I am addicted to clown and it makes it fun to be able to try something new each month. So far I've ordered for the last five months and I do that to colognes per month subscription, and I've only met one clown that I didn't absolutely love. I really enjoy the services scent bird provides and I get really excited every time I see that my next shipment is on its way.

This is my favorite membership! I get to choose what I want, then if I love it i can reorder it! That is awesome. I love to smell good perfume is a must for me and I'm very very picky. So with that said out of 9 scents I have only had 1 that I was not crazy about. Can't beat that.

I always wanted to be able to have a very vast collection of different Colognes, but felt that the cost would be more than I was willing to pay. I came across a Scent Bird ad and then I read the reviews and decided to give it a try. I have been apart of the Scent Bird community now for almost 6 months and I must say that I am well pleased. I love the wide variety of choices to choose from. I am very pleased with the price and my new collection of bottles of cologne(see picture).

It's pretty much a scam. In the terms, your subscription renews every time it expires even if you initially set it to expire at 3 months. I'm trying to cancel it right now but I can't find it on there website (even in the location they say it's supposed to be in).

The site shows pretty designer bottles but the perfume comes in basic generic bottles. I like to put my perfumes out on a tray but these are too ugly to display, and I question if they're even authentic. I just signed up for a 6 month subscription and received my first order today. When I went to cancel upcoming deliveries there's no way to cancel on the site and no way to contact customer service. If the remaining five orders haven't shipped and I'm unhappy with the first one why do I have to pay for five more? SCAM.

Please note that all vials are 8mL/0.27oz and have been trialed to last for 120-140 sprays, which should be enough for at least 4 sprays per day for 30 days. Because we're an online sampling service, we repackage the fragrances into our signature packaging so that we can offer our monthly service. Once you've found your signature scent, we recommend that you purchase a full-size bottle from an authorized vendor or the brand directly. I subscribed because my perfume is pricey & i though i can get it much cheaper on this site. But if you think about it they charge you almost $20 every month for a small vial, costing more at the end. Not also realizing that they take it upon themselves to send you a totally different fragrance. Not notifying the members that you need to check your queue everytime. So i took the quiz & I'm a citrusy fresh kind of person & i use only this scents. Then they send me an absolutely different scent when i took the quiz, smells like caramel. Really scentbird, your wasting my money. This perfume you sent me is absolutely not my kind of perfume, so what will I do with it? Throw it? Awful customer service, i unsubscribed.

Rest assured that the quiz just shows some suggested results based on the parameters you've chosen during the quiz. But you can ignore them and choose fragrances solely based on desired notes and occasions. You'll have full control of what you will receive in each shipment when you add items to your queue! The fragrances are great but some are not strong enough and all of them that I have received dont last at all within a few hours the scent is totally gone which is a great disappointment. However the selections to choose from are great if only you could tell what you're wearing after a couple of hours after spraying

I thought this would be a nice way to sample perfumes but I was wrong. Any product I selected to ship would not be available last minute. This happened twice. Both happen to be perfumes, which I was really excited about. Instead, of allowing me to pick as a replacement they just make the decision for you with no input from you - like zero opportunity for input. That's just piss poor customer service. After three months, I canceled my subscription. They also make it really tricky to cancel your subscription and asked 6 times in a row - Are you sure?
You have to make a request to cancel. It's crazy. Also, be prepared to wait three weeks to receive your chosen (if you get what you chose) products. The main thing is products never seemed to be available and it was frustrating.

I was so excited to join this subscription, but my excitement diminished very quickly. I enrolled early December, it is now middle of January and I have yet to receive my first order. Trying to actually talk to someone was extremely difficult. When they finally do get back to me via email, my response wasn't even registered. I reach out again and it takes days for them to respond at all. Extremely disappointed with this company and the customer service it provides. Still waiting for my first order and a response from customer service...

I received an email stating that my fragrance was out of stock but if my fragrance was set to be delivered in that month, I'd still receive it. I didn't. I was sent a different fragrance, I've also had this experience with scentbird twice in the last two months.

