Received my product OK as usual. But for some reason, my shipment took a 10 day road trip to 6 states before it made it to me in Arizona. What happened?
Ordering was an excellent experience! I was able to order my coins very easy and fast! I love SD Bullion because their prices are a lot cheaper then other Bullion dealers!
Order placed on 3-18, checked was cleared on 3-27, received email about extended waiting time. A week ago I sent them another email, was told that my order is being prepared. As of 4-06, nothing was sent, and I don't have neither gold nor money. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE
Transaction went as expected, no problems with order or shipping. I appreciate the company mission statement, and will be doing more business with this company.
Your service is excellent! Even when an order is delayed, because of increase in orders, SD Bullion is very good at updating customers on their order status.

I have made multiple orders and each and every time my order is shipped discrete and in a timely fashion, not to mention the great prices and selection of products.
I ordered $600 in silver it showed up 4 days late I didn't think I was even gonna recieve my item I got ahold of sd bullion and they made it seam like it was my fault I have ordered 20 times with only 1 problem but sometimes that's all it takes to lose a great customer

It took a whole month to receive the bullion I ordered. I contacted SD several times. EVERYTIME I called i was lied to and treated very rude. I was even hung-up on. I will not do business with these RUDE people again. BUYERS BEWARE!

Please take into consideration there are different internal processing times for the diverse payment methods. Payment processing times are as follows:
Bank wire: 24-48 business hours
Electronic check: 3-5 business days
Personal check: 3-5 business days, once received
Credit Card/Paypal: 24-48 business hours
After the above time frame for our accounting team to fully process the payment, the order is released to the shipping queue. As per our shipping policy, during normal market conditions our shipping queue is 1-3 business days after your payment has cleared our account. The current shipping queue time is expected to be 3-5 business days from payment fully processed by our accounting team.
Please notice FedEx 2-day or USPS Priority is “once shipped”.
In sum, first the payment has to be processed and that time depends on each method. Then, the order is released to the shipping queue. Finally, delivery depends on the shipping method selected.

The time it took to place, send a check and then receive my order was extremely fast compared to other businesses I have purchased through. I received what I ordered and will shop again.

I purchased 10 coins this coins were lead and well dressed to look like shiny silver rounds I have always given 5 stars to this company. No longer will I buy from them. I reported this to the BBB I still have to hear from them. I spoke to a man named * and he said he had received 7 coins only. He stated this was silver. This poor man must be delusional because having tge oriduct on hand a moron would know this is fake. Having received the coins he assued me it was silver. Crook.
Stay away from this company. Here are some pictures if the coins. By the way it said it was coins from Armenia. This supposedly were to be rounds of silver and not manufactured coins from Armenia.

We guarantee everything we sell is genuine bullion. Most of our coins are purchased directly from the leading mints and mint distributors. Every coin or bar purchased on the secondary market is tested electromagnetically to verify authenticity and purity using a Sigma Metalytics device.
I apologize if there was any confusion in regard to the types of rounds that could be received, but the description for this item does indicate: "Each of these rounds contains 1/4 troy ounces of 0.999 pure silver. Since these products are simply selected and shipped from our inventory at the time of shipping, SD Bullion can't guarantee the make, design, or source of the silver round you receive. We simply guarantee genuine 1/4 oz silver rounds in every shipment." Regardless, SD Bullion is typically able to offer exchanges and returns if a customer is not satisfied with a product.

They lied about ACH payment after I placed a large order. They then threatened with excessive penalty fees if the order was canceled. Stay far away from this company.

We do not accept ACH transfers as a method of payment, but we do have e-checks! This is a similar transaction where you input your banking account and routing information and we pull directly from there. Orders over $10,000 do not qualify for this payment method, which is why it does not show up as a payment option when customers check out with an order over that amount. Because this order was placed as a bank wire on the website, the order became a locked in trade. Submitting an order through the website or by phone requires the customer to agree to our full terms of use, including SD Bullions order cancellation policy. Cancellation fees are an industry standard. Because we operate in a live market, once an order is submitted it becomes a locked trade. Your products are moved out of our inventory and held for you, and we hedge our price based off the market price at the time you submit your order. Because of this, cancellation fees are calculated as 5% of the order total or $35, whichever is greater, plus any applicable market loss.

DO NOT ORDER YOUR PRECIOUS METALS FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered 2 silver eagles a few months back and they informed me they would not be delivered until a month and a half later. Fast forward to when they were supposed to arrival and I never received them. I called and asked what happened and they told me there was nothing they could do because I had 3 days to report a lost package. 3 days, seriously? My order was estimated to be delivered a month and a half later with no exact date, but I only have a few days to report it if I never received it?!? My family and I have ordered from this company for a few years now, but we will no longer do business with a company that does not care about their customers. They will take your money and run, then blame it on their terms and conditions.

As sometimes the mint can have delays we do not guarantee when an order with a pre-sale item will ship. This is why every order of ours receives a tracking confirmation email, with a tracking number. Answer: Company charged me $50 fee because I filed credit card chargeback on the order that didn't arrive. Below is customer service message to me. Since when did company charge consumers $50 fee for filing a chargeback? I filed claim on BBB to resolve the issue. We received a charge back for this 07/09/2019. Since you were unwilling to follow our process for a lost packagewhich would have been much faster than filing a charge back a month lateryour account has been suspended indefinitely and a balance of $50 to cover fees imposed on us because of this unnecessary charge back is due.

Once received, e-check, personal check, money order and cashier's check take 3-5 business days to process through our accounting system. After that, it usually takes orders 6-8 business days to process through the shipping queue due to high order volume but could take slightly longer.
Thus, the total time from when payment is received to when the order leaves the fulfillment center is generally 10-12 business days. When your order is ready to ship out of the fulfillment center, you will receive an email with shipping and tracking information.
