how they did to me I know I have the right to ask for my refund but they told me show me that agreement and when I told them that it was verbal over the phone they text,, you have no case ''

Stay well clear. Salesman jermey promised the earth after doing a website audit and sold me a seo package that he said would get results. Project manager adam said i should be on a more expensive package and non of my agreed keywords were ever worked on! 5 thousand pounds later and they stopped answering my calls. How is this even legal! Please please please stay well away

Searchberg offered to build a website and do seo services. I participated heavily in providing pictures and descriptions and writing copy for the site. The sales guy will say ANYTHING to make a sale. He said they would provide pictures and copy. As the website was being built I emailed several times that the pictures looked funny and stretched. After about 20 emails and 4 phone calls the website builder finally says the website looks odd because I'm usually my phone. Now answer me this WHO doesn't use their phone to browse websites these days? So if course it's a given that I want my website to be smart phone compatible. It's called a responsive website. Apparently, the website builder didn't get the memo. They kept pressing me to sign off on an eyesore. This went on for all of 2020. Before the website was done the sales man tried to sell me SEO optimization. I've never used the site. It's not functional and I would like at least a partial refund. I will come back and post screenshots of what they thought was a finished website. They do not help with Instagram page and they promised. I completely wasted $1,000 during the pandemic which I really could have used. I took the risk and they took advantage.
