It is sad when you have been a member since 2010 and with way things happen with Covid hitting you and you have a return payment on your account and correct the issue with in 24 hours and they close your account It is sad how you get treated and no communication. Try to take with CS and they could not do anything. Sad that a company would treat a member this way.
When I write an honest feedback they remove it so buyers can't see. For instance, I saw that they brought out frozen bagels with the date marked as fresh and current. Shouldn't buyers know if they freeze their bagels or not? I would think that if they have a bakery that those items would be fresh as the date is marked that way. Also wrote about their lemons and how it isn't consistent and there is no juice and it is dry. They removed that also.
Purchased an order for 69.40 and was charged for my complete order on my credit card. Then after 3 weeks of waiting on the 2nd half of my order I received a 2nd charge for 24.40 and they claim I was only charged a split payment. Now I'm in debt with my bank for 93.80 because they claim i never was charged the amount. Even after I called my bank and verified the charges and sent them screen shots of my charges on my bank statements. Needless to say, I will not be doing any future business with sams club online services!
Try to contact them 5 time to cancel my online order but all they told me that sorry we can't help. Then when the item arrived to my house i try to return it but it's too heavy (full size cabinet) and they keep asking me to bring it to store for my return, another online order got problem and need to change the shipping address. I called fedex (shipping company) fedex told me sender (sam's club) need to call them to change it then i call Sam club customer to tell them but agian all they said is sorry we can't help
The last two times that I went to Sam's I went specifically to get 20 oz Styrofoam cups. The first time I bought the 16 oz. Because I was out. I don't live in Valdosta so it's a waste of my time and money to go there anymore. The 16 oz are to small when you add ice and the 32 oz are to big. Thank goodness I can order them from Amazon.
I was at the local Sam's Club and it was not 10 AM yet so they would not let me make a purchase even though I am a senior citizen. I will be canceling my membership and will never go back. I am done with there games.
First time at this store and found it extremely clean, friendly and very well organized. Time to check out and having a 'gift card in hand' not sure how it would be handled and stood on the check-out line. A woman came over to us and said she would check us out. Her name was Katrina and told us it was her pleasure to check us out to shorten the cashier only line. Explained about our gift card and reason we were not on the self check line. No problem, she was happy to help. We just moved to the another area and so impressed with this store and the people in it. Your Sam's Club will become our shopping pleasure and please make this store a 'Pilot' of what a store & FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE should look like. Hi my name is Daniel Morris I am not one to put anything behind Sam's club gave me such good customer service after The doors are closed Sam's club is still willing to help me renew my membership before I left on my lawn trip. I give Sarah's five stars at the Colorado Springs location near fort Carson. Good customer service I'm always glad to be at Sam's club customer.
I've tried endlessly for 3 to 4 hours two days in a row, to cancel my membership and I get to talk to at least 3 to 4 people each car and then the car gets canceled. I called back and go through the same thing. Never again will I use Sams again.
So they charged 100 to be a prime member. I wanted to order things online but things I ordered took 2 to 3 weeks to get from all over the U. S, then when I renewed my membership and go to the Sams which is about 40 miles away they didnt carry half the stuff I needed, needless to say, there is no benefit in purchasing the prime membership. Or going to the store, shopping at Walmart is closer and they have what I need. I think Sams is trying to be more like Cosco selling in smaller quantities. I will never go to Sams again!
Advertising for a 1 day special event and then they don't have the products in stock Very disappointed in how the 05/11/19 one day event was handled. If you advertise a product have it available to your costumers. I have been a long term customer and have to say I am very disappointed customer that will reconsider remaining a customer.
I go to the sams club in gulfport ms ******* and i can not buy from the snack bar because you have to pay with a credit card and a lot of poor people do not have one they make you wait on long line to pay cash at register and some times the line is real long and some people do not want to put 1.50 on credit card
The Sam's in Las Cruces and El Paso treated me poorly. In Las Cruces I was told that the item a Backyard Gazebo was 5 in number. So I bought one and would return the next day. Went the next day, but they
Didn't have any. I asked why I had to pay for something they didn't have! We went to El Paso were they sold me a floor model with missing part, which I called Backyard to get the missing parts. So this is how you treat your members.
Tried 3 times on Sam's live chat, and each time my questions were ignored and nothing was solved! My order keeps getting canceled and now I have 4 pending charges on my bank account!

Kissimmee location has serious ordering issues. By driving out of my way & shopping Orlando location I can get 5 more items on my list. Mind you I only had 11 total items & Kissimmee was out of 5 of them... Totally unacceptable, believe I will use my visitors pass to BJs instead of driving to Orlando.
I was at the Sam's Club in Johnson City Tn I was having trouble getting my credit card to work cashier canceled my order. Then I had to go to the customer service and get another Sam's Club card. Because I forgot mine at the house my temporary card she picked up and threw away. The guy at the service desk refused to give me a temporary card without my drivers license. The previous cashier asked me my phone number and my name and all of my information and gave me one. I will never shop at the Sam's Club again even the manager was very rude. All I wanted was a temporary card so I can pay for my stuff and leave.
Well I find the products to be generally the same as you can find anywhere else and the price just fine. Really like the meat. However if it wasn't for scan and go I wouldn't even bother. Lines are ridiculous and scan and go gets me out quickly. Cannot beat the gas prices either!
While I generally like Sam's Club, I have become very frustrated with membership renewal. I recently renewed my membership using rewards for partial payment. When I went to pay my credit card, I found I had been charged for the full membership on the card. After more than 2 hours of effort I have been unable to resolve this. I have the choice of throwing away the "Sam's cash" or canceling my membership. Clearly my 22 years of membership mean nothing to Sam's Club.
My item was ordered on April 2nd and expected to be delivered May 9th. I did not receive any email of an updated delivery status. I checked my order online and they have my phone number incorrect even though the number has been updated in my contact info. I called customer service to check on my online order and had the call on speaker. My family heard the call and could not believe how rude the customer service lady was on the phone. She said we don't handle online orders and gave me a number to call. So I called and the automated service stated that my item was already delivered in which it was not. I waited for a real person to talk to to get the situation resolved and now I have to wait even longer for my item I ordered April 2nd!
Rude security guard, questioning me about not wearing a face mask-none of her business. I was minding my own business, went into the store (after seeing their new posts stating masks a ENCOURAGED, not mandated by law or their own store policy) for 4 items and was singled out as to whether I had a face mask. The funny thing is that there were many of their employees not wearing the masks appropriately.
