Hello,
I've been calling samsung from last 6 days and 4 times a day because my microwave which i bought 2 months ago just stopped working and i still have the warranty for that so i want to replace my microwave with a new one but the worst customer services that samsung has, they are making me to feel like a garbage because they just talk and haven't done anything yet. They gave me the home services to fix the non working microwave but they cancelled on me 3 times without informing me and then i had to call samsung to find out the situation instead of me calling them they should be the one to call me and inform me but, i called samsung and they said they can't do anything because home serve cancelled this but samsung is the one who has contract with home serve so it's the samsung's reputation which is completely bad right now.
And they should be the one to uninstall and reinstall the microwave because it was samsung's fault that the microwave is a faulty one, i shouldn't be the one to pay $300 for uninstalling and $300 for reinstalling, in that enough money i can buy a better microwave to be specific not from samsung at all.
I want samsung to exchange my microwave with a new microwave because it's still in the warranty and to reinstall the microwave for free or if not then get someone to reinstall it and pay for their services.
I hope that samsung will take a strict action regarding to this situation.

Samsung free TV offer

Samsung free TV offer is nothing but an aggravating, jump thru hoops, disgusting, never gonna happen misleading joke! I bought a new $800 phone and opened a 4th line with AT&T and was told that I will receive a Samsung smart TV. But after 3 months back and forth. It never happened due to crap. They will NOT help you in any manner. AT&T is nothing but extremely BIG LIES also. Do not trust or believe anything that is told to you by either place

I was suppose to receive a FREE Gear VR with a purchase of a Samsung phone. Waited the 4-6 weeks and now I am going on my 8th week. Have not received product in the mail. I called the customer service line and waited a long time. Finally someone told me the only thing they can do is send an email to the people who deal with these situations. Are they even real people?! I'm never buying another Samsung product in my life.

Dishwasher from hell

Well, we got our new dishwasher installed and thought it was going to be great. It was installed improperly came to find the door is bent. When I called Samsung they sent a tech out within a 24 hour process which was awesome however that's when the awesome stopped. The tech told us and well as Samsung it was physical damage... What is physical damage you ask, it's when any of there parts are damaged and don't work right. I asked why the door is opening improperly and they said because the hinge is bent. The hinge behind the door and all the housing is bent and that's physical damage! Wow, surprising because nothing on the outside is damaged! Now a $500-600 dishwasher is junk because the company does stand behind there product. Labor to fix the door is upwards of $500 to fix and the local rep where it was purchased from could care less.
Buyer beware, there is a reason Samsung appliances are the cheapest! They don't hold up to normal wear and tear and the company does not stand behind there warranty.

Bought a new Samsaung washer and dryer. Washer worked once and died. Home Depot was willing to replace but Samsung said no they were only required to fix under warranty. Calls to "customer service" we're frustrating and useless. They seem preconditioned to company line and even have the nerve after rejecting any attempt to resolve to wish you a good day and ask you to consider Samsung for your next purchase. I can guarantee that will never happen as I will never purchase another Samsung product.

Samsung S2 watch

I have a household full of mac products we have iMac, iPads, iPhone's, iPods, apple tv, mac notebook pro. I am the only one in the house that has samsung products tablet, watch, st edge. I called Samsung because my s2 watch wristband has broken of twice now and they are replacing them for free due to the bands are a factory defect. When i called the rep was so lost i had to repeat my serial number 10 times before he finally got it. Then i was told that i had to send in my broken band before i can receive the new one. This type of customer service is why people run to APPLE! I write APPLE in caps because they deserve the respect for being so great at customer service. The reason I'm upset is because if this was of my wrong doing i would expect somewhat of a delay, but this is a factory defect and i shouldn't be waiting for a UPS label to send back a broken wrist band. I asked customer service if i can speak to a manager or supervisor and their response was they are busy to talk to me write your review online. My watch is only 6 months old and yet I'm still waiting for Samsung to impress me. I regret buying any Samsung products and my advised to Samsung is pay Apple to teach you customer service skills because the company is lacking of.
Think twice before you invest in any Samsung products unless you enjoy being treated like crap. Thank you Samsung you have lost another customer.

The photo function is good and the apperance and color are ok but the battery was so bad it was easy to get hot, very very hot and the signal is bad to I cannot even receive wifi.

