Samsung customer service is pathetic. I purchased 2 smart watch and did not receive e-certificate of $50 each as per the deal mentioned during purchase. It is more than 4 months. Customer service is unable to resolve the issue in spite of giving all the information requested.

They misguide on discounts, product cart value changes on final checkout. Then i received faulty product for which they didnt accept replacement request. I had to go to customer care where they took 2 hours to inspect and then they took product for replacement. Now they have asked to again check for replaced product next week which i will again have to go and collect. I spoiled 1 entire day to give product and now will have to spoil 1 more to collect. Its there fault but i had to suffer.

I ordered the s23 plus purple on march 5th n had a delivery date for the 10th. Well here it is April 8th n I think my 5th newest delivery date is for the 11th. Yeah sure. If you didn't have the damn phone you shouldn't be offering it or at least be honest enough to say hey it's gonna be a month or 2 or 3 but I'm thinking never at this point. I've chatted, texted n phoned customer service n got the same runaround about being at the top of the list or some bull. If they would of said hey it'll be 3 months till it's in stock I would of waited. I wouldn't of minded but I hate liars. I tried cancelling n they won't let me. I tried to change the color n it didn't make a difference. I'm stuck because I'm doing a payment plan so I guess they get to screw you because of it. So warning don't try n finance with them.
I went to the Samsung website and ordered the Galaxy S21 Ultra. I waited 4 days and received a response. The response said that my order was canceled, and I should put in another order No reason given. I made sure that my credit card was cleared of the charge before re-ordering. I re-ordered the same phone. Two days later, I get the same email, saying my order was canceled. WTF! I called customer service and the lady said that she didn't know why it didn't go through and the only thing I can do is re-order. What a damn joke. I called my credit card company to dispute the charge. I also have a copy showing charge being disputed. So, I put in an order for the third time. Third time is the charm they say. Hopefully this one goes through. This is a lot of work on my side for a phone. First time, last time.
First let me say I like Samsung products. I ordered a note 8 using the financing option throughTD bank and had nothing but problems and Samsung blamed it on TD bank and TD bank said it was Samsung. I was advised to cancel my orders which I did twice and ordered a 3rd time with the same issue. No response after 4 days of emailing customer service not to mention calling customer service. I finally cancelled the 3rd order and I'm going to buy it someplace else.
I dropped my Note20 5G in the lake in about 1.5 Meter of water and it disappeared in the mud. After 6 days I finally found it. I wrapped it in newspaper and placed it in a 30°C warm location for 3 days. Then I charged it wireless for 2 days. Finally I turned it on and what a wonderful surprise! It worked.
Samsung sends out updates that kills ur phones be for there paid off and when u call them they r trying to charge u for there mistake I own all samsung products and it's going to end now if I were u people go with Apple at least u get ur money's worth but samsung is a bunch of scamest don't buy samsung phones or any other product from them not worth the money cuz u will b rebuying in a yr not worth it
Dude being a consumer is unbelievably hard now a days when you want something to just work. I don't car about fancy things on phones or whatnot, just want to be able to make a call wherever I am. Well since getting a note 10 it has been almost impossible to even make a phone call. I went to Samsung to ask and they said go to Verizon, I go to Verizon they say it's the phone. I try to talk to Samsung and they don't give a cap at all and apparently this is a frequent problem on the Note 10 phones and you want to know what Samsung did about it? Made another phone and said this one would work. Nothing to fix the phones we spent good money and our own time to try to see why it doesn't work when it was you selling me this garbage in the first place! So literally stressing myself out on a phone I can barely use then being told it's the other person by multiple companies, I'm just so baffled these are allowed to be let out and that Samsung is not being held accountable for pretty much stealing by saying this phone works then it not working and trying to blame the phone company. I though Apple was bad but Samsung just doesn't give a crap at all.
I own a 12 year old LG, i bought my first Samsung, did not last 2 years, parents bought a LG same day, theirs is kicking butt, my computer is out, they will repair and not give me options of extended warranty. They should give a new TV, they have the worst warranty service contract in history. I read over 5000 people had same problem as me, they knew this when they sold me a defective TV, powers on and off nonstop every 2 seconds. Best part of the story is not only did i contact BBB but local news channel wants to go to Best Buy and do a recorded feed to play on the news for buyer beware. Pissed as hell but i will win this shortly, nobody from Samsung will reach out to me, nor will the Geek Squad at Best Buy help. I will win suit if the ignore me. Do not buy Samsung, buy Vizio or LG! Sumsung online shop doesn't obey their return policy and simply rejects return without any solid reason.
Customer service doesn't pick your call even if they take your call they don't reply well and disconnect your call without your acknowledgement.
I initiated return within 48hrs still my return is rejected without any resone and no further support.
Buying Samsung products is just wast of money and time,trust.

Purchased a Samsung S5e tablet on line at samsung.com during its product launching last April 25th. May 2019, my problems started. Samsung replaced the tablet but I discovered that the tablet replaced was a 64 GB and not the 128 GB I paid for. I had to beg and wait for more than a month for Samsung to give me the shipping label.
I shipped the wrong tablet Samsung gave me since Oct 2019. Its already December 9th and still no replacement and no resolution. I offered to get a refund and for the past 2 weeks the case managers have been telling me to wait because its with upper management.

