I no longer shop at Sam's Club. I got tired of having to wait in line to leave the store while someone checks through my cart to make sure I haven't stolen anything. That is really, really offensive.
My first day as a memeber in Sams club store in Miramar Florida. This is unacceptable I asked for a product that was in display and Brought the product to the cashier to ask if they have it in the back, manager Diego said no we don't have it you should come next week, I was in shock they took the product and put it back in display again I asked why you put it back if you don have the product there was a lady on the line telling well Diego the manager should give you half price inmediately he asked if they have more and bring the product, she told me to shut up because he thought I was screaming and I wasn't! Finally out of the sudden he brought me the product regular price! My question here what's happening in this country!
Lot of junk on the web-site. Additionally, if you're not concious of the going prices for a lot of products, you will pay more at Sam's. I joined just to buy the boca burgers. Being a vegan, the prices were good and the saving I'd get from the boca burgers would pay for my membership. As I renewed for a 2nd year, they stopped carring the boca burgers. I will not renew for a 3rd years. And unless you need 50 rolls of toilet paper, or a gallon of ketchup, it's not really worth the $45 a years.
I've been a customer in Sam's club in Elmsford NY for more than 20 years.
Lately it becomes just awful. I haven't be able to buy eggs, butter, frozen salmon and etc.
The single worst online company for customer service returns ever! I shipped back a marble table that they cleared for return and pickup for the return over a month ago. The table has been received weeks ago. I have been calling the 800 number every single day spending hours a day trying to get my refund put back to my credit card for 550.00 to no avail you are calling the Philippines speaking to incompetent people who hang up on you or apologize for not being able to execute the refund. Most recently they claim the refund was put back on my card but it wasn't and I had the chase bank speak to them with me to confirm no credit was put back for over 2 years by sams club. They refuse to do a Manual override for the refund, keeping the product and my money. I have spent hours and hours a day trying to get one single competent supervisor on the call to fix this issue. They took my money and the product! I never ever got refunded. I have recorded conversations, receipts, emails to verify every single word of this note! Order *******230 marble table owed 546.40. Over a month now no resolution despite my credit card company telling them there has been no credit, fraud department confirming it as well, online bank statements confirming no credit issued. Return was approved by a supervisor as it was a replacement item and cleared for return without ever refunding me! Just sucks.
I'm canceling my membership, this store has nothing but problems.

I'm always being told the WHOLE pizzas are SOLD OUT, But how is that possible is they're still selling pizza slices!
And I've caught them in a lie before and after I spoke with cooperate and the supervisor then the pizzas magically appeared at the store.

I placed an order to be delivered to me on Monday (4/10/2023) between 2-4pm. My order never showed up. I contacted Sam's Club through the chat service where they were of no help. They had offered an $8 gift card when the delivery was initially late as compensation. 30 minutes prior to my store closing I contacted them again, they promised a delivery TODAY (4/11/2023) along with another $10 gift card for compensation. They have failed to deliver the gift card and have yet to deliver my order. Every time I get on chat to talk to someone they refuse to actually assist and disconnect without notice because they don't want to help. There's no way to avoid this or file a complaint about it. I went to cancel my order and there is no option to and was ineligible for a return. I can't return something I never even got! Apparently, they can't get a driver to deliver the order. I paid Sam's to deliver, not a 3rd party, so that is an issue for them to figure out to get my delivery to me on time. Each agent has refused to cancel and refund my order. I want a full refund and at this point. Our family has been a member for over 30 years and this is how Sam's treats their long-term members. Oh, and I've tried calling my local Sam's Club over and over and over - nobody ever picks up the phone! Absolute worst service! How does Walmart have better customer service and they're the same company?!
Cash option registers I'm so tired I've only one register being open that can take cash I don't understand why your self checkouts can't take cash just like Walmart since you're associated with Walmart if Costco ever comes to Amarillo I will join them and cancel my membership with you
I rented an Enterprise vehicle via Sam's Club. It was a prepaid rental scheduled to begin on February 4,2020 and end on February 11,2020.
When I picked up the car on February 4 I mentioned that I might return it one day early. Enterprise staff said " No problem - we only charge you for the days you have the car." When I returned the car on February 10, I mentioned that I was bringing it back one day early. Enterprise staff said " No problem - we only charge you for the days you have the car."
When I did not see a credit on my card, I called Enterprise. They told me that I needed to call Sam's Club because the rental had been made through them. When I called Sam's Club ( and after waiting perhaps 15 minutes on hold) I was told that neither Sam's Cub nor Enterprise were going to give me the credit that I should have received. They said that it had something to do with the rental having been prepaid but THAT'S UTTER NONSENSE.
LESSON - DON'T DEAL WITH SAM'S CLUB car rental.
All 8 cans were replaced with dented cans at warehouse and box was resealed with blue tape prior to shipping it out to consumer. This is unacceptable and dishonest!
Very bad experience today and was treated like I'm not a customer. The store manager named "Johnny." He's upset because he was covering or helping out the tire & battery dept. Me and other customer were waiting for a while and finally got Johnny's attention to help us. I have to admit that I was so frustrated from the previous services because I was treated like I'm a non-customer. So, while Johnny's attending the other customer, I jumped in started telling him about the bad experiences that I've encountered from the past. But instead of saying sorry about the bad experienced, he was more worried and has an attitude because he's helping out the other dept (tire & battery). We went back and forth and finally told me 3x that if I'm not happy with the service, why are you keep coming back here then. Not only that, but he also even threatened me to kick out of the store. Finally, we broke out talking, then a young man that works from the back/tire & battery finally came in. I asked him about what I came there for (my tire needs to be changed). After the service, I told him about my previous experiences including with Johnny/Manager, and right from Gecko, he said "I apologize." That's all I was asking from the store employee to be treated like a customer. But the manager's name "Johnny", acted and treated me like I'm a non-member/customer. Please feel free to leave your experienced, good or bad from the Store-4852/Tire & Battery Dept. (Wesley Chapel/State Rd. 56).

