I work with this company for four months and I was confident because they guarantee that my website will be well build and I will start have clients if I will not be happy I can have my money back.
After my project was done I didn't have no clients and I found out that my website is not functional! My website was working fine before I just needed some updates and a good marketing wherever they did when I find a client on my own she couldn't make a payment or schedule an appointment, so frustrating I go back to them and they told me that is my fault I should check when it was done in the first month and now I have to pay again, When I mention that I wanna use their policy and have my money back they told me that is my fault about website, they show me that was 2-3 clicks on my page and that means they give me clients, visitors and clients are different things! And maybe that was me because I was checking my website all the time you can't claim that you give me clients because no one contact me, on top of everything they add that maybe the first company who initial build my website was going through my stuff but who responsibility is to secure my website and my personal information I should've been informed immediately if was any suspicious activity.
Well, I spend thousands of dollars and time so at the end I had to close my website. They don't take no responsibility for there job and there's no way to have your money back because they gonna use everything against you, Before you signed the contract they promise you so many things over the phone but not in writing be email so in case that you complain you literally don't have no proves!
This is how they did to me I know I have the right to ask for my refund but they told me show me that agreement and when I told them that it was verbal over the phone they text,, you have no case ''

They called last week demanding more money to get my site that they declined the traffic to almost nil back to page 1 of Google SERPS. Like, hell I would.

With all the legalization going on throughout the country, we were very excited to take our medical marijuana distribution nationwide. We've been investing a lot in the best marijuana growing equipment and several CBD-infused products. When we started out, we were sure that the business would be excellent because of how good we are at what we do. Unfortunately, for all the hard work we did setting everything up, our website just didn't get reviews or orders.

Consider this letter as notice to cease all social media marketing campaigns on my behalf.

Beginning December 23,2019 to January 6,2020, I paid Searchberg $1,675 to rework a website, reformat a 114 page ebook and social media marketing setup / research.

From February 6,2020 to date, I have paid $800 for a Searchberg social media marketing campaign and $736 in Facebook ads for a Total of $1,536. Five months of Searchberg's social media marketing campaign has resulted in 31 sales for a total of $155! Projected goals were 1000 sales per month.

I have received weekly and monthly reports stating that Searchberg is doing a good job and be patient. I simply cannot afford to be patient any longer.

The bottom line is that I have spent $3,211 with Searchberg and have received $155 as a return on my investment of time and money!

I reviewed the Searchberg website this morning and I must admit is a great website! It makes great promises and guarantees! It is what got my attention and commitment as a client.

My Searchberg experience has monetarily been dismal and disappointing to say the least with regard to promises and guarantees made on the website and by contact personnel.

Please advise if I am entitled to any recourse and how I go about taking control of my website and ebook.
