Mike (Michael) was on time and very friendly. He's delivered to my house before. I ordered from Ridiculous Burgers and was happy with the meal.
I used seamless to order food for my kids we got the food and it was disgusting so i asked for a refund of over $65 and they refuse! Never use them again! Or wendys
SEAMLESS IS A WASTE OF TIME. THEY ARE NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME WITH THIS DELIVERY SERVICE. THERE ARE PLENTY OF AWESOME ALTERNATIVES, DOORDASH, UBER EATS, AND POST MATES, NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH THOSE.

The driver did not deliver my order, despite being in our parking lot. I missed the phone call alerting me to his being on his way but instead of, after already having paid for the order and waiting in the office for the delivery, he did not even try to come in to the building or up to the suite to deliver the order. THAT IS NOT AN ATTEMPT TO DELIVER. So, he left with my food and they refuse to refund my money or re-deliver the original order. Sounds like a load of crap! Especially when it has already been paid for. If i buy office supplies and I am not in the office, the delivery guy still comes in and delivers. He does not call me from downstairs and because i'm not in just doesn't deliver the package. DO NOT USE SEAMLESS OR GRUBHUB! They are the exact same company, same problem, same lazy idiots working for them.
Was told there would be a 10.00 credit applied when i submit my order, for being a first time user. Guess what was not applied, and after reading other reviews sounds like that is how they operate, DEFINATLY WILL NEVER USE THESE GUYS AGAIN..
I have been using Seamless for years. Their delivery service is beyond horrible. They cancel all the time and when you are in a rush to eat, food delivery that is estimated for 30 minutes can take 2-3 hours at times because they cancel for no reason. This week, they cancelled from different restaurants one after the other. There services has become even worse. When the drivers pick up the food they t do not want to actually delivery to your apartment door and want the customer to leave their apartment and met them outside, which is the whole point of getting food delivered. You do not want to get dressed to go outside and during the pandemic, you do not want to leave your apartment if you have preexisting conditions. Drivers are essential workers and if they do not want to deliver food, they are entitled but get another job. They debate you on the phone, etc. And customer service is useless. They have no control over there drivers; however, they are a delivery service! Just providing me with constant discounts, doesn't help that they cannot deliver food... Just use UBER or another service that actually delivers your food. Keep in mind, it is not the restaurant's fault, it is SEAMLESS AKA GRUBHUB!
We are using ZOHO CRM; after importing selected email contacts for our mailing in ZOHO, we were unpleasantly surprised that 60% of the email addresses bounced. This expensive service, 1 USD per email address, looks like fraude. Customer service does not react but trying to debit our credit card. DO NOT USE SEAMLESS!
Firstly, their customer service is deplorable at best. They only have people there to say no or we cant help, or it's your fault.
I ordered atomic wings for lunch for pickup. When i ordered it said my discount was applied and all was good. When i looked at my account they charged me the total amount! When i called to get it sorted out (as any legitimate business would do in this instance) they said well that store specific coupon is only for first time users. Im like, but the coupon said applied. It even showed me the total amount of my order with the discount(i even printed this) then went on to charge me the total amount. Even if the coupon was for first time users only, supposedly, the website that's owned by grubhub/seamless cannot differentiate between a valid and invalid coupon! So your telling me a completely web based business can't even do that remotely right? They told me and quote "you should've read the small print, we're smart enough to put that". I was so outraged i had to just say good day, end the convo, then proceed to call chase and dispute the charge. Just save your time and do that because that's the only way you'll get any money out of them.
I placed a Seamless food delivery order today online, When I checked out, I noticed that the tip I had entered had been CHANGED & RAISED by seamless. Did they not think that people would catch on to this devious practice? I only tip on food charges, NOT delivery and tax changes. What a SCAM. I closed my seamless account today. DONE!
$70 and no food, we counted on your service for a nice saterday fun dinner...
Called SEAMLESS SAID WOULD CALL ME BACK, RESTAURANT DID NOT GET ORDER UNTIL IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE HERE?

1 hr late and no sign of delivery
Myself and my mother have used seamless a couple times now and are appalled with their service. Not only do items sometimes not show up at all but they expect you to pay a service charge and leave a tip for their driver (WHICH ALL ARE DUNDERHEADS!) almost every time i order through this service i get no drink even though i ordered it and seamless's solution is to just give you a refund. I don't want a refund... I WANT WHAT I ORDERED! And on top of that most delivery drivers don't knock on my door when they deliver the food, they just leave it outside the door for who knows what to happen to it (nay it get stolen or you not realize its out there) either way seamless will no longer be receiving my business and i honestly hope they go out of business!
Do not use, told us a time for delivery, then reschedule, then said will be refunding and not delivering after waitingand wastingover an hour now my kids will go to bed hungry

Ordered some sushi to be delivered to work for a coworker and I seen as how we can't leave the office. Order was placed at 12:59 given a delivery time of 1:50-2:10 not the best but fine. The order was immediately assigned to a driver who was in the next town over again not bad. Then I get an update stating my order will be delayed 2:20-2:30. I then see on the map the driver is headed in the completely wrong direction north. He then sits in another city for over 40 minutes. I get yet another notification noting a delay of delivery now 2:30-2:50. I then contact the company through the chat function. I get someone who says they'll see what they can do to help me out. I get told they're sorry and are sending me a free promo code as the driver should be delivering my food in the next 15 min. I log into my email the free promo code they gave me as an apology... an entire 10% off. ARE YOU SERIOUS? Then when I continue the chat to let them know they can shove that discount and I will not be using their service again she send a quick three messages, once again apologizing, one stating this is not how they would like my experience to be, and the third message "Since I haven't heard from you in so long I will be ending the chat." WOW! What a way to run a business... ohhhhh and the 15 min turned into another 20-30. No apology from the driver nothing... DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE EVER!
I have ordered from here many times always hoping to have a better experience the next time. I can't tell you how many times I have gone hungry waiting for these people.
Ordered Shake Shack tonight for the family. A third of the order was missing and I have now been on the phone for the better part of 20 minutes on hold waiting for a resolution.
I had a 1 hour wait time. I waited 45 minutes and was told it was cancelled... Total $#*! service. I will tell everyone I know what a $#*! service this is.
Bunch of schemers... they tell you to use a coupon code and then it doesn't work because they apply a coupon of a lesser value to the order prior to. And there is no way you can remove the coupon.
Answer: Absolute scam. Do NOT waste your money! They have a "tracking" system to show when your food gets "delivered" but when it shows "delivered" there's no delivery in site. Had to call them after two hours to find out they couldn't contact my delivery driver and then seamless decided my order never even made it to the restaurant. Still waiting on a refund. What a joke of a company.
