New update
March 31, 2017

I had an automatic update to my Samsung Galaxy 7. I haven't checked all the features but the contact is the worst. There are two issues. 1. if home is the default, and you hit message it will go to the home phone which is obviously impossible. Message should automatically go to a cell phone only as it is a text. 2. My other issue is that when you hit the person's name in contact it automatically calls the default if you press phone. You must hit details to get a choice of phone numbers. This is through my Verizon account and I hate the contact update that it's giving me. I love my phone but I wait to see if all these other applications makes me hate it. That is why I rated for instead of

I have been on the phone with samsung over 20 times in the last 2 months to get my phone fixed. I messed up and tryed to reset my Samsung Galaxy s6edge plus and when I did so it put a Google lock on my phone.so I called Google and they changed the password and still couldn't get into my phone. They told me to call samsung so I did and they said it would be free in just needed to send them the receipt of purchase so I did and the sent me a shipping label. So I shipped it to them a week later I looked at the status of the phone and it said repair complete it was getting shipped to me I thought cool.the next day a Lady called me and said they were unable to fix my phone do to tape in the phone do to a third party working on it. I don't understand.it bought the phone brand new from at&t and never had a problem tell now so noone has worked on the phone. So they called at&t on 3 way and at&t confirmed there is no record of the phone ever having any issues. Than samsung said there was a unknown sticker in the phone.so they are making up new excuses not to fix it even when I said I will pay for it. After two months back and forth with them i finaley talked to a supervisor and the superior said that at&t sold me a refurbished phone which isn't true cause at&t only sale new phones than she said that at&t changed the back of the phone. They can't do that cause it is glass and need the right tools and technician they don't have that.so samsung isn't admiting that they $#*!ed up on this phone when they assembled it.so they suck big time and I've always believed in them but I won't recommend samsung to anyone. I am waiting for a call back again from them and I'm sure it more waist of time. This is bad business for sure so be careful when u buy a Samsung phone. After over 2 months and so many hours on the phone I lost track I am still in the same spot. I can't believe they would treat someone that supports them so bad they really suck.

Purchased a brand new Samsung top of the line washer and dryer less than 5 months ago. I love the units, but am having trouble with the dryer already. Contacted service with Samsung to schedule service call and they would not set up an appt. Until I recorded the noise. Scheduled and appt. And the service company gave me 4 hour window and then no showed. I was forewarned not to purchase a Samsung as the service sucks and unfortunately this is the case. Beware!

I will never buy another Samsung product again. Samsung intentionally sold a phone with a manufacturing defect. Then demanded that we pay $75 to get it fixed. Hoping to reduce our loss, I paid it. Samsung then took our money, never intending to fix it, and just sent it back to us, without even looking at it.

Samsung has lied and lied and lied, over and over again, trying to justify their actions, based on a policy that had nothing to do with the problem, and that we didn't have anything to do with. SHAME ON YOU! You take my money, promise to fix and and don't even look at it.

As far as I'm concerned Samsung is just as corrupt and a thief as a guy to robs you in a dark alley.

Awful quality
March 25, 2017

We sit and wait to return yet another samsung j7 to the carriers store because it doesnt work. The retail.store people have been fine durimg our 6 visits. But they are limited to merely giving us one more of the same low quality product because more. Than 2 weeks have passed since the purchase. Best move is.not to buy the thing on the first place. Hours talking to tech support were wasted. So if your time doesnt matter buy it. If your time does matter stay away from this turkey.

Highly dissappointed!
March 17, 2017

What we thought was going to be trouble free for years ended up with problems after 5 yrs. The loss of food, waiting for a part for over a week. I was told by the service tech that Samsung has had numerous problems of the same nature.

Could be
March 17, 2017

I've received Samsung Note as a gift for my birthday this year. I wouldn't compare it to apple products, cause it is out of competition... but it is pretty good. Could be if you're not to picky. And the customer service is fine also)

I own a mobile device note edge. My phone takes about a minute to turn on. I know this is not as frustrating as many of the people here, but after a year of trying to get help I give up. Sumsung might be leader in technology and number 1 in sales, but I know that will change with the products they are putting out to the public. My brother owns every Samsung appliance and they all have issues. Only thing I was interested in was the TV. After reading reviews here never mind. Time to move on.

Buy any washer other than Samsung. When they fail(and they will) Samsung will not fix it. I have one three years old.$1,100 and it won't spin water out of the cloths. I have got the run around for 4 mouths from Samsung. So I have an $1,100 boat anchor. STAY AWAY FROM SAMSUNG. They DON'T care about you.

