Sana safinaz are not designers, they are master scammers. Their pictures are insanely edited. Their clothes design on their website are highly manipulated which make you think you're getting the exact same thing. Their original quality is worst than a copy print. I spent $450 on 8 suits and looks like I got my suits from a sewer in Pakistan. Their quality is disgusting. Their pictures are deceiving. Don't EVER THINK OF BUYING THEIR SUITS. The lace will be missing, the design will be altered, the quality is significantly poor. Notice the BORDERS, SlEEVE DESIGN, COlOR, FABRIC QUALITY. Disgusting
I brought two shirts from SS Eid collection
And they shipped me only one. I contacted their customers service and they said in 2-3 days someone will contact me and they will issue me a refund. Its been 2 weeks nobody called me or email back. They stole my money. They ignore my calls and emails. Run away from them! DON'T buy anything from them. They ll steal your money!
Please dont buy any dresses from this brand
They are fraud people
And make fraudulent charges on tour credit card
They got the worst customer service
Even after making payment they call you and send emails saying that your order is on hold and make you pay again
Then create another order on your name and send the dresses twice
My wife has had the worst experience from them ordering dresses here in USA
I always order from many other brands such as baroque, khuda baksh and the process is always smooth
I have never experienced such nonsense from any other brands
Bought one ladies suit having faith they packed the right size. Found out to be wrong size after checking at home. Went back next day to exchange. They bluntly said they don't have the size and we can only exchange with any other style or size but won't give refund. Selected another style which was 100 Rs. Cheaper so they refused to exchange saying their system won't allow. We said keep the change as Khairat and let us have the exchange. They refused saying system won't allow. We raised out voice so finally got the exchange leaving behind 100Rs. Very bad policy and service by such a big brand name store.
I have order some of the new suits with Sana Safinaz and at the time of delivery the courier guy called me in the morning 6 and asking me to pick up the courier i have requested several times to him for the reschedule of deliver after long time he agreed and at around 9.30 i just followed up my order and he told me i can't come then again i requested him and after some time he went to the wrong address and when i told him that you should have to read the address carefully he started using bad words with me and warned me i will not deliver your order i will cancel your order and make the call end.
I was not expecting the thing from this brand at least that their courier staff even don't know how to deal with the customers such a disappointing staff will never ever order again from this brand.
Update #2: I received my shipment on time. However the quality of the clothing is so cheap for what I payed! The blue kurti looks completely different in-person and it is see-through! I gifted a couple of the other suits, in sha Allah they are better quality. The first (black and white) $60 kurti is also very cheap quality. I felt like I put a table cloth over my self and that I wasn't wearing comfortable clothes. Very disappointed but at least I received my order. I'm just worried about the dress that was for $137.60. Fallahu khairun hafizan wa huwa arhamur rahimeen.
Update #1: The next morning I posted this, they sent me an email that my order has been shipped. I'm looking forward to changing this rating into a 5-star rating and deleting what I wrote before! Note: I have changed my rating from 1-star to 4-stars.
Original Comment: I will change or delete my review, however, if that is not possible I will add a five star review only if their service improves. The first time I made a purchase was for Eid ul-Fitr (total of $110 CAD). I placed my order late yet they dispatched my order as an emergency and I received my clothes within 9 days of placing my order. Because of this great experience I placed a larger order of approximately $500 CAD. It has been 17 days yet no one has responded to my texts on Facebook or my emails. I really hope this doesn't turn out to be a scam because I would hate to involve my parents. When I involve them they don't hesitate to take things to court. And my cousin is a lawyer which makes things much easier.
3 weeks back I have shopped 2 shirts online and i have some issue with size. I've sent them email messages but no answer and i m also calling them daily but nobody is responding, Now they will give lame excuse of lockdown so Yes i knw about lockdown but if their staff is available for taking online order then why don't they respond?
I bought clothes from Sana safinaz.
Not satisfied as pieces are missing from the suit.
Also I tried to contact them by they haven't replied I have emailed two times.
No communication.
But however when I purchase the suit they replied me about my delivery other than that they haven't regarding my complaint.
Delivery is not bad they told me you will receive within 6 to 7 but came by 10 days.
I did receive within 10 days.
I ordered $200 worth of stuff with them online, and didn't end up getting my package. I tried calling their 24/7 line and after numerous tries, someone picked and basically he put off my questions by saying the complaints department will get in touch with me. And obviously no one did. I tried emailing with my concerns and no one replied to those either. Basically, you're better off ordered from some other place like Annus Abrar, where they will actually get in touch with you via whatsapp (a much more reliable way to contact overseas customers) if there are any concerns. This is an absolutely garbage business, run by people who don't know how to treat customers and people who want to make money by scamming others.
I ordered online and got my order within the defined timeline! The outfits were better than i had expected! Previously i thought this brand was just a fad, but to my surprise the products were amazing!

I ordered their new collection Mahy 2021 it's totally fake lawn 2490 per 2 piece suite I pay I ordered 2 dresses but the quality is so cheap just like phatty k kaprythey looted people just because their tv adds are so attractive that's way we think the dresses are so nice but the end we received these dresses ufff so garbage plz don't buy any thing from Sana Safinaz very bad quality

Refund issue, they lied about refund policy … not satisfied with refund which is the sales person said
I got four suits very cheap quality material not worth getting or spending money.so disappointed on wasting time and effort.
I live in the uk and I placed an online order. I was sent an email that I will have to pay VAT & Customs and if I still want my order or if I want a refund, I replied and said I want a refund as I am not happy to VAT & Customs as I had already paid £9+ for delivery but they had already taken my money and sent the parcel out. Their customer service is rubbish, I have sent loads of emails and no one gets back to me to let me what's happening. Iv had to phone Pakistan to speak to the customer helpline I keep being told some1 will get back to me but they dont do it is a complete nightmare
My mum has always wanted an outfit from this company, so for Eid i decided to go on SanaSafinaz website and order her an outfit. I stumbled on an outfit: CODE LUXURY 18-04B which is a mint green colour outfit with beads attached, i decided to buy this as well for myself.
I received the materials, to my disbelief, the outfit material/lace beads that made me attracted to the outfit in the first place was not included in the material, it is shown on the images on the website from what the model is wearing and its stunning though it is not what i actually received at all...
Theres no lace beads at all.
They have breached consumer rights by misleadingly/ under false advertisement, showing goods and sending something different/incomplete.
I have taken screen shots of their website page, images and what i received and have contacted trading standards and raised this issue to which a claim has now been filed.
I am utterly annoyed how the pieces of material, very basic, cost me £80 alone. No stitching and not the same as the images they have advertised.
My mothers outfit that cost £50 on its own without stitching, the material is very cardboard like.
In total including shipping i paid around £150.
I am very annoyed at how this company has sold goods under false advertisements.
And therefore i will pursue forth with this claim against the company.
Didn't ship my order and didn't reply to emails requesting refund. Never order. I am very disappointed in the lack of help or communication
Answer: They seem legit to me. I don't know if competitors are posting fake reviews or if they are actually like that. I have only purchased their Ready to Wear clothing so far. In sha Allah, I will be receiving a shipment soon, I'll let you know if my thoughts have changed in any way.
