I was very happy with the support I received before & after the purchase. I updated immediately on the progress of my shipment. The items were as described and in great condition.
Great customer support, I had a issue with one of my orders, called and explained what happened. A few days later the issue was resolved.

During the COVID-19 epidemic the price of silver dropped quite a bit. SD Bullion took this opportunity to price gouge its customers and charge more. No Class!
I ordered and tracked my package. It was simple and easy. It is triple packaged so when you get it, it takes a while to open but you can see why they do it.
Fast transaction and customer services are exceptional. Better than other dealers by the qualities customer services. I recommended to my family members and friends.
SD bullion prices are very low. The speed of delivery was a little slow, it was a little tricky trying to track the package, but other than that everything was great!
Not what I expected from customer service. Would recommend they update how they talk to customers. And do not assume they are idiots and have never invested.

I would suggest reading our Investing Guide, as investing turnaround is not immediate. The goal of investing is to hold onto metals for a long period of time to get a greater return, especially since the market price is currently lower than what it was at the time you placed your order.

Purchased Canadian Maple Leafs on 3/15/2023. Two days later I purchased some additional silver items on JMBullion. On 3/22/2023 I received my purchase from JMBullion!
I called customer non service at SDBullion on 3/23/2023 and was told my order will go in the shipping que in one or two days. I told him I would like to cancel my order for lack of timely service and he said fine but there is $145.00 fee for canceling my order! I said no way, and he argued with me and I said why are you charging me when SDBullion has not delivered in a timely basis… He basically said that how it is because I supposedly agreed to their terms and conditions when I purchased the items.SDBullion is a complete JOKE……
Save yourself a lot of trouble and buy from anyone but SDBULLION!

Canceled an order within 10 minutes of mistakenly placing it and was charged a cancelation fee even though silver was trading higher. SCAMMERS... Better to use Bullion Exchange.

Cancellation fees are calculated as 5% of the order total or $35, whichever is greater, plus any applicable market loss. Every customer must agree to these terms prior to submitting their order, whether they place the order online or over the phone with an agent.

Ordered a order from jm bullion on the following monday and received it thursday. Still waiting on sd to deliver. They even used excuse or address verification this last time after verifying on phone 3 tomes this last 9 days. Email yesterday said i would receive tracking that day. Still waiting not shipped. WHY DID I PAY EXTRA FOR CREDIT CARD AND UP CHARGE FOR 2 DAY SHIPPING? DON NOT USE

I apologize for the inconvenience and delay. I see that you had placed this order on September 15th. Card payment takes up to 48 business hours to fully process as all orders have a security verification process to go through. It looks like this was complete by the end of the week.
We do not ship out on weekends, and our shipping queue time is 1-3 business days. We understand that you selected FedEx 2-day shipping, and while this expedites the shipping process, it does not expedite the process for clearing and verifying your payment and order.
It appears that the order did ship out the day you submitted this review, 9/23, and it was delivered two business days later via FedEx.

Answer: Company charged me $50 fee because I filed credit card chargeback on the order that didn't arrive. Below is customer service message to me. Since when did company charge consumers $50 fee for filing a chargeback? I filed claim on BBB to resolve the issue. We received a charge back for this 07/09/2019. Since you were unwilling to follow our process for a lost packagewhich would have been much faster than filing a charge back a month lateryour account has been suspended indefinitely and a balance of $50 to cover fees imposed on us because of this unnecessary charge back is due.
