Bought a Samsung top loading washing machine. It got recalled. They scheduled a repair date for 11/21 between 8-12. I took off from work and waited an no one showed up. I finally called at 12:30. They said, "sorry they may still come. But they might not. So, we are going to rebook you." Now I am rescheduled for next Monday! Not only did I take off from work, but I wasted an entire day for nothing! And, all they said was "sorry for the inconvenience." And now I have to figure out how to get this done WITHOUT taking another day off from work.
I only gave 1 star because it would not allow me to leave 0 stars! We purchased a complete Samsung appliance package from Home Depot in May. The earliest we could receive our appliances from Samsung was October. The package was delivered on October 6. Part of our package included the Samsung Refrigerator with the french doors, bottom freezer, ice & water in the door. The refrigerator was installed and plugged in around noon on 10/6. The next morning the temp on the refrigerator was 67 degrees and the freezer was 58. I called Home Depot first thing the morning on 10/7. They instructed me to call Samsung because it was a new product. Samsung told me they would have a service technician call me within 24 hours. 10/8 came and went, no phone call. The following Monday I called again and they told me they were looking for a service technician and would call me back. Today is November 18 and I still have not heard from a service technician. Each time I called Samsung, their representatives were extremely rude and had an "I don't care" attitude. Never once did they offer a replacement or refund for my refrigerator. It got to the point where we had to get really ugly with Home Depot and they finally agreed to replace our refrigerator which took another 3 weeks to get. After all this, I receive a letter in the mail this week from Samsung advertising for an extended protection plan for my refrigerator since I "had recently enjoyed the reliability of expert service from Samsung when my refrigerator needed repair"! Really?! They do not have any service technicians in my area and have no desire to be of help if you need them. I will never buy another Samsung product.
Absolutely horrible, they did nothing to resolve my issue with my samsung galaxy s6. They argued back and forth with Best Buy who sold me the phone as to who was lying and who was not. I left in tears with no answer and no solution. No one could make up their minds and it was very unprofessional. I was given a damaged phone from the store and was told Samsung would cover the damages and they never replied to me and when the phone proceeded to break even more they told me it was no problem.
XE500c13-K02US Chromebook right out of the box is slower than my fiver year old Acer Chromebook. It made it 45 days and went black screen. Samsung's customer support site is a joke, and trying to talk to someone besides a computer is a PTA. This will be the last Samsung product I ever buy, and I have used their TV's, and cell phones in the past, but the last cell phone is a joke also.
Quality control needs HELP,, REPLACEMENT PHONE, HAD 4 CELLS THAT CAME WITH PROBLEMS,, PREVIOUS PORN ON 2 DID"NT
EVEN LEAVE STORE. THREE WEEKS TO RECEIVE A REPLACEMENT. AWFUL
Beautiful refrigerator but horrible quality. We bought this refrigerator this summer, I loved the look of the black stainless steel and had to have it (It was more expensive then too). However 2 weeks into owning it the dispenser began leaking and it was not from the actual water dispenser it was from the "back wall" of the dispenser. I called Home Depot warranty as we had purchased the extended warranty and was told that because it was within the year I would need to call Samsung. I called and we did some trouble shooting and was told to wait 48 hours and if it did not resolve they would send a technician to look at it. Fast forward to 3 months, 5 technician visits and over 24 calls to Samsung I was told the appliance was defective and would need to be replaced. Now I need to wait 10-15 business days for a fully functional refrigerator the exact same model that has the exact same problems. Horrible customer service and no regard for the customers at all.
Never again will I buy Samsung. I understand that an appliance can be defective but the bad customer service, the amount of calls and rude service to solve the issue that was obviously defective from production. That is unacceptable. You lost a good customer Samsung.
I`ll talk concerning the phones as didnt use any other products for a long time enough.
If You`re planning to change phones every half a year/year - cool, no problems and questions asked. But if You want a very longlasting one - forget it, gets worse and worse after certain time.
One month out of warranty I had to replace the whole screen on my Samsung TV. It very expensive. Then, I had to pay toreplace it again. Soon after, the smart remote broke, so I had to buy another. Now the Tv is not working again, so after two hours on the phone with customer service they felt the remote may be their problem. I requested, since I put so much time and money into the tv already, that she send me a new remote. After speaking to a customer service rep, his supervisor, and the complaint escalation department, they determened since it was out of warranty they would do nothing for me.
I want to warn you about Samsung's malpractices, so that you may save yourself, and your wallet, from being completely taken advantage of.
