We have this refrigerator less than 4 months and it's already broken. We called Samsung and they said they would have someone call us back between 24-48 hours. So that's just a call to schedule someone to fix it. We got the number and called ourself the company they have contracted to fix it and they will not be here for another 4 days. Everything is ruined and needs to be thrown out. We also have a 6 month old. This was not a cheap refrigerator! I am so upset! Don't recommend at all!

S7 software fault

Had my s7 brand new less than 6 months old after last software uodate just before christmas the software update crashed faulting the software resulting in the phone no longer working took them from december till 2nd of febuary to acc have someone come collect the phone for repair only to be told now tgey wont fix there software issue in the phone unless i pay £92 first for them to repair a small crack on the glass that covers the camera lense which dosent acc affect the use of the phone the phone was ment to be sent for software fix which they are now not going to correct leaving me with a 6 month old samsung s7 thats never going to work again thanks to there faulty software

I purchased a top loader Samsung washing machine, which became part of a recall months later. Samsung's rebate offer was a reimbursement for purchasing a similar updated washing machine. I submitted the paper work, and was assured a timely reimbursement. It is now 2 months later, and I have still not received reimbursement. I have called Samsung's Rebate Response Line 9 times now, and every time I call, I get a different contradictory story, and I am never able to reach any of the customer reps I have spoken to in the past. Samsung did a poor job in coordinating this effort, and as a consumer, I feel that their customer service is either incompetent (hopefully), or just making up things and in a sense lying to me. As I mentioned in the beginning, I think that they make a good product, but I will be unwilling to do business with this company in the future.

We bought a condo that fully furnished with appliances. Unfortunately, they are Samsung. The dishwasher decided to call it a day after 6 months. Customer service is horrible! They keep you on the phone for long periods of time and nothing is resolved from this. I was told that their warranties aren't transferable - an excuse for not honouring he warranty. There are lots of condos furnished with appliances for purchase. If all companies are dishonest as Samsung, no one in a condo has a warranty of appliances. If I see someone near Samsung appliance in a store, I will steer them to a company that has honest business practises. Totally disgusted with Samsung and their customer service.

My husband got me a phone for christmas. I was super. Happy because I had the same phone for 4 years. About time for a new one. We turned it on and the sound didn't work. He called they said send proof of purchase and they will reinstate the warranty. He ended up doing this 3 times to 3 different people. Finally they said we are sending a box to bring it in an fix it. He ask if all my stuff would be deleted because we transfer everything. They said no they won't factory reset it To fix the speaker. I had all my son's pictures. I get it back not fix because they didn't reinstate the warranty and now I have no pictures of my son's first 2 years of his life. So I'm a be a rude $#*! and say $#*! you Samsung. Thanks for being lying people who are jerk offs.

Samsung is crap

Bought Samsung's top of the line SUHD TV's the day after Christmas in 2015. On a day in June 2016 (6 months later) I returned home from work to find lines in my TV. I was pissed. I called them immediately and jumped through all the hoops they make you jump through. After their "experts" reviewed the photos I sent they said there was nothing they could do because it was an impact point. My $#*! it was... I live alone with no kids, and no pets. I had the TV on before I left for work and it was fine, and they're trying to tell me in the 10 hrs I wasn't home something magically hit my TV!?!? I called and called trying to reach as far up the ladder as I could in Samsung's offices. But to no avail, I was left with a $3,500 paper weight. Oh they could send a tech to fix it, for $2000... Yeah, blow me! I was always a loyal customer to Samsung, having bought multiple new electronics. And they still couldn't find a way to work with me. I will never buy another Samsung product as long as I live, I suggest anyone reading this do the same. Samsung is a multi billion dollar company that could give two $#*!s about their customers...

We have a 4 months Samsung curved 50 inch 4K 3D TV that arrived defective. It was bought new by our valued customer and given us as gift. We contacted Samsung support. They asked the receipt. Being very shameful to our customer we have asked the receipt. We have sent it to Samsung. They said the TV, which was bought as new on September 2016, is out of warranty. Then they asked again the prior receipt we have sent to them.
Samsung is real scammer. Just recently, they scammed us with our defective galaxy phone that was 3 months old, a Note IV bought brand new as if it was out of warranty.
Someone should tell them stop scamming. Thats why we are opening a BBB claim.
We are claiming here an exchange of our TV and $600 compensation for our productive working hours lost during the communication with Samsung due to their continuous scams.

I can't believe i m writing this, i $#*!ing used to love samsung but now its nothing but a sad little business who is focusing on being first in line rather than looking after its customer. I wish samsung goes bank corrupt. Everything about them is pissing me off, they made this $#*! gear s3 watch but now ever since its never been in stock! What the $#*!k samsung! Somehow you managed to open a store in Oxford Street but your number never work! Wow and you are one of the top mobile phone manufacturers! BOTTOM LINE IS THEY DONT GIVE ANY $#*! ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.

From day one my new kitchen Samsung's side-by-side refrigerator has shut off without warning (goes to display mode as if it was still in store!). Samsung replaced the control board and it stopped doing it until it was out of warranty (after one year) but then it resumed going to the "FF" mode (shuts off all cooling functions). Have lost hundreds of dollars of food over the two years I've owned it. Bad customer service (they told me they were sorry about my experience;~( which perfectly matches their terrible appliance performance). Guess which brand my next fridge will NOT be?! Or any other electrical device!