I have never seen such an unorganized site. I have had a subscription for almost 6 months my orders are never on time and I find myself having to email mail them weekly to find out where my product is. If and when they respond they never answer the question that you asked and the always have an excuse so unprofessional.

My shipment only had one fragrance and I paid for two, I could not get anyone to respond and they don't have an 800 number to call. I cancelled but feels like they basically stole money from me and I could not get them to respond. Just not happy that they have no customer service to talk to and they can basically treat you any way they want and take money out of your account!

I was so excited to try this subscription, counted the days and continually checked the tracking status, but I'm disappointed. It's definitely not "rebottled", it's just a replica. This scent by Michel Germain - sexual noir touts the scents of vanilla, jasmine, amber, vetiver, and pink orchid, but I smell a deodorant smell. I can't explain it, but imagine smelling spray deodorant. Maybe that's how they're trying to get it to last? It smells alright, I guess, but you can get full bottles of replicas on ebay for around $10. This was my first month, so I'll wait for the second to see how I feel. If it has the same deodorant smell, I'm gonna have to cancel. This is a really good idea, if it were actually small bottles of name brand perfume, and I think it's even doable, so I hope a company can figure out a way to do it. It's really cute though, and I love the little bag.

I pay a bimonthly fee to receive bimonthly fragrances. I have been doing this for months and have yet to receive ANY perfumes or scents. Absolute sham of a company. With I could get my money back but even after contacting an associate I cannot get anything sent to me, no money back, AND I can't cancel my subscription. Worst thing I have ever spent money on hands down.

I was a customer for several months receiving 3 scents a month. I decided to put my subscription on hold due to the mounting costs - and only did this because I couldn't figure out how to cancel (they make it really challenging). I noticed that I was charged again despite being on hold and immediately contacted their support email for a refund. They agreed and said it would be processed shortly. When I received the refund it was just for the shipping even though my order had not been shipped yet. I wrote back asking for the rest of the refund and they refused citing some obscure policy. Now this company has my money and I'm left with nothing, no products, no order, nothing. I'm waiting the 15 days until I can dispute it with my credit card company. The concept of the service is cool and the scents are nice but this company feels more like a scam that anything else when you change your mind about subscribing. Beware.

The perfume cases are cheap, flimsy, weak, and break easily. You can't choose your own color case if you subscribe to the case subscription. The perfume tubes are the same as the top part is made of cheap plastic and break easily. They can hardly keep fragrances in stock so it's very upsetting when part of your order can't be filled. They also don't tell you what happens if an item is out of stock if you get more than one fragrance every month. I've emailed them several times about these issues and hardly get an email back. They ignore problems and customers. They also don't have an option to pay by afterpay or affirm. They often send expired fragrances and lie about it being expired.

Scentbird has been an amazing subscription since I've decided to join. Every month I am provided with a new scent to match my personal taste or what scentbird believes would be suited for me due to their very helpful app that lets you rate the scents received. Signed up with scentbird at the end of last year. Thought it be great. Since I signed up, seems like every other day I get an email saying they have to change the order of my queue, because the fragrances I picked are out of stock. Then I wanted to upgrade to receiving 2 a month instead of 1, so I go online and change it, as soon as I clicked on it they withdrew the money. No where does it say that they will pull the money the moment you agree to upgrade. I had just paid for the month a few days before. I feel they should make it clear that you will be charged as soon as you upgrade. I also feel they should find a way to have enough of a certain product before listing it as an option. You get excited for the one you picked and it is very disappointing when they tell you it is no longer available. No sure I will be staying with them. Going to see how the next month or so goes then will decide.

Perfumes smell very different on different people so it's interesting to smell the difference between a perfume on myself versus that same perfume on my daughter but I absolutely love this entire concept and the business is top-notch as it pertains to the customer service and the expedited shipping to ensure that the product arrives when it is supposed to.