Terrible refund experience. We ordered a TV from Sam's online and were expecting it to get delivered in the window provided. We waited and it never came and we never received any notification, no email, no call, no text. I checked the tracking number provided and got told that it was returned even though the status in the Sam's app/website still says on its way (16 days later).
We called the (888) number and were told an egift card would be issued in 24-48 hours, we received an email summarizing the 40-min discussion with the agent/supervisor.
Three days later, nothing. We called again, same run around. We waited nothing.
That happened 2 more times.
I just called today and I still have not received a refund nor the product and am still getting the run around.
I am writing this as I am staring at a 39min ongoing call, the last 10 mins on hold waiting on a supervisor while listening to the message "The system cannot give you a wait time as no agents are online."
Seriously Sam's! Get it together.
A shout out to both Martin and Thomas working in the Tire and Battery department of the Shenandoah branch of Sam's Club. These quietly efficient gentlemen are an asset to Sam's Club, polite, courteous and professional in dealing with customers, I am happy to commend them for their service.

I used to work here and got fired for calling in for 3 days, my manager told me he didn't care about my needs outside of work and told me he was "running a business" he isn't even head manager... so I have no idea what business he is running. This is in Minnesota in maple grove. I know he picks and chooses his favorite it is said by all the employees. Ryan needs to be fired or moved to a different position. How can I communicate with my manager if he can't understand my needs outside of work and tell me he doesn't care WHEN I applied he said he would be flexible... which is a lie... I've never been fired from a job this quick either. Ryan picks who he wants to protect, a employee said this as they were in the same room hearing this conversation. How can that be fair? As management at this sams club is poor, why did I lose my job when HE lets other employees walk around, and Facetime their friends when helping customers? Is this how we help customers? I'll be reporting him to HR as this is a frequent problem with him.
Excellent service, support, pricing, etc. I shop at palm desert store often. I have never had a bad experience. When I've had an issue, I am listened to.
The woman at the door Dolores she is very rude don't let me stay inside the store to wait for 15 minutes that I have to wait till 10 am because my card is no premium
I have been using this same day delivery service from SAM's Club since March 2022... You order food online and they get delivered within hours. I ordered groceries and they were suppose to be delivered between 10-12 noon today. The app says delivered but my son told me here hasn't received them. I called the store and Pharmacy told me to call back. I call back and Tire/ Battery dept answered and i ask to be transferred to groceries. He told he to call back, I explained the situation and he hung up. I called again and ask to speak with a supervision. (Store Madison Sams Club, Madison MS, Manager JUSTIN) I while i am explaining the man kept repeating what i was telling him like it was a joke. I told him my groceries are delivered on the same day and he said they don't have that service. And i told him, "well it seems like you don't know all the services SAMS Club provide. He then started shouting and said he is the one helping me and I need to calm down or else he is going to hang up. Then he was like we can start over but if you keep disrespecting me i will hang up. I guess telling him the services provide is a disrespect. I don't tolerate how he was talking to me. As a customer for years they lack training and customer service skills. I would not recommend my friends or family to shop t this store.