First, Samsung has been sued for paying people to write bad reviews of other companies to make their own products look better (Strike#1). The products they sell to you are made with cheap pieces, which they turn around and sell to you for hundreds and thousands of dollars (Strike#2--just look what happened with the S7). And when those expensive, cheaply-made products fail (which they will) or break, or crack, or fall, or anything, they will, with a smile, nicely tell you that "I'm so sorry that happened to you, but there is NOTHING we can do for you." (Strike#3). All they will do is call a repair person to come and fix your broken product for you... AFTER they charge you the same amount of money to repair it as it was to buy it nice and shiny, brand new, off the shelf (Strike#4).
***PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANY SAMSUNG PRODUCTS OR SUPPORT THEIR UNJUST BUSINESS***
Bought a smart TV every time we would watch Netflix or Amazon the voice would go in and out. Call customer service about six times they kept disconnecting me, now that we've done some changes to the TV call back that happens again, so you call back when it happens again and you got to go to the same thing over and over again and I was told it's protocol. It's been months and it's still not working and they still won't send somebody out or pay for my TV to be fixed. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!
I purchased a Samsung refrigerator from a large box store the salesperson knew nothing or lied when I contacted Samsung the tech support knew even less and compounded the issue by telling me on 6 different occasions that the problem would be fixed 16 months later still no solution. I spent $3500. 00 on this fridge and it doesn't make enough ice in a 24 hour period for a family of three to each have a glass of ice. Valuable lesson learned Samsung is terrible and doesn't care about the customer just the money.
It is one of the phones that works well at the beginning for about a year, then after all, it just become a nightmare. The battery runs out pretty fast, camera quality gets worse over the time. Businesses should consider at least some basic knowledge about selling a product to their consumers. The quality s number one thing that businesses pay most attention do, I would recommend to do the same for Samsung. For some reason, cached data and galleries fill up out of no where. I had buy miscro sd card, but it still said my storage was full. I currently have Samsung Galaxy S 5, and it is only about a year and a half. It wouldn't charge. I try being very careful with all products I use. Samsung needs to improve their quality, so their business doesn't loose its loyal customers like me!
Terrible! My Samsung Refrigerator is 5 years old. I replaced the Inverter Board after a year and a half. I replaced the ice maker at about two years. Last week I had a repair person out and they said it needed a new Inverter board, a new ice maker, AND a new compressor! Customer service has been terrible! The refrigerator is terrible! I will never buy Samsung again!
I bought a five hundred dollar dryer and I can't use it because it messed up two days after I had ot they said they was going to refund me and that's been a month NEVER BUY A SAMSUNG YOU WILL BE UP THE SAME BOAT WITHOUT A PADDLE
I have been trying to get help from Samsung for 3 days. Most of that was spent on the phone. The representative got on my computer and phone downloaded software. He did not know what he was doing. I was then transferred to a specialist she did not do a y better. I then ask for a supervisor 5 time I asked dude out me on hold then the line was disconnected. Samsung never did help me. I ended up going to cricket store the manager used to work for Samsung and with in less than half hour dude fixed my S-8
From my first mobile phone brand which i was using during my childhood to the phone brand that I am using know, there is only brand that is Samsung. But the phone which I have know is not as good as said by Samsung. Disappointed know due to the product quality.
Once again I am disappointed by Samsung. My Note 2, my Note 4, and now my Galaxy S7 still have the same problems as ever. Voice typing does not work properly which in this modern day is a huge problem. Punctuation is spelled out just as often as it is properly placed. Punctuation matters, Samsung. You might want to check out the website dedicated to Samsung punctuation malfunction. Additionally, about every third word is mistyped. It is very frustrating to have to go back to every single thing I just voice typed and make all the corrections and add the punctuation and delete the wrong words. I have to do this every single time and I've had to do it for all of the years I've had a Samsung phone. Are you ever going to correct your voice typing problems? Or are you just going to continue to come out with cool gadgets without ever bothering to fix real problems, ala Deep Water Horizon?
I have recently had problems with Samsung after care. I had a 5 year extented warranty on my eco bubble washing machine. Unfortunately my washing machine stopped spinning, I phoned Samsung thinking it would be fix straight away. I've had a problem with getting Samsung to honour the warranty. Firstly they said they had no record of me having a 5 year warranty, then when I emailed them with the relevant paperwork they asked for, and after many emails and phone calls, I am still waiting for a final call from them to fix my machine. I have since arranged for my own washing machine repairer to fix the problem, but I feel so annoyed with the way this has been handled it is now in the hands of trading standards. I have many Samsung appliances in my house and have been pleased, but this experience has definitely put me off from purchasing anymore in the future.
I purchase one of these items from Sears this year and after hearing about them exploding decided to contact Samsung. I was informed to keep the machine but do not use it if I am uncomfortable :( While Sears continues to sell these same washers that aren't on "recall".
I will not buy another Samsung since they do not stand by there products.
They do a recall, but then don't honor it! I have had Samsung devices forever, but after the run around I have been through with them, I will never deal with them again! So disappointed!
