I was literally there with my dad trying to get groceries and he wanted to buy wine the lady lied saying that I(I'm underage) scanned the wine even though I didn't and she said she couldn't sell it to my dad. We told the another lady about what happened and she just blew off the whole situation and told us to rescan it wherever else. She was claiming that my dad was laughing like bro he doesn't speak English he didn't understand what they were saying. As someone who's first language is Spanish I use to laugh or nod when I wouldn't understand something. I thought they were just messing with us but they actually took the bottle away. I'm so annoyed because as a 17 year old I can't say or do anything for my dad.
Looking for the legends ultimate home arcade... 499.99... only Sam's that has it is Jacksonville NC... I live in Elizabethtown NC. Which is 2 hours away... get there they will not sell it to me... they have 4 and told me to hurry so I could get one... but when I arrive they cannot sell to me... unacceptable... asked for a rain check... asked could they ship it to me... asked could they save me one and I come get it later... all no... bs!
I was very disappointed with the birthday cake I bought from Sam's. It was lopsided and the size of it was also disappointing. Don't buy a cake there unless it's a sheet size cake. Every other departments are great.
We love our owasso location ( sams) im 82 years old and i always get plenty of help loading in my cart and car here. They are very attentive any alway a clean organized store. I know im in good company here so i make this my grocery and everything store. Super friendly staff
I went to join and the woman behind the counter was more interested in blabbing with co worker. The woman at door was rude when I entered also. I tried to ask a question and she just keep pointing and say that way only. Won't be joining.
Returned 2 office chairs. Have been waiting over a month for a refund. I have been given the runaround by sams.com customer service. Awful communication, awful customer service. I will never, ever purchase from sams.com again.
If you want to shop at a store where they actually give a crap about you (or at least pretend to) this is not the place. Sometimes I wait to go to sams unless I am in the muskegon area because the Alpine location is the worst! My fiance had his wallet stolen while on a work trip and the front desk laddies refused to give me a replacement for him even though the account is under my name with him as a co-card holder. I went in again to try to redeem a promotion and once again I was turned away. I absolutely hate this store and would drive any amount of distance just to go to a Costco and avoid sams club at all costs!
I really like the prices and selection on this site. They have everything from electronics, furniture, home and garden supplies, healthy and beauty, and groceries. I have been very satisfied with the products and customer service ordering from this site.
I purchased a sams plus membership online under a promotion of receive 50 off your first 100 spent in club after paying the 100 membership fee. I went to club to pick up card and asked the staff how it worked. They stated that the promotion would be automatically added to my card and it should come off at checkout. They further stated that if it didn't have the sale suspended and come back to see them. I filled my cart, went to checkout and the promotion never came off. I had them suspend the sale. I went back to member services, they called a manager who proceeded to write a corporate number for me to call and walked away. No help at all! I told the girl at the register I would not be purchasing at sams club and had them refund my membership on the spot. Wow what a scam to get people to join, offering promotions they have no intention of honoring. Thankfully I only lost some time and a few dollars gas as I was able to receive a refund for the membership.
Because I moved 85 miles from a Sam's, when it was time to renew, I tried to cancel my membership. They processed the renewal anyway. They said I had to drive 85 miles to get a refund. I told them that was not possible. They offered me a Sam's gift card. I told them if I could not drive 85 miles to get a refund, I could not drive 85 miles to use a gift card. They then agreed to refund to my original payment method. It has been a month, and I still cannot get a refund. They have cancelled my membership, but no refund! Beware of Sam's Club.
Club is always understocked and apparently not interested in doing better. Spoke to a manager and that individual could not have cared less about customer sat...
I asked for his name or business card and he wouldn't cooperate.
The employees are less than motivated to care about doing anything but the least they have to do.
Not all clubs like this at all. But the one in Robinson Pa. Is a slum.
Today was 1st time this year, frankly so surprised by the widespread negativity about cust. Svc. I went to the Fountain Valley, CA store and was using "scan and go" app feature. I am not a "techie" so I approached Andy (f) who was supervising the self-checkout. She was very patient, kind and very helpful tutoring me through the process. I stopped her again as I was checking out and again she was extremely courteous and helpful. Thank you Andy!
