I love SAMs club. Believe it or not I have bought a lot of name brand clothing there. But the grocery items are big savings. Meat. I buy and separate into sizes I use for a meal and freeze the remainder into dinner sizes. I have never had to take anything back( unless the size was wrong in clothing) and I always buy their Rotesery chicken and ribs. Same price cooked or uncooked. Why cook it. Coscos is good also but I prefer SAMs.
We just left Sam's, Matthew's NC after purchasing a large TV Console. We want to thank Customer Service for their quick assistance, and Maddie servicing the front registers. She checked in with us consistently until the console was brought down from a high shelf. Thank you Maddie. We want to thank TyShawn for assisting us with loading. He was very careful, polite and treated us with professionalism. Thank you TyShawn! Thank you Clark Walrod for having a good team of employees. We have just relocated to this area and will look forward to future shopping trips.

I went to Sams as usual, shopped got my groceries and went to the lane as usual. The guy said "didnt you know we do not load or unload your groceries anymore" I said "were you going to hang a sign" he said he didn't know it was a recent change. I would not have gone there tonight as it was just me and my 2 year old grandson. But as I already shopped I started unloading, it takes everything in me to load in cart then car, now I have to lift the heavy two additional times as they won't even do the juice or water on the bottom. I get change but warning in the way into the store would of been nice. So Costco seems more handicap friendly at this point.
I felt threatened by Phillip, while parked in curbside parking.He continually tapped on my driver side window, I asked him to give me a minute I was on a call, he proceed to knock on my window, verbally ordering me to roll down my window. He was letting me know to move my vehicle, no mannerisms. He should not be able to communicate with customers.
Paid $200 for delivery and they won't even take it 10 feet down the driveway and they had a fork lift dropped it out front never again will I deal with Sam's club my wife and I had to move it ourselves total 600 pounds beware
Cash register screen and employee told me I was pre qualified for a Sam's club credit card and would receive a discount when I applied. So I applied. Not only did they refuse me the credit card but also the discount. Sam's club is nothing but a big financial bully with a sick sense of humor at the expense of poor people! Shame shame!
I ordered two sets of barstools that were never delivered and because I did not buy their membership, they will not refund me and will not help whatsoever. I asked for replacement items instead of a refund and they told me to call my bank instead. Long story short do not buy from sam's club unless you have insurance for your order.
Always a safe experience in the store and at the gas pump. I have done business with sam's for many years, not perfect, but no store is, great prices on many items. When the economy is bad i save money, when the economy is good i can buy in bulk and save money. Please keep up the good work
The meat department will not answer the phone. The customer service rep answered and transferred me back where I started. Now customer service will not pick up? Is this what my membership pays for? No answers. No customer service? The one time I need assistance.
I purchased the same club $100 membership specifically to get the advertised discount for Disney. Once I paid and joined the "discount" was exactly the same price on Disney's website. I called customer support and was told the advertised discount was based on "gate" prices. So I asked for a refund on the membership and was told ok. BUT they could only process the refund if I went into a Sam's Club and they would give me cash. Or they could give me a Walmart gift. I asked for the charge on my card to please just be refunded. They are refusing unless it's via cash or Walmart gift card. Is this even legal?
As a business owner I have had Sam's membership for the past twenty years. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our membership. It's sad to see no customer service, no sense of accountability, specifically the managers at the LBJ location.
This is the worst place to work the sam's club in La Marque tx managers are lazy they just walk around and make up all types of rules. They try to get you to quit so they don't have to give you unemployment. One employee committed suicide due to the bs they had to deal with. I would not recommend this job to anyone not even my worst enemy escpecially in the rotissierie dept.
Sam's Club used to be a top notch store. But for the past two years, it has gone downhill to where it's not worth the money for membership. Blame it on Covid if you want, but not having 1/2 of the items we used to buy in bulk makes it a wasted 40 mile trip to shop there anymore. I don't blame mismanagement on Covid, but I'm sure Corporate will. Sam's Club should extend everyones membership without cost to the consumers to compensate for their shortcomings in stock!
I was solicited by a young man working on commission representing Just Energy. I was told I would be locked in at.08 per kilowatt for five years and receive a $80 gift card I signed a five year contract. After purchasing my milk and eggs I went home. I received a email from Just Energy congratulating me on joining Just Energy also said kilowatt was 0.1055 per kilowatt and that I would receive my $29 gift card after service starts. I was scammed. I went back to my Sam's club and was told sorry. Just sorry. Just Energy is paying Sam's club to be soliciting paying members and the members are paying Sam's club to be in the store so Sam's club is making money off of both parties but says they are not liable. Hopefully Sam's club will go down the drain. Sam's club is disgraceful and I will not shop with them or any of their affiliates.
Trying to find out if an order for tires has come in. Talked to the tire guy, he said he'd look it up and put me on hold... it hung up. Tried again, he put me on hold... it hung up. Called the member services desk, she transferred me to the tire department... it hung up. Called back... pressed "0", no one answered. Went online to chat... 15 minute wait to chat. Have been calling back for ALMOST AN HOUR NOW, AND NO ONE PICKS UP A #&*^(*&^&%(%*$ LINE!
I have been a member for over 5 years and the rudeness of customer service today was the worst I have experienced. Customer service is supposed to be helpful to the customer, they should not be rude, unprofessional and unhelpful just because they can.
If I paid for a membership at your store I don't care what kind of membership I have I should be allowed in. For me to be at Sam's club at 9:30 and want let me in because plus members get to shop first is ridiculous. Bjs wholesale don't do that if you are a member you just go in. Sam's do better, people standing outside because they are considered regular members and not plus. If I got to pay every year to come in your store and shop than guess we should be treated just like everyone else.
I went in to Sam's Club and had screw removed from my tire. The customer service I received from Angelina in tire and battery was one of best experience I had at a retail store also working in retail. She is an asset to your company and is the reason why I will go back to the Castlerock Club. Keep up the great customer service and your great work ethic. Thanks agian and will refer many family and friends there as well!
Purchase it because members mark was out of stock! Having 95% of the 2 ply separate while using it into one ply is rediculous! Proctor and Gamble, the makers of it require a person to jump through lots of hoop if you try to get satisfaction, they are rediculuous! Dollar stores is better till go back to the club
The online chat session for information on my account has changed for the worst. When I say worst I mean the information I requested was not accurate from your rep.
And it required a lot more work on my part to correct the bad information I was given. This is the second
WE are very satisfied with Sam's club until recently. I check online each time my monthly bill is about ready to be paid. I use the chat session (when a live person is available) to check to see if my balance for the month is complete. Two months ago You changed the chat session... now a (non live person) comes on and gives information which is not what I am looking for... you have to listen to non important information for me... finally on the screen pops up to chat with a live rep. I patiently awaited to be connected to this live person for 20 minutes and not connected I hang up. I believe if this is a $$$ saving event... you made a bad choice. How many customers may you lose because of the bad chat session? This has been the second month with frustrations on the chat session that was inept.