I have been having a problem with Samsung. I purchased Samsung Curve Tv from Bj's wholesale on September 7,2016. Model # UN55KU6500 I around February 20,2017 (6months later) I noticed green lines on my TV when I turned it on. I called Samsung and they sent out a technician that week to come by and look at it. The technician automatically said theres a crack internally INSIDE the screen which was considered physical damage and the warranty will be voided. But told me to wait until they look at the pictures and call me back with their decision. I explained that it could not be possible that it was physical damage. Nothing was ever thrown on this TV, its been connected to the stand for the passed 6 months in my spare room that's not used often. Samsung called me back and said they cannot fix the damage it would have to be out of pocket, around $700 for the repair. Now I was extremely frustrated because I called many times to explain to them and spoke to 2 supervisors and told them that I have done research and this has been an ongoing problem with their TV and it is caused by thermal expansion. I feel like I got ripped off. And it really bothered me that I have only had this Tv for 6 months, and not only that but they also accused me of physical damage. When I did my research a lot of people had the same Exact problem, It cannot possibly be our problem, that they are selling us faulty items. Hard earned money should not have to be thrown away because samsung does not stand by their warranty and consider many things physical damage just so they won't have to be responsible in the repair.
-A Frustrated Customer that will Never buy a Samsung product again.

I ordered a 60" premium TV from the Samsung website (Model KS8000) a few weeks before Christmas, which did not arrive at my house until almost the New Year. Upon arrival of my TV, I noticed the screen was not flush with the edging of the frame, which caused a bright 6" LED light to shoot out from the right side of the screen. I called Samsung to initiate an exchange, to which they told me a repair man must be sent prior to any exchanges. It took over two weeks for the repair person to get scheduled, and I took off of work on a Friday awaiting his scheduled arrival. He never showed up, causing me to waste a day off of work, with no resolution to my issue.

I called Samsung back, and they were nice enough to initiate an exchange due to this happening. Unfortunately, the process of getting a replacement model took about three weeks until a new model arrived at my door. Upon arrival, the new TV screen had a giant crack in it. I immediately called Samsung to get a replacement model, to which I have received a constant run-around for three weeks (and counting) about my exchanged unit, just today was "confirmed" on their end.

I was then told it would be another 2-3 weeks before a replacement model could be sent to me, while their Customer Support team has told me repeatedly I should have a new TV shipped to me "within a few days." I have been waiting on a TV to come that hadn't even been confirmed on their end, and have been lied to about it as well for weeks. What a joke.

Over two months have now passed, and I have had nothing but issues with this company and their faulty products and miserable service. If I had purchased this at a retail store, or another online retailer, they would have made this right immediately. Apparently buying directly from the manufacturer actually means it will take much, much longer to resolve issues, which does not make much sense to me.

After around 20 calls and even more emails and messages, I am fed up. I just want a TV that works and functions properly. Over two months of dealing with constant issues with customer service have gotten me nowhere, and I am highly disappointed. Especially for a "premium TV" that I purchased, which retails for well over $1500. DO NOT BUY FROM SAMSUNG!

Very disaapointed.
February 20, 2017

I bought me a Samsung phone and it worked out fine for a while. All of a sudden though it wants me to connect to Chromecast and I need a pin number that I don't have. I also keep getting this pop up for a photo editor that's programmed on this phone and I can't delete it and this notification keeps freezing up my phone. I also keep getting these notifications bars that aren't suppose to be there. I shouldn't have this much trouble with my phone. I will be switching to Apple until you get. Your glitches worked out.

Recently bought a 65 inch curved tv at the Sam's. Club. I also subscribed to Netflix. In the beginning it worked fine and then the remote doesn't have control over pausing the program or allowing the function to get into other function to scroll into movies. The only way that you can get it to work is to unplug the tv and router. Called both Samsung and Netflix and they can't get it to work either.

Bought 2 years ago a Samsung tv, 65 inch, series 7 (7150) for $2000. It broke down after 2 years. Of course out of warranty. I live by myself (divorced) and travelled a lot for my work. So I am more gone than being home. I didn't used this tv that much. Called Samsung tried to fix it over the phone. Didn't work. Gave me a phone number from an "authorized dealer" to fix my tv. To get somebody to look at it is $150. To repair it between 500 and $700. I think it is a bad product if it breaks down after 2 years when it was barely used and also bad customer support. We give you only 1 year warranty and after that you are on your own. Please stay away from Samsung. My ex has a sony and a sharp. The sony is almost 8 years old and moved twice (still working) and the sharp is 6 years old and still working without any problems. Again please stay awy from Samsung it is a bad product and they don't want to listen to the customer or helped them out. Don't by their products you will be disappointed and frustrated. Please.

We own MANY Samsung products and have just been wickedly ripped off by this company! Never ever buy Samsung electronics, they don't stand behind them. We own a curve hd tv, washer dryer, tablets etc. They don't even stand behind their 30 day warranties, instead make a lot of excuses! Stay away from them.
