Ok I have emailed twice called over 10 times live chatted 3 times gotten 2 different ticket numbers 4 different phone numbers and hung up on 3+ times. Then had to fb message and still no results. Never buy online from this store. If you need samsung, but from a retail store so you can return. Absolutely ridiculous

I recently tried to get service to a wonderful camera, Samsung Smart Camera WB850F. This camera is only 3 years old and was damaged accidently resulting in a jammed lens. Following the directions on the in-box literature, I called 1-800-SAMSUNG. The on-line prompts do not list "camera's" and I was transferred six times between departments who advised they do not handle camera's. Each time you give your phone number and name and then repeat at the new department. Finally I managed to get a phone number of where to send the camera in Canada for service. After making three phone calls to this company, I received the address to mail the camera for an assessment. They emailed the assessment which I was absolutely disgusted about, the price was higher than the cost of a new equivalent model at Best Buy and higher than we paid for the camera in the beginning. The estimate was $278.24 and the camera cost $250.00. I emailed the company back to dispute this charge, also sending them a copy of the information on the Best Buy website showing the new camera's costing $239.99 with a 2 year warranty. They advised to contact the 1-800-SAMSUNG number to dispute it. Another call to this center resulted in seven transfers between departments with the final department advising me, after explaining the dispute, that "it is what it is". I asked to speak to a supervisor and remained on hold for another fifteen minutes and the line was disconnected. Very frustrated, leads me to believe these products are disposable when they need service. Usually a repair is a percentage of the cost of the product and not more than the product cost in the first place. Samsung are very good at hiding their Corporate email addresses and all contact on their website lead back to this Customer Care Center. Would love to contact their Customer Relations Department or Executive Director to express my concerns but they are not a transparent company and do not share the contact information on their website. I am now in with a $50 estimate charge and still no satisfaction on a repaired camera. I will NOT be paying over the cost of a new one to get this unit repaired. This is the last Samsung product I will be buying, very, very poor customer service.

Samsung s6 phone
September 4, 2015

I purchased this phone as all the reviews basically said its problem was no removable battery. Well this phone has a lot bigger issues. It totally shut down after 19 days and even the samsung rep said it was dead and it had to be sent back. Now since its passed 14 days which is ridiculous, it has to be mailed back. So now i have no phone for at least 7 days. DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE. I believe that the samsung egde has the same issues. Buy an LG and do yourself a favor.

Seriously, I've bought my SyncMaster 943n way back in 2006 and up until now it worked perfectly. Though colors may not be the most accurate in the world and it heats up quite a lot after a couple hours, but that's minor issues.

I got a Samsung TV on Black Friday for Christmas called customer service while it was still within the 30 days to return the TV they told me they would send me a software update on a USB called 3 times every time they told me it had been shipped after my 30 days was up to return the TV about 2 months later they finally told me it was never sent there was no software upgrade called again today they told me I was sent an upgrade I told them they were incorrect and there was no upgrade. They told me the TV was still under warranty possibly they could come up with a solution or have a tech come to my house and asked for my phone number and told me someone would call me back, I told them so far with my experience with Samsung my guess would be no one would call me back today. They guaranteed me someone would call me back today and I never heard from them. I have a Panasonic TV in my living room when I originally got it I debated between Panasonic and Samsung my Panasonic is a 720p plasma best TV I've ever owned and definitely better customer service I will never buy a Samsung again in fact if I don't get my issues fixed I will toss it in the garbage and buy a Panasonic. I had an insignia for 20 years and the picture was better than my brand new Samsung 1080p and definitely better customer service. I bought this TV thinking it would be awesome for sports but when people are in motion the picture is blurry. And my HD tube had a more clear picture than this does

I was a dedicated supporter…. Phones, t/vs, cameras and even air/cond. But never again. I spent a dozen plus hours to get my Kies 3 working as the prior KIES backup had been disabled and tried myself then Telstra Platinum then Samsung Ausatralia and the so called Samsung 24 hour line…the 24 hour line was worse…. Robotic, thick headed, then sheer arrogance then with no shame they told me to go to speak to Apple. They were just spoilt brats who were losers…they couldn't solve the problem and didnt care…the software is just no good. They gave me wrong email address' and then the 24 hour number was not working as they were overburdened then there were disconnections…. So now at the risk of no backup Im going back to Apple. Samsung are to fat to care, the arrogance and smugness of there pathetically robotic and petulent 'support' is just lousy. STICK IT SAMSUNG!

