Money has been taken out of my account twice and I am yet to receive any product from them. You can never reach anyone to talk too and its all robotic games on a chat and the email, and they never return phone calls
Initially thought this would be a great subscription, except any decent perfume comes with an additional $10 charge on top of the $150 you pay for 6 months. Then they failed to communicate the renewal date and amount and just charged me! I contacted them with hours of the charge asking that they cancel and refund but they refused to refund me, oh but sure we will cancel for future! Effectively guaranteed I will never use them for myself or as a gift. Way to burn bridges guys!
Hi Susan, sorry to hear that your experience with us wasn't as great as it could've been! Kindly note that all Premium fragrances have an upcharge cost to them. In order to be transparent with our customers, a notification is displayed prior to you adding such Premium fragrance to your queue and you have to OK it in order to proceed further. Once you confirm that you're ok with paying extra for such fragrances, our system charges you for such fragrances automatically. But, we make sure that our customers get better deals at www.scentbird.com than those they'd get from a conventional store. In case if you don't want to be charged extra, you can just add non-premium fragrances to your queue. In case if you don't want to be charged for the upcoming month, you'll need to cancel your subscription prior to the cut-off date (one day before the billing date). I love sampling different fragrances! Scent Bird offers such a huge variety of scents to test and purchase. I really enjoy the size and packaging, so pretty! I stopped purchasing fragrances for myself, but now, it's all about me. I love it! My only drawback is that I wish they arrived the first week of each month.

For someone like me who is obsessed with perfume and always smelling good this is the perfect set up. They take money out of my account once a month, and it's not that much (I get 2 fragrances). I love that I get to pick all my fragrances ahead of time but can go back into my queue any time I want and change things.

I enjoy this subscription but will not keep using it regularly due to the price. Add it up over a year and you've spent a pretty penny on a small amount of joy. They are also upping their prices next month.

Sometimes u wait up to a month over the time expected to get ur monthly order. I had an October scent come in at the end of November so they missed one month saying they will give me 5$ off no refund for my month that never arrived.

I got my first order and found it was packed into a small lipstick looking container, I don't remember being told it would arrive that way, but it certainly did try to act like you would get the bottle instead of this rediculous looking tube. Talk about taking the fun out of buying cologne. It smelled watered down and not like the original one I smelled. These guys are like the guy 15 years ago trying to sell you every scent on the street from a backpack. Looks like that guy blew up. There is no contact to stop your subscription. If you feel displeased with this service you could be stuck for a minute. There is no way to get out easily. Not happy at all. I feel it's a rip off and doubt these are the real scents. Hopefully I figure out how to cancel, right now they trapped me.

I really am enjoying receiving all of these great scents! But I only gave 4 stars because I wish customer service were more available. You can only chat and it's like prerecorded messages. You can't get your problems resolved. Also, it takes forever to receive your packages..

This is my first month with scent bird. I received a very nice scent, very similar to a scent I'd like. I'm just curious as to what I will be charged the following month as well as what is the little spec floating in my bottle. I took off the label so you could see it better. And I also cannot get back into my account? Every time I try it says the website is down, both on my laptop and my phone.

Im really glad I found scentbird as most fragrance delivery companies didn't deliver to Canada. Their application interface is easy to use and building your profile based on my taste was seamless and fun. I've always loved fragrances but could never commit to buying full volumes so this company allowed me to explore and discover different scents I never thought I'd otherwise try. Different scents bring out a different side of me, and I'm loving it. Customer service has been very pleasant and swift when I had to request for a refund on an error purchase I made. Highly recommend this company.

I really enjoy having the option of trying expensive fragrances without paying out the easy 60 dollars for an once of something you may not like all that much. I mean 3.4 oz can last a really long time so you want to you're going to enjoy what you're investing into. I think cologne can be important especially when it comes to taking pride in yourself and making an impression. I love Cedar, Sandalwood, Clove and Patchouli (in small doses). So it gives me a chance to look through designer brand products to see if anything matches my preferences. I love this subscription and can't wait to receive the next!

