August 2016 I purchase software from SaraSoftware. I receive the download and all was grand. Just 1 month ago, my hard drive crashed and I had to re -register again. When I did, the response back was that it was not a working Product Key. I reached out to SaraSoftware by email and within 3-5 days they responded back with a new Product Key and all is grand again. I surely have not had any issues with their product or service.

I purchased Office 2016 on March 17,2017 and today, April 17,30 days later, it stopped working. I tried re-entering the key code but Microsoft said it was not valid. It looks like they did a bait & switch by selling me a legit full license and sold me a 30 trial instead. Naturally, they have no phone # for support and haven't responded to my email. My bank agreed to refund my money and report them for fraud. Don't trust them.
I have been waiting for three days to get help installing my product that I ordered that will not install. A customer service agent said that he would assist, me and after waiting several times for him to show up (for several hours at a time), we scheduled a time to do it today. He did not show up once again, and I am done. I needed this product three days ago. Of course they have no available phone number. I want a refund. Fingers crossed I get it.
I purchased two copies of Microsoft office 2010 early this morning. I received a fraud alert from my bank regarding another purchase from a different company. Sara and this other company are within a couple of miles of each other. I don't want to accuse anyone but this is too much of a coincidence. Now, my card is closed and there is a five day turnaround time before I receive my new card. I received an email from Sara's technical support, asking if I purchased two copies of Microsoft office, via AOL mobile.

Downloaded software wouldn't install. The link would work and download package, but when trying to install it, it gives an error message. They wouldn't respond to my emails nor Contact Us form.
Check their address on Google Maps; it's fake. Look for their contact phone number; there is none. Compare their prices to any legitimate vendor.
Now it's your fault.
When reviewing pricing for MS Office non cloud version Sara Software had the best pricing. I had two e-mail inquires prior to purchasing, each inquire was answered within 20-45 minutes. Placed my order online for Office 2016 Pro, downloaded, installed registered - no issues. Great!
Microsoft Windows Fall Creator 2017 wiped my SSD clean, twice, no backup available in the partition, my external drive back up was corrupt. Once I reinstalled the OS and re-installed the Office 2016 Pro, issues with registering. E-mailed Sara Software new license sent within minutes on a Sunday no-less, back up and running.
I would recommend Sara Software to anyone who's looking to purchase software and save some money. By my estimate I saved over $100 purchasing from Sara Software than Microsoft or other fly by night online vendors.

They don't respond to complaints. They are not available 24/7. The phone is never answered and their mail box is always full.
Had no issues at all, just made sure I chose the correct version that I needed for my requirements, and that it was the Download version. Then made sure I followed the download/install instructions... not sure what issues the other reviewers had but as a moderately skilled PC user it was piece of cake... almost did not buy at this great price because of the poor reviews.
It has been almost a day and I have not received the product key for the Microsoft products I purchased and paid for. No phone customer service. Only email. After several hours someone emailed me a nonsensical response to my request. Do not purchase software from this vendor.
The company I work for has bought one copy each of 3 different versions of Office 2016 from SaraSoftware. The first 2 installed and activated okay. We bought the third about a week ago and everything installed and ran fine. But when I copied and pasted the product key and clicked to activate it told me the product key was not valid. I tried several times, same result.
I emailed support and they responded by sending a different product key--no "Oops, problem on our end." No "Sorry, the product key is for 64-bit version and you used 32-bit version." Just "Use THIS product key instead."
It did activate with the new product key--but giving out the same key multiple times until it stops working is routine with "cracked" or pirated software.
I purchased Office 2016 from SaraSoftware before reading the reviews for this site. My purchase did download, but when I looked at my programs on my computer it was listed as Office 2010, although the individual components said 2016. They did send me a product code within 24 hours as promised, but the product code was bogus. When I tried to enter the code I was informed that one of the characters was not contained in a product key code. I tried every other letter of the alphabet in that space and each code said it was invalid. I contacted the software company and was told "You did not installed it or do the correct step, you just use the office 2016 product key to activate your office 2010, so this is my issue?" I only hope I can get my money back...

Sara Software have no customer service phone number, people are calling another company phone number which is Sara Software Systems LLC an IT Consulting company. Sara Software Systems LLC are getting 20 to 30 calls per day at the Sara Software systems number. The company is trying to locate Sara Software any customer support person so that they can tell how the customers are dissatisfied with Sara Software and they need to post the number on website.
Customers please note that Sara Software Systems LLC is not same as Sara software, so please do not call number starting with 913 area code.
I ordered on-line on Sunday, I downloaded, I installed the software, I followed the instruction and it worked immediately after I set up the various parameters and accounts. On Monday morning, I received the activation key.
I do not see any problem.
On line deception of product. Customer service rude even with polite email questions. Canceled credit card that was used for purchase, investigation pending.
Purchased MS Office 2016 from here and the license key they sent me is now invalid according to Microsoft. I got swindled!
Back on 9/28 I ordered Outlook for my 82 year old mother, who has limited sight (20% vision) and has been working with a trainer to learn to use a computer for limited sight. She uses a program called JAWS that reads to her what is on the screen.
Because Outlook is the best email program for JAWS, I ordered a download for her. I am in a different state than my mom and have to do everything remotely. SaraSoftware double billed me for the order. I filed a dispute for ONE of the billings with my credit card company. The credit card company erroneously credited my account twice. Then, since they can't credit for a purchase not made, the added one of the charges back to my account, in other words, I had two refunds and three charges.
I began an email exchange with SaraSoftware requesting the activation code. They requested my credit card number to review the matter. I gave them my email and my mom's email. When I asked how secure their server is, they emailed back that they use gmail. I sent them the credit card information encrypted along with information on how to open the email. They couldn't open it. I requested a phone number where I could call them and provide my credit card number. I was informed they could not take incoming calls. I asked if they would call me. I was informed they could not. At some point during this time, SaraSoftware also credited my account for the double billing rather than sending me the activation code.
I reordered the Outlook again on 12/28. Since this was for my mom's computer, I put her email address on the order, rather than mine.
Mom received confirmation of the order on Wednesday, December 28,2016 9:44 AM. She received confirmation of payment on Wednesday, December 28,2016 9:44 AM.
Then, on Friday, December 30,2016 12:15 AM she received and email stating: We have processed your SaraSoftware refund for order with the reference AWEUSBLTK.
I NEVER requested a refund. I wrote to SaraSoftware through their website once again, explaining the above and requesting that the REFUND be cancelled and again requesting the authorization code for Mom's Outlook, originally purchased on 9/28 and repurchased on 12/28.
Here is the email I received back: "We do not want to do business with you, sorry."
In other words, they are declining to do business with me because of their mistakes. I will never, ever, ever do business with SaraSoftware again.
I purchased a MS Office 2016 download Now they wont send me the product code or respond to email requests. Update I got my product code about 36 hours after purchase. There is no phone # and customer service is slooow to respond.
