Returned an item i bought and never got my money back. Had to get my credit card involved because I have all the proof the item was returned. Complete waste of time.

I strongly caution parents against purchasing from SEAMIDO, given the compromised safety standards, the challenging return process, and the unreasonable packaging demands. Prioritize your child's safety by exploring alternatives from more reliable merchants.

When or IF the order arrives it will be returned unopened. Got conflicting stories on one item and the price I am charged for shipping is crazy. And they did offer me a tiny refund because of the tardiness of the order but it wasnt even the amount To cover shipping
Not happy and at this point it could be a great product but will NOT open it as it has been disappointing beyond for an experience

Loving the clothes I've purchased by Seamido. I also appreciate how fast they've been at responding to my emails. I had a couple questions on one of my orders, and they promptly responded. Love the quality of my dress!

Really impressed with how the Seamido team resolves an order mishap for me. They went above and beyond to correct an issue where the blame' didn't lie with them to ensure I had a positive experience. While the postage is a little slower than most online orders I have used, they are upfront about the delivery time and as long as you know that, it's fine. Overall very very happy and satisfied with the product and kind, can-do attitude customer service. I would happily recommend!

Do not believe any of the negative reviews! I have been ordering from Seamido for years and have received nothing but quality items and above and beyond customer service! It is my go-to online shopping website!

The item didn't fit according to the chart and I got a run around and fly out lied to when I tried to return it.

(They claimed the shipping was too much because they were overseas multiple times just to give me a New York address to return it to after several emails back and forth and my denying a $5 refund on a $30+ item. I guess I didn't realize NY was "overseas.")

Now they're claiming if I send it back it will likely be denied because it's not in the original packaging which was plastic I had to remove to try it on to discover it was unwearabley small.

Don't ever shop here. You'll regret it. Any positive reviews are likely fake because there's no way my experience was unique. (In fact my sisters all bought the same dress for a wedding and the same experience.)

Just like the picture, perfect fit based on size chart! Amazing quality! It doesn't take long for me to receive my order either. I will continue using Seamido as my main online shopping source.

I've been shopping on Seamido.com for a few years now, and I have yet to be disappointed. In fact, I'm really surprised at some of these negative reviews.

First, the clothing is super reasonably priced, and I feel as though you are getting what you pay for. I have purchased some items that are a bit on the thin side, but nothing has fallen apart, or ripped easily, etc. My only gripe is how the clothes are made with rayon, which requires dry-cleaning or hand-washing.:)

Second, customer service at Seamido is absolutely amazing. Any time I have had to email in (shipping was running late, item was slightly damaged when it arrived) they did everything in their power to make it right, and often times threw in a coupon as an apology.

I have purchased everything from clothes for work, clothes for going out, vacation dresses, shoes, and jewelry, and have never been disappointed. Seamido.com is by far my favorite online retailer. And, in my years of buying from them, their quality is only getting better.

This is my first time shopping on Seamido, and I was sceptical at the beginning. I've been eyeing some of the items for awhile, and I've finally decided to order something.
I bought two jackets and I'm in love with them. It's excellent quality for the price, I'm very satisfied with the products. Shipping was fast and it was packaged safe and secure. I'm usually the size M and the Seamid size M fits me. I highly recommend Seamido.

Terrible condescending company. I paid extra for Express shipping, received an email with tracking numbers starting order is on the way. After a few days the tracking number is not tracking, this stupid company has no phone number (red flag!), I email customer service and they explained it's because DHL is busy this time of year and the tracking information updates slowly. Nothing still a couple days later. I email again. No response, I wait a couple more days to email again. I was finally told it never shipped and they can't refund my shipping. What a joke of a company.

I have shopped with Seamido on lots os occasions i happy with all my purchases i have read the negative reviews and seamido has listened to you all i have just returned a dress i ordered for a bigger size and their customer service was outstanding keeping me uptodate every step of the way with courtesy, pleasant, and excellent service keeping my informed by email everyday! So dont be put off but the negative emails because they have certainly changed their ways and their customer aftercare is now excellent :)