I've worn the same three perfumes my entire life so this has been the perfect way for me to discover new scents. I haven't had any trouble with my account or receiving products. I was ordering one per month and have increased it to two now. The quiz you take to find the scents you prefer is very accurate and it helps them choose a perfume you may enjoy if you didn't pick one. I love this company and I'm glad I didn't steer clear of them based on negative reviews I read before signing up. I think everyone should do it if you enjoy receiving monthly gifts.

I really enjoy trying different types of perfumes, and you get enough to actually play around with. Customer service was responsive when I had a question. Selection is varied. I recommend as someone who is interested but never got into scents due to price and intimidation. The way you smell can really make you feel better. Quick note: scents interact with your skin, so sometimes something that smells amazing on a friend becomes unpleasant on you, so being able to try, and not just a one time sample, is really nice.

I love this subscription. I get to try 3 scents a month and the size is not particularly small (and it's cheaper to pay in advance). Plus I'm not stuck with dozens of large bottles of perfumes that I don't wear. The recommendations are pretty spot on, and out of 12 or so fragrances, I've only had one I didn't care for. My daughter liked it though, so all was good. Highly recommend this if you like to have a variety of scents to choose from..

Hi im Adrianna, and today I'm going to be talking about Scentbird. I've been using scentbird from since August 2020 and so far I'm really happy with the results. There products are amazing, I love the way they come, And the delivery doesn't take too long. It's perfect when you want to test a perfume before buying the entire bottle as well. I definitely look forward to them coming each month. They have so much to choose from at a pretty good price. This is a perfect gift for a loved one. And there are sprays for both men and woman.

I love this site! It's great for me doing the majority of my shopping online. (Also perfect now for ppl shut in with this pandemic situation). For me it's hard to visualize what the scent will be like based upon the notes and descriptions given by the seller... I love perfume but HATE the thought of wasting money on buying something im thinking I'll like but when I get it, I HATE IT. Scentbird takes all the chance and guesswork out of the picture for you. For a minimal price every month you choose the scent(s) that you THINK you may like. And if you don't you've only spent about 1/6 give or take of what you would for the full size product. To me this is absolutely perfect! I've even"upped" my monthly shipment from one scent to two. This plan gives you even more savings. I believe they also have a 3 pk plan available. I'm so glad i decided to JUMP and join the club! I love it
Once you put your credit card, they will force you to take the first order and they'd be no way of going back even you cancel immediately. They send you a scent of their choice (smelled nothing like the quiz I took), they sent me ASH which smells so cheap and it's giving me a headache. I would have never bought it in real life.

They charged more on my 1st month. It was supposed to be $7, then next month, $16 if I wanted to keep my subscription. They charge $28 total on two separate transactions on the same day. I emailed, and they won't respond about it. I dislike that we can't contact them via phone. This is highly unacceptable. I hope people leave this company. They don't deserve business!

Hi Nicole, sorry that our billing caused that much confusion. We see that you subscribed with us and paid $7.06 for your 1 product/Monthly plan. It costs $16.95, but you received a 60% discount. The same day you decided to upgrade your plan to 3 products/monthly one. It costs $37 a month, so our system automatically charged you an additional $20.85 to cover the cost of this new plan. Because you paid for 3 fragrances, instead of 1, you received 3 fragrance vials on February 15th instead of 1. In our efforts to be transparent with our subscribers, this info is displayed on our website, checkout page before you pay for the service & our FAQ page. It looks like our Agent Julie clarified everything about your billing on February 25th via Instagram DM. I've had nothing but amazing experiences with Scentbird. They are the first subscription company I can say that about. Even when I had a negative reaction to a product, they did their best to make sure I was happy; replacing the product with something else from my queue with no questions asked. Answer: I am frequently asked what perfume I am wearing. It's nice to change things up. My husband has liked all but one of the scents I've received. I LOVE getting a different scents every month. Perfumes smell very different on different people so it's interesting to smell the difference between a perfume on myself versus that same perfume on my daughter but I absolutely love this entire concept and the business is top-notch as it pertains to the customer service and the expedited shipping to ensure that the product arrives when it is supposed to.