The Samsung service center in Richmond BC is absolutely brilliant. I purchased a Samsung Tab S a couple of months back and a few weeks ago I dropped it, my stupid. The screen had a few cracks in it. I went to the service center in Richmond, knowing that the warranty would not be in effect as the cracked screen would not be covered. When I arrive I explained what had happened, the clerk asked if I had the purchase receipt, which I did have. She then told me that Samsung offered a complimentary one time fix and that if internal damage was found then there would be a small payment. I was told to leave it for one hour thirty minutes and if I did not hear within that time limit I could return and pick up the tablet. After an hour and half I drove back, was told the tablet was in final testing and it would be a few minutes. The tablet had been restored, the customer service center had even put on a screen protector for me. Everyone that I came in contact with at the service center was professional and certainly accommodating. This is not my first Samsung product and it will not be my last. When I receive service like this from a huge company link Samsung, I become a very loyal future customer. Five stars to Samsung.

Great products but poorly run shipping and customer service. We bought our TV from the Samsung site and their shipper (ever hear of Associated Global, we didn't either) lost the unit. Two weeks later they were willing to wait until the shipper made a final determination and would not send a replacement unit. Canceled that order and went to Best Buy. There was appeal to the idea of buying directly from the company that made the unit. Bad idea. Dont.

Replaced our kitchen appliances last year before Christmas hoping to have them prior to having everyone over for dinner Christmas day, we didn't get them till end of January, in august our dishwasher had a problem and was shutting down, logged a service call and with 48 hours the tech called us and said he had the part to fix it and he came the next day, when he arrived he had no idea why he was there we had to explain the whole situation to him, he then pulled the dishwasher out and said the tub was leaking at a seam and would have to replace the whole unit, it took 6 weeks from the time we made the call to Samsung until they finally replaced the unit. The new unit was fine until it starting not cleaning as good as it did after only having it for 2 months, and we found a gasket laying in the drain. Once again I called Customer service and was told I would hear from a service tech within 48 hours, they also gave me the number of the repair company to call and " make sure they got the call " so I tried calling several times to be told that the lines voicemail is full. Received a message from the repair guy asking me to call him back I tried several times and again was getting a message the user you are trying to reach is unavailable and has not set up his VM. I finally 2 days later got another call from the service company with a girl telling me the part we needed was in and they were coming to fix it, I asked how she knew what part it was since we had no one come out and she said from the error code I gave, I never gave a error code, she said oh it was a recall bulletin they know what is wrong, so the tech came out and asked what was wrong? Realy? He ended up telling me that we should use the dishwasher soap blocks that are made to fit, that we should use only a couple teaspoons' of dishwasher detergent, then told me that all of these new water saving appliances are pieces of crap, and don't waste your money on the higher models more of a chance to break, that's awesome

It is the ever best company which produces quality cell phones and also i am very proud to say that samsung is the first ever company which sells android touch screen phones for the lowest prices. Though the rate is low the quality is really at its best.

I purchased a Samsung white French Door Refrigerator in 2010. The ice/water dispenser had to be repaired 3 times in 2013, glad for the warrantee, extended warrantee purchased thru Lowes Home Improvement. The dispenser was repaired but due to it malfunctioning water dripped down the sides and caused the dispenser to rust. This is a totally white refrigerator and now is trashed with brown rust stains. I can no longer stand to look at it in my kitchen. I spoke with Samsung customer service and they told me there was nothing they could do. I asked if I could get a credit on the purchase of a new one and they said there was nothing they could do. So now my fridge, that should have lasted for 20 years, has to go in the dump and I am left with footing the bill for a replacement. Thanks for nothing Samsung. I will never buy Samsung again and I recommend that no one else does.

#GalaxyNote3 I'm very disappointed for many reasons.
I would like to disable a few Android Applications but I cant cause Samsung thinks even though I am not using these apps I should still keep them. Every time I browse GooglePlay these Apps keep interrupting with UPDATE! Do you hear me SAMSUNG? I AM NOT USING THESE STUPID APPS.
" Evernote, Flipboard, SPlanner, Samsung Hub, etc..."

I have been Pro-Samsung since my 1st Samsung mobile phone 2001. I have been buying Samsung products since then. I have 4 Samsung Mobiles, 65" 3D Samsung TV, and 2 Samsung Laptops. I feel very stupid Samsung betrayed me.
Now I promise if Samsung dont find solution to this; I promise I will get rid of all my Samsung Devices one by one never to buy again.

PS Samsung increased Pixels on Camera of Note3, but
- The camera effect which I used to love "Fall Effect" is not there
- The Shutter Sound is still there. You will need to disable the whole sound of the phone which you might forget later and miss all the calls.
Come-on Samsung where are you spending all those profits you make.