Microwave

We have a three-year-old over the counter microwave, and the door handle broke off, I just got off the phone with a very rude representative from Samsung, She proceeded to tell me that the two screws that were holding up my handle on my microwave cannot be replaced. That I have to either buy a whole new door or a whole new microwave, TWO screws that are covered in a hard plastic so my handle can fit into them, CANNOT be replaced? Un believable and what a rip off, so what's going to happen if my handle breaks again in another three years? I've got to pay another hundred dollars for a door or 300 for a microwave! No thank you I'll go to an actual company that doesn't rip you off and make cheap handles, and has rude customer service!

I purchased all new Samsung Appliances for my Kitchen Renovation and I must say I have never been so disappointed with a company in all my years. This brand not only makes a poor quality product, but their customer service and warranty department is an embarrasment to customer consumerism. Both the dishwasher and Microwave that I purchased within one year of 13 months of purchase the control panels went bad. And when I tried calling to get these parts covered, the customer service reps blatantly lie about the warranty not being covered on the parts and they leave out this so customers will think they have to pay someone else to get fixed rather than tell the customer that you will be obligated to pay a service charge and that the part is covered under warranty. In addition, the microwave is under warranty, they will not send someone out to fix it because the Serial Number cannot be read due to closing the door of the microwave and scratching the serial number off. I asked repeatedly for their reps to take this into consideration and they refuse to do anything to help me. I have never been so frustrated with a company and the poor quality of the products, the poor quality of customer service reps and I really do not want anyone to be caused the same frustration as I have went through. PLEASE DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG PRODUCTS AS THEY ARE VERY POOR QUALITY AND THEY WILL GIVE YOU EVER EXCUSE NEEDED TO NOT FIX THEM WHEN THERE ARE PROBLEMS. DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG!

Effin dummies

I have been brand loyal since before smart phones. My house is completely samsung, from phones, appliances, tablets, TV shows, blu ray players, Accessories like VR. I ordered a Gearfit2 after my fitbit broke. I ordered a standard black only to get a confirmation that theyou would be sending me a pink one. Called to have it switched, they said they can't do that (stupid) and that I would have cancel the first order and reorder. No not falling for that trick, so they can hold $300 of my money at once. I'm no sucker. So I said cancel it no reorder. The rep said since it hadn't been shipped I should receive my money back right away because they don't process payments until the product is shipped. Well what do you know this morning at 8:10 am I received 3 separate emails, my order has been shipped, my payment has been processed, and my order has been cancelled. How the f#ck? I cancelled before it was shipped. So now they get to hold my money hostage an additional week when from the beginning they screwed up. I NEVER SELECTED PINK. They're morons.

Please save your money and go somewhere else. Samsung products are blowing up and causing damage. Samsung does not vaule thier customers all they care about is saleing their defected products. Load forbids you ask for a refund I have been waiting almost 5 months for my refund. I have call customer service everyweek and they lie everyday Samsung Rep lie and cannot keep their story straight. Samsung has no right ripping off customers we spend hundreds of dollars on these products and they simply don't care and refuse to give customers their money back. Did it take 5 months for me to give those $#*! wipes 800$? No! Do not buy from this company I wish I listed to the customers before me who complained about Samsung. I will never in my life buy another one of Samsung products they don't give a $#*! about their customers the Mangers have no $#*!ing clue what their doing all they do is tell different lie and to tell a customer you don't know where their check is, is ridiculous. I done with this $#*!ty company. I'm $#*!ing down take my 800$ dollars and shlove it up their $#*!.

Ordered a phone for my grand daughter and just received another not shipping notice. They send a free VR the same day I ordered and use that as leverage saying you must send it back to cancel order. They value it at $99 which is a joke since I can buy it elsewhere for under $30. Since its the older version. What a joke. While I hate apple this may be why I switch my business phones over.

I generally like Samsung products, but I recommend that you don't buy anything from samsung.com. I ordered a Chromebook on black Friday for my wife's Christmas present. At first they said it would be shipped in a week and then two weeks. Now after the fifth delay, it sounds like she should receive her Christmas gift around the end of January. I think they just kept giving me false hope, so I wouldn't buy it elsewhere. Whenever I've called to get a status, I have to wait a very long time to speak with someone..

Samsung smart oven

I bought a smart oven from tescos last dec. It came from a company called hughes. I had to have to fan replaced 3 times in the last year. It blew up completely (yes just like the phone) and hughes say i need a uplist number from samsung. After many many called to samsung i got nowhere. The guarantee has now run out and i have a £179 oven that i cant use. I did however get an email from samsung telling me to send the faulty phone to their service centre. I wonder how the centre would react if a smart microwave oven turned up. You cant get through to any management, you can only talk to their customer service people. The engineer who repaired the oven once said that its a design fault. To make it so smart and small they have crammed everything too close together. Buy at your own risk. Samsung have lost a customer.

To me Samsung is the best electronic brand so far. They just tend to get better and better every year new phones, new t.vs, new dvds, and radios also tablets. And every year they tend to get more advance... Tvs and phones upgrade on everything graphics and bigger screens i have a Galaxy S6 edge and i love everything about it
