I have been trying to cancel for a year now. I even changed my debit card but they must be billing my account directly. I have emailed them repeatedly and they keep saying I need to cancel in the app when there is no option in the app or website to cancel. Contacting my attorney next.

They sent me "premium perfumes" & charged my account 49.95$ for 6 months without my consent. I work 3 jobs & thought this company would be a good fit bc I really like to try different scents out. The You Tuber Christina Randall referred it on her channel. I should have known then it wasn't a fair and ethical company that hopes it's clients do not pay attention to what they charge. Worst though is those premium scents they sent were aweful and foul my grandma didn't even want them!

I LOVE ScentBird! Their fragrances smell so good! For a girl who wears a lot of perfume, the tubing is pretty small and doesn't last long.I didn't know they were in tubings. I thought it was miniature bottles of the fragrance brand. They're very easy to store.

We'd suggest you make sure you place your vials in a cool, dry place to avoid evaporation. We'd also encourage you to tighten the vial top before putting it in its case to avoid leakage. I had enough problems with this site when i used it the one time(they charged me like SO much extra) but luckily after harassing their lazy customer service rep, i finally got my money back and cancelled my membership immediately thinking that was the last time I had to deal with them. Then 4 months later I notice a weird $200 charge on my bank account and get an email saying "whoops all our data was hacked hehe" so yeah they suck, don't ever give them business :(

However, please let us assure you that no financial data was captured by the hackers, so it is not possible that your card information was breached as a result of a cyber attack on multiple companies (of which we were one). We do not store full credit card information on our servers. We have a third-party billing partner that processes payments and we don’t share servers with them to protect the security of our customers’ billing information. My first order came in. Than I was charged for 2 months worth of product and I never recieved anything from them. Imagine how many people they have did this to. Every review is the same! Google pops up nothing negative about them. It's only showing what scentbird wants you to see! Please don't fall for this scam! This would have been a great program!

Used them twice. First time they started sending female perfumes when I signed up for mens colognes. 2nd time around, colognes case broke and was still charged the monthly rate after canceling they have no phone but an email address. No help. Had to contact my bank and dispute charge. Save your self the hassle

I do look forward to receiving a new scent every month! The only down side, even though you can go through and pick out what types of scents you enjoy if you get a perfume that you really dislike you're stuck with it! I wish they would offer a limited refund option! Even like a 3x per year would be great! I've received four scents now and honestly I only use 2 frequently and one occasionally. (I'm trying to let the scent ''grow'' on me.) I'm still debating on cancelling my subscription just because I am disheartened on not liking half the scents I received. It's a fun gamble, but I'm thinking I'd rather just go somewhere to sample in person.

Horrible company who cannot seem to figure out the business model in which they operate. I received my first order while signing up with them, was billed for 3 months, and now am just receiving my third month's order... problem is, they skipped the two months in between. I've sent them multiple emails and even cancelled them from my credit card, yet they have the audacity to charge my card again. Wow. They are walking a tight line here and will most likely be facing some serious criminal charges here as I see I'm not the only person dealing with this issue... When a customer cancels service with a company, it's not a huge drawn out proces. S It's cancelled and you cannot continue to charge their card. Case over.

Nothing like receiving tracking information for a delivery that's going to take anywhere between 10 and 14 days for absolutely no reason what so ever.
Place a random order? Yeah, you won't be seeing that for AT LEAST a month, possibly longer. It'll take them 2-3 weeks to bottle and package it and then another guaranteed 10-14 days in transit.
Like seriously? What takes so long? I could send my package back and have it arrive in 1/3rd the time or less, and that's by putting the cheapest shipping on it. It's like you intentionally pay to ship it slower I think, because there's no reason for 10-14 days in transit from only half way across the country. I can order drone parts from Florida on Monday and have them by Thursday that same week, maybe even Wednesday. Sooner if I pay for expedited shipping service.

Wow... I'm experiencing the same thing as everyone here. My card gets charged for 2 perfumes and I havent recieved last month's order. I tried emailing several times and I either get ignored completely or just a automated email. What disgusting customer service. I'm going to cancel with them and contact my bank, if they try to charge my account again then it'll go to the fraud dept.

I love the idea of being able to have various perfumes that I couldn't ordinarily afford. Although the prices are cheaper than buying an entire bottle- its still seems a bit steep for those who are actually on a budget. Great thing is u can postpone orders. My only suggestion is perhaps send sample sent cards according to what is ordered. Because I did not like my first three orders. I had no clue of what the description of the scent smelled like and got stuck with some not so great perfumes. Over all I would recommend Scentbird.

It took almost a month to receive my order, and I had to ping them for them to eventually send it. I only ordered two hand cream tubes. The scent was SUPER overpowering and perfumey. It would have been nice if they were not so heavy-handed with it, but it gave me a headache (and that's stuff is on my HANDS, nowhere near my nose!) I contacted them about it but they said "nope, sorry, we don't do refunds lol good luck". That's $30 down the drain. There's no way to test out these stuff so I'm not sure how I could have known. Will never purchase from them again.

I am on my sixth month of subscription and my choices were canceled 4 times already. They offered $5 credit for that... after I asked... What a joke. And it took forever to get answers: no phone number, no chat. Just email for customer service. STAY AWAY!

I subscribed to Scentbird as part of a gift I was awarded for some volunteer hours. The first 'free' delivery cost me $7.31.
I tried numerous times to cancel the subscription thereafter with no replies.
Finally, Scentbird customer service confirmed the cancelation on the day after a second shipment was deployed. No returns. No refunds on merchandise that's already delivered. I would not recommend this company to any one, ever. My 1 star rating is being generous.

Stay far away from Scentbird. To cancel your subscription, the website states that you must send an email to *******@scentbird.com. They ignore your request and reply with an email requesting your reply if you want to pay every two months. If you don't respond, they will continue to bill you. This is shady and illegal. Once written notice is given of your desire to terminate the subscription, that is the END. It requires no further response. If you don't respond they will continue to do automatic withdrawal and then you will have to dispute the charge with your credit card company and possibly PayPal. STAY AwAY FROM SCENTBIRD. I have warned you as have others.

I got charged 9 dollars for the first month they say but, the next day 11 more bucks taken from my account. I messaged everyday for 8 or 9 days and I messaged the day after they took more money. I got answered fairly quickly then asked for a refund and suddenly ignored. I messaged a couple times seeing if they was going to refund still nothing. I messaged on my other email and again answered fairly quickly I told them I wanted my money and cancel the membership and again ignored. I messaged everyday and today got the order and now they won't refund because when it ships to the person sales are final. I sprayed it and it leaks so 20 dollars for a small leaky bottle. I suggest you don't order from this company.

It looks like you decided to receive a Premium fragrance and we can't cancel the processed order and issue a refund for the upcharge. I wish there was a way to "return" bad ones. It's no fun to waste an entire month's bottle on a perfume that is not at all what you like. There aren't quite as many different fragrances as I'd hoped, but for now, it's good enough.

Perfumes smell very different on different people so it's interesting to smell the difference between a perfume on myself versus that same perfume on my daughter but I absolutely love this entire concept and the business is top-notch as it pertains to the customer service and the expedited shipping to ensure that the product arrives when it is supposed to.