I've had two Samsung Galaxies to date and I've been very happy with them, especially the camera. However, I've had the same fault occur on both. After a while, the sound (mic) has gone meaning that I can't record with sound and nobody can hear me on the phone. And the other is that again, after a while, you have to buy new chargers because the phone doesn't recognise that it's in and it's kind of like a lose connection situation. I think Samsung need to address this because it's happened to both my phones and has put me off getting another.

Samsung is terrible! Ordered my tablet 2 weeks ago and it still never shipped! Customer service is useless and just give made up dates about when it will be in stock and shipped. So far they missed 3 promised ship dates and didnt even contact me to notify me. Instead you have to chase them down to find out whats going on. Each time you call samsung says it will be in stock in 2 days. Will never buy samsung again!

I purchased my curved 65 in samsung from paul's tv. After the purchase paul's went out of business. My tv now a year later has led issues. Warranty is only 2 weeks past and samsung is terrible and won't send a repair person out... any suggestions?

If I could Samsung would not even get 1 star! My fridge stopped cooling. I bought at a local Home Depot it's only 16months old. Called Samsung and because it's been over a year they wouldn't do anything. So I had to buy an extended 1 year warranty for $400.00. After waiting for 2 days I call them back to see when they will come fix my fridge. I was told they couldn't find a tech that was willing to come and fix it so I was "aloud" to find my own. Spent $150 to have a local company just tell me what they think is wrong. After them telling me they will order the part "main board" they will call me when it's in (5-10days) within 2-3 days I get a call from them saying they spoke with Samsung and it now can be a valve that will need to be saughtered and they were not lisenced to do so. So once again back on the phone with Samsung. They told me to call a number for ME/NH it's a company that works with Samsung. They came and looked at it (this guy very nice) came to the conclusion it was the fuel system which no one can touch so I was told I would get a call in 24-48 hours to set up a time to get a new fridge and they would take out the old one. Well the time passed after 4 days I ended up calling. I was told they were waiting for something from me. At this point I was so frustrated I was about to cry. They guy ended up say that he processed the "ticket" and I will get an email in 24-48 hours to do the next step in getting a refund. Which mind you it was not what I paid it was a depredation value of course. At this point I just fine just give me my money so I can buy a new fridge. Well 3 days pass still no email. On the phone once again with Samsung. This time I was told it takes about a month to get a refund. Then I was transferred to another person and he told me I was miss informed once again (about the 4th time) he told me I was gonna be getting a call in 24-48 hours at this point I lost it. It's been 3 weeks now I've been dealing with them, getting transferred person to person being put on hold for 10 15 mins at a time more then once in a phone call. Still no money still no working fridge. I will NEVEar buy or recommend a Samsung ANYTHING to anyone!

We purchased a samsung washer (top loader) and dryer in May 2013. We have already had to replace heating element in the dryer. Just recently the washer kept getting off balance for no reason. I called out a repairman and he said the shocks were bad and wanted to charge me almost $400 to replace them with shocks that Samaung had redesigned. I called Samsung to see if they had any other options or would help in any way and they said NO!

We've bought the SAMSUNG CURVE TV worth rupees 1 Lakh on 29th April 2015 which had a warranty of 1 year.And exactly after one year that is on 2nd May 2016 it stopped working. We made a complaint to the Samsung service centre and they took 15 days to know the problem. They've first told the back panel has to be replaced and checked. And on 18th day he came back for checking the product and came to know that it was totally fine but the front panel has to be replaced which is worth around 35 thousand rupees.

My wife and I purchased two Samsung Galaxie S7 edge's and submitted a claim for the Gear VR offer. They rejected the receipt saying first is was not purchased at an approved location and secondly that the prices of the two devices were not on the receipt. We spent around $1600 for two phones at an approved Verizon store and sent them the entire receipt and Samsung ran out of the product and is doing every thing they can to get out of honoring this promotion. Samsung has great products what is happening to there customer satisfaction?

BEWARE!

We had a Samsung GalaxyS6 egde for about 6 months and it just stopped working. We called samsung to see if it was still under warranty and they said they would replace it. It took 3 weeks of calling back to receive an email with a shipping address in it to mail our phone to. We received a phone back about 10 days later. It was shattered and I am fairly certain it is the same phone, not repaired, not replaced but broken. I have called to report this and have currently been on hold for 35 minutes. It has been an absolute nightmare dealing with them and in the meanime we have been without this phone for 2 months now. DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG PRODUCTS!