I bought a Samsung 75" tv 8 months ago and we have it in our tv room, the tv only gets used on movie nights which is not very often, maybe used 20 times since we bought it. The screen peeled back for some reason the glue or what even holds it on let go and it started to peel and left the screen with lines throughout and almost looking like spider cracks on the inside of the screen from it peeling, we have never dropped it or thrown anything at it, it just sat on a wall mount, when we tried to call customer service they transferred me to 7 different people I was on the phone for 3 hours just to tell me that it won't be covered because it was physically damaged by us, we told them to send someone to look at the tv to see that it because it has not bee physically damage and that the product is falling apart on its own, they have refused to do so and now we are out the money for the tv and it did even make it a year, there is a 2 year warranty they refuse to cover or even look at, I would definitely recommend shopping for a different brand.
Bought a brand new tv. The first week we noticed the sound was cutting out. Called Samsung and they blamed it on our dish. Ok. Reset the dish box. Still happened. Called Samsung and they said it was our hdmi cable this time. Ok. Got a new one. Still happens. Called Samsung. They said they would have someone call in 1-2 days to schedule an appt. Ok. A week goes by no call. I call Samsung and the request never got sent? So now it has been 3 months and I am out of the return policy on the tv and Samsung doesn't want to do anything to help me besides make tickets that never get resolved. This is the most rediculous thing I've had to deal with. Shame on Samsung. I shouldn't have to go through this to end up with a reman tv when I paid for a new *******@Samsung
This phone failed to charge fully, the contacts app crashed for months taking the phone app down with it, it will not connect to my home PC via the USB cord (my Moto-X 2nd G has no problem), it pairs with but but will not stay connected to my 2 year old car's sound system, and it will not connect to my Martian Watch. Spent countless hours with Samsung tech services. They cannot fix it. They also refuse to let me return it for violating the implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. Every time I ask, they suddenly pretend they can't hear me. I HATE this rotten phone and Samsung for their scofflaw attitude regarding the implied warranty.
Ordered a smart watch for Christmas. A month later, still waiting for the watch and customer service had no idea if and or when it will ship... even though I decided a tracking number which only says they have only generated a packing shipping slip. However I was directed to contact fedex for my product! As their service department has no idea if it has shipped or if it's on hold or backordered. SAMSUNG HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Order from 3rd party... amazon at least you get a clue if you'll get the product. Plus amazon dont require you to confirm the order with their shippers! Isn't that their job?
I purchase a french door refrigerator April 18,2021. It completely died a month and a half later. Trying to contact Samsung was a nightmare! It took at least 3 weeks to get a response which was to wait for a repair in SIX WEEKS. I demanded a new replacement. I received it in July 2021 and started it's problems within weeks. It made intermittent loud noises. I called Samsung and they just gave little information and mostly excuses. Months later, the noises became much louder and more frequent. There were to send a tech. I called myself during one of the noise episodes. I was to receive a call from a tech. They reached me months later after telling me the replacement only had a 90 day warranty. Well...now along with noise, this refrigerator has now died. I spent over an hour on their chat where they repeatedly asked me for the same information which was sent in photos, etc! It was with the same agent. In the end, I received just the address of the same tech! I want to return this poorly made product for a full refund! I have lost many groceries now, twice! This is the worst service and product I have ever received. Run!
Do not buy your phones directly from samsung! If I could give Samsung a 0 star review I would. Yes their phones are superior, but their customer service has me almost switching to Apple. I ordered a new phone through the website with the promise of a trade in deal. The rules for trade in were to 1. "factory reset it", 2. Make sure its not "blacklisted" 3. It has to power on/off and be in working condition then send your phone back within 15 days after you receive the new one. When I received my new phone, there were no directions on how to complete the trade in, none. I had to dig around on the internet to figure it out. Then, they received my old phone that I factory reset, and they said it didn't meet the standards because I didn't reset my pass code. This was not listed anywhere on the website, and I was not aware this was even a step. I reset my phone and assumed that when it prompted me to set up the phone (like it was a new phone) that was it. I didn't want to set the phone back up after factory resetting it. Now I am out $278 because their trade in process is a scam. I could have went through Verizon and actually saved some money. Do not buy your phones directly from samsung!
Worst CService I have ever dealt with. They stole £700 from me (I think there's a thief in their returns warehouse). I have been dealing with this issue for 4months. The email agents are plain stupid and also not given the policies/software to be able to actually help. I've spoken with the courier about raising an investigation and the police. Samsung still don't give a toss. I've just called them, waited 15min in a queue, spoken to someone who doesn't speak english (not the agent's fault!) who just didn't have enough language to help me. Then I tried again, again 15min wait, agent then put me on hold for 10 min, then HUNG UP ON ME! Tried again, phone line cut me off after 15min before I even got to an agent. I am LIVID. GIVE ME MY £700 BACK YOU THIEVES!
HORRIBLE MISTAKE to purchase Refrigerator RF31FMESBSR. Housing is broken, doesn't cool or produce ice. Spent several $$$ in service techs who say "manufacturer should replace your unit, it's defective". Samsung does not respond. PLUS broken parts all over: handle, door shelves (yes all!), freezer drawer. DISPOSABLE piece for $2,750! Low pressure water output, expensive filters, nosy doors - wish I could rate less than 0! - STAY AWAY FROM SAMSUNG REFRIGERATORS - YOU'LL SUFFER IF YOU BUY!
Terrible customer service on returns and refunds. Have been waiting over 4 weeks for a resolution. Constant follow ups and long phone calls seem to go nowhere.
