The operating system wend down and now I need to reinstall Office 16 that I got from you in March 2017. Can you help me??
How do I retrieve the microsoft link again?
Tried to activate my Product Key code. Copied and pasted it (with dashes). Word locked up after the green bar was 90% "activated.". Thinking I should have deleted dashes when pasting, I cancelled it. Now Word is locked in the cancellation mode. Will I lose my installation downloaded four days before?!!!!

Why do you have such terrible reviews? If all these are true google needs to be informed and remove you from their query generation.