I visited today, with my daughter. We were speaking with the door greeter when this lady employee comes up to us and states that one of us cannot come in due to the Governor's orders. I told her that was fine, but that all customers needed to heed to this advice. She then became loud and confrontational, and then began to berate the door greeter. This greeter was beginning his conversation with us and was going to tell us these rules, but she was very rude. I did not appreciate this verbal beating made in public upon this greeter.
This place is a total joke. They keep employees that have assaulted other employees and have write ups on file showing they're awful behavior. Chad Kelley is a complete joke and has no idea how to manage this store and has lost good employees because he has let awful people keep their jobs such as some of their forklift drivers. You have one that just got recognized as a good safety team member when they are abusive and have harassed an employee and completely gotten away with it. All of the managers have no idea how to run the store and the departments are in shambles. Also leads have been put into the position when they have no idea how to do their job and aren't qualified for that role. They are put into that role because it's who management wants in that role, when they're other more qualified candidates who have been their longer and know more. I highly recommend shopping at Costco and not waisting a minute of your time or one of your hard earned dollars at this terrible store.
Sam's showed black Friday Price in stock. I ordered, received conf and pickup time. Got there no printer... was told its not in Stock & I should've received an email (no email!). No refund of my over $300... it will take 7-10 days (wtf). Also told me no way to reserve a printer when they get in eventhough they have my money!
On Friday the 11th I made a purchase online through Sams club. I purchased 6 tickets for an attraction in New Orleans that they offered. It allowed me to pick a date and time slot for the attraction. Once the order was processed I received the voucher and instructions to contact the Vendor to confirm reservations. Not sure why this needed to happen because I pick the day and time during checkout. I followed the instructions and found out by the actual vendor that they were sold out for said day and time. I contacted Sams to notify them of the issue and request my money back. I was met with a rude customer service rep telling me that they have to request a refund for approval which will take 72 hours. Once the refund is approved, I then have to wait 15 days to get my money back! This is bad business practices, they sell tickets that can't be honored and my vacation will come and go before they can provide me with my money. This is absolutely ridiculous I will never use them again.
You want bad service from management? That's the place to go, you will be abused by management. Corporate is not better, the CEO Kathryn Mclay could be compared to the devil, no customer service attitude, customers are trash for them.
I resented the Checker's sales pitches and offers in check-out. It took everything I had to not tell the Checkers off. But I knew that they are instructed to molest the customers this way. After several shopping trips, I stopped shopping at Sam's Club. I felt as if I wasn't a human being and customer, but instead a bag of money that Sam's Club is prepared to fight for. Gone are the days when customers were appreciated and the employees were friendly human beings. Now? It's all about extracting as much money as they can, before you leave the store. And their prices aren't much of a deal anymore, either.
I am very disappointed in your customer service & allowing me to order restricted merchandise (paper towels). I only ordered 2 packages because I am not hording.
I ordered paper towels on the 14th of March. I signed up for text messages so that i could get notified when my order was in & I could pick it up. I have been on the alert watching my phone. All of a sudden my order is cancelled. You would think that by this time you all would become efficient in these situations. Why was i allowed to order the items and feel calm because even though I had to wait days i would be receive what I ordered. Instead I get a text message (because I sign on to notifications). Otherwise I would have shown up been told it was cancelled. I live in Rio Rico, AZ & I drive over an hour to get to your store.
In the middle of a pandemic we do all we can to stay safe from COVID 19. Part of this is online ordering. However even though we paid for the upgraded membership we get no reward points for ordering online. Sam's only gives you rewards for going into the store. Considering we spent thousands of dollars online ordering there is no loyalty here and no reason to renew the membership. I will be switching to COSTCO. At lease they really have loyality and reward members properly. I am learning more and more that sams does not care about the customers that keep its doors open. That's sad considering the long history we have had as members.
