The 22nd. Of May I ordered the same amount of sliver from JM Bullion and SD bullion the only difference was I paid extra for 2 day delivery from SD Bullion I didn't pay any extra to JM Bullion. Today the 24th. Of May at 11:30 a.m. I received my order from JM Bullion. SD bullion has not even shipped yet! I just thought people should know this. I always buy from JM Bullion but thought I would try SD bullion once. I always get my orders from JM Bullion within 3 days. No extra charge. The latest is 4 days. So FYI if you order from SD bullion.
I got the gold bars as described. The pricing is the best compare to other places, the shipping was great and secured (signature required). Will buy again

I ordered 20 silver eagles year 2016. I received them in a tube but the green top was broken in pieces. Also there was no padding at the top so the coins moved. You need to package better.
I made an order without paying, now they are trying to charge 35 dollars for not completing the order. Now they want to put it in collections and charge me 56 dollars. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE $#*!S!

WHY IS IT THAT THEY ADVERTISE AN INDIAN HEAD BAR BUT THEN TURN AROUND AND SEND WHAT THEY WANT AND NOT WHAT THE COSTUMER ORDERED. AFTER THIS HAPPENED I READ THEIR REVIEWS AND I WAS SURPRISED TO SEE THAT THESE PEOPLE ARE STILL IN BUSINESS BUT I REALIZED THAT THEY ARE TOO BIG FOR ANYONE TO DO ANYTHING. Upon reviewing your order, it appears that you purchased a 10 oz Silver Bar - Design Our Choice. Per the product description on this item: “There is no guarantee that a customer will get a specific bar from a specific mint. We simply ship what we have in stock. If a customer wants to select a specific brand or mint 10 oz Silver bar, we likely offer those options in our 10 oz Silver bar category.” There are five different designs pictured on the product page, and these are just examples of types of bars that you may receive. The exact bar included in your order simply depends on what is in inventory when your order is fulfilled.
Again, if you’re looking for a particular design, I recommend purchasing it directly. These bars have lower premium because they are random designed. I assure you, however, that these are genuine silver bars. We test products before they are added to our inventory, and we have never, ever, sent out a fake product.

I have not received my order. My check for amount of 3966. 79 $ for 100gram gold bar was sent on 8/6/2018 and it was cashed by SD Bullion. No response no update. The phone calls does not get through and you hear music for more than half an hour and then nothing. I was able to contact them with email and their response was, that PAMP is out of stack. Basically they taking order without having the merchandise. There is no visibility as when or if I get my product. As of now it appears that I have lost nearly 4000$ and may need to contact police or Vermont Consumer agency to follow up. Very disappointed and is a scary situation. Just to be honest and emphasizing that this review is not fake, my order number is *******. All other sellers when they are out of product, they indicate "notify me" for the item and do not take order. These guys took my order, took my money, without giving me update or any notification. I want my money back and cancel the order. Sure, SD Bullion is the lowest price no matter if you get your product or not. I lost the opportunity of taking advantage of Gold low price of 1178 $ an ounce because of this situation so I lost a lot in my investment. Very disappointed...

Answer: Company charged me $50 fee because I filed credit card chargeback on the order that didn't arrive. Below is customer service message to me. Since when did company charge consumers $50 fee for filing a chargeback? I filed claim on BBB to resolve the issue. We received a charge back for this 07/09/2019. Since you were unwilling to follow our process for a lost packagewhich would have been much faster than filing a charge back a month lateryour account has been suspended indefinitely and a balance of $50 to cover fees imposed on us because of this unnecessary charge back is due.

Credit/debit card and bank wire payments take 2 business days to fully process. After that, it usually takes orders 1-3 business days to process through the shipping queue due to high order volume but could take slightly longer.
