The handy little spray bottle is great and very handy to re-apply through out the day. Two of my refills have come opened with most of the scent gone but the service is great. They just need to make sure the refills are closed tightly b4 they send them.
Got this as a gift the website is horrid cant find figure out anything this has been a $#*!ty gift and honestly wish i never got more pain than its worth and its free to me. I order and use a few other sites all work and function so much better than this site every time i try i just get angry. Never ever use this site or company they suck!

You must have chosen to receive Perfumes instead of Colognes when signing up with us, that's why our system automatically sent you a perfume. This is the worst! They know it too. Making canceling your subscription a five step process. I hope they get a SENSE to F-Off. This company will not last. No one needs a new scent every month. Stupid and who ever supported your pitiful excuse for a business. Lame AF

Scentbird has been a great value in our home. We love trying scents that fit our typical likes and also going outside the box and trying something new. We end up using up the fragrance after a while, which is a great value. I've even bought a full size of one of our favorites that I wouldn't have discovered without Scentbird. I recommend it to everyone I hear speak about fragrance!

I must admit, I don't like signing up for auto pay type subscriptions. However, this one I made an exception for. I absolutely love fragrances. So, this program is the perfect way to try it before purchasing the full size bottle.

I never got my package. I let customer service know that although the tracking said it was delivered, I received nothing. They replied with, " I see it was delivered, check your mailbox" bro of I didn't check I would not have emailed. Then they said wait a couple days. Its been a full 7 and no package. Sent another email 4 days ago, to no response. Then again 2 days ago still no response.

I didn't realize that my old address was still on the site. I asked them if they could forward it to the new address and Ron had said yes, we'll send it. I then was like ok, let's just cancel this month's.
He SAID OK, IT HAD NOT BEEN SHIPPED OUT YET.
I found out 2 days later that the package was sent out to the WRONG ADDRESS. I contacted customer service who refused to refund my money and insisted on sending it out to the new address. I didn't want it anymore.
Because they were incredibly frustrating, I decided to cancel the service.
THEY CHARGED ME FOR SOMETHING I NEVER GOT.
THEY HAD AGREED TO CANCEL IT THIS MONTH BUT SENT IT OUT ANYWAY.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I was just about to purchase from this site because I received an email for 30 dollar coupon for like 5 fragrances and I thought that was a pretty good deal. However, after looking at these reviews, I'm very hesitant and almost terrified to put my card information in. I think I'll pass on the offer. Sorry guys! Scentbird has poor shipping/delivery! They are very faithful with billing my card in time every 5th of the month but the perfume is never delivered on time. I have to email them every month checking to see when will I get my monthly order.
They offer a wide variety of fragrances. They arrive pretty quickly. They have a strong smell to them. Some you like some you don't. Either way the whole program is to allow folks to try new fragrances! So by all means head on over and check them out. Get signed up for a new subscription and u will have at least one new fragrance depending on the subscription u sign up for. You will receive a free case with ur first order. I've been a member for a few months.

Ridiculous. Scam. Received my first order approx. 11/2. I'm not sure if it's the original fragrance stated on the makeshift lable. Unhappy with my purchases, I went to the site to
"unsubscribe" only to find out that December's monthly fee had already been deducted from my bank account! I'm pissed, charge my account a couple of days prior to shipping, NOT 30 days in advance. That speaks volumes as to the credibility of Scentbird. Save yourself... don't join.

As for our billing schedule, you’ll be billed for your first Scentbird with your initial purchase. Starting with your second month, you’ll fall on our regular billing and shipping cycle, meaning that you’ll be billed on the 5th of each month and can expect your package to ship around the 3rd week of the month. I ordered and got my first shipment in 4 weeks. I canceled because that is the slowest shipping ever. They sent me an email try another month 50% off my wife convinced me to give a second chance. I ordered an extra case and another fragrance and now 19 days later and I still have nothing and they have Zero customer service. Don't waste your money. I am glad it was only 30 bucks I lost. You have been warned.

When first signing up I filled out questionnaire accordingly. They started sending me perfume. I contacted them, and they rectified it the first time. Then months later started sending me ladies perfume again. I messaged several times to no prevail. Now I have 4 perfumes that I won't wear, and they are not rectifying the situation. I don't understand how a business can just start sending a man, ladies perfume, over and over again! It's hard to get over it the first time let alone continuing to do so. And i can't talk to a person, phone or otherwise. It's all robots. No refund. No replacements.

This business allows consumers to subscribe to monthly perfume samples for AMAZING prices! The variety of scents available is overwhelming and this has allowed me to find new scents i never would have thought to try. My queue is already stocked into 2021. My Scentbird subscription is by far my most favorite subscription I have ever had. I am a perfume girl, so this is right up my alley for an affordable price. I am glad I found this online site and would recommend to ANYONE!

I dont know if your like me but if so you cant make up your mind and scentbird is your one stop shop for finding na scent or 3 that fits your lifestyle and how you feel! I'm new to Scentbird. I've had 3 months of wonderful heavenly scents and I'm in heaven! I've been through several different perfumes companies and was very disappointed with the fake perfumes that didn't last long at all. I knew it was the real top name brands when I smelt the first one of Scentbird. I'm very pleased!

Answer: I am frequently asked what perfume I am wearing. It's nice to change things up. My husband has liked all but one of the scents I've received. I LOVE getting a different scents every month. Perfumes smell very different on different people so it's interesting to smell the difference between a perfume on myself versus that same perfume on my daughter but I absolutely love this entire concept and the business is top-notch as it pertains to the customer service and the expedited shipping to ensure that the product arrives when it is supposed to.
