Tried to activate my Product Key code. Copied and pasted it (with dashes). Word locked up after the green bar was 90% "activated.". Thinking I should have deleted dashes when pasting, I cancelled it. Now Word is locked in the cancellation mode. Will I lose my installation downloaded four days before?!!!!
