I love shopping on SammyDress, I have mostly used it for jewelry and clothes. Only ever got one item that was a poor fit but SammyDressclothing.com did refund me for it, not a full refund but a partial refund which is better then nothing. I love the jewelry on this site there's always really cool and funky stuff on it and the prices are reasonable. I only took off 1 star as I do find the shipping to be quite slow compared to other sites, sometimes I've even forgotten about my order until it shows up at the door lol.

“Cheating china based company”

I didn't know that it is china based company otherwise I would not order. Very cheap product when you see them rather than picture, will ship very cheap products worth $2 each. You will never get rest of the items which is worth more than $5 each. They will never respond your e-mail or complaints you register by logging in their account. Their US based phone number will never work. I had tried 50 times on different days. They charged me $84 for order and shipped few cheap items worth $15 and no reply for rest of the items. It has been more than two months. I disputed credit card charges won the case. If anybody has similar experience please make credit card dispute or contact PayPal and it will be resolved but you will always lose some. Don't trust, don't be tempted by cheap products and advertisement, don't buy or don't recommended to anybody. Inform governor or consumer affair to stop his business.

I ordered from here in December 2014 I ordered a dress for my mother it took so long to come that when it finally arrived and the mail lady delivered the package I completely forgot about it, the dress I ordered looked exactly like the picture the only disappointment was there was a stain on the dress and when I told them about it they completely ignored me after that I never ordered from them again.

My ticket number is AT*******598.
I have no clue where to find my order number. I ordered on November 3 2015. They contacted me needing me to verify my payment and iD so I did. They never have me a tracking number and I paid for express shipping (3-4 days) and I ordered a lot and after reading the reviews I'm worried I won't receive all my items and be ripped off. Where's my tracking number?!

Placed my order on Dec 1 and still have not received my package.: Customer Service" rep said it could take up to 2 months (expired on Mon). I called again and they said it's on way although they have no way of tracking package. Actually it's packages because one month after I order, they told me one of the items was 'out of stock'... Good things the items were inexpensive..

I placed my order on 9/2 and it was never received. I'm seeing Sammy dress reply to most of the negative reviews with the same comment... Please choose the shipping option most suitable to your needs. I didn't see anywhere on the site under shipping options that said standees shilling would take MONTHS! Lol. Maybe explain that and people would then choose the shipping option most suitable. My items never came and I'm having pay pal reimburse me. This is absurd.

Here's my order number MMS************** I paid on expedited shipping but for some reason they gave my package to a company call International Bridge who doesn't not do expedited shipping it's a company that cheaper and slower for what I was told from a agent there and I have not received my package and the live chat and phone number provide doesn't help cause all they do is tell you to email them with no avail I'm just happy I paid thru PayPal so I can file a dispute and get my money back I order from dresslink a while ago and only issue I had was the clothes didn't fit I also paid for expedited shipping and got my package the week after I order it cause they used fedex

Yeah the price is right but the quality is quite horrible & yes def looks & feels like it's made in China. Ordered a holiday what looked like an off the shoulder sweat shirt size medium because that's my size. Should have ordered an XL. Thing was so tight. It also took about a month to finally arrive. I will not be wasting any more money on this CRAP!

Ordered items on 3/2 and only received half, the rest said it was shipped 3/25, now its 5/11 and they're still not here. This is my last time ordering from here.
As for the items that arrived: I ordered a white dress which was see through and another dresses material did not match the description.

This stuff is super cheep for a reason! I ordered a super cute black dress and when I got it, it was single sheet of fabric sewn into a dress shape! And on another thing I ordered, all the seams were falling out. My mom ordered me four dresses at the same time and only two came in. My mom ordered stuff for herself and all that was super low quality, made-in-china pieces of clothing.

I've bought some nice things I'm the past from sammydress and was one of the lucky ones to actually get what they paied for. It wasn't until my recent swimsuit purchase that I noticed they never post the reviews that people put up with one or two stars, they may rarely put the three star ones up. So you're getting inaccurate reviews of what may happen to your experience.

Tip for consumers:
Careful giving 1/2 star reviews, your voice will fall upon the deaf ears of the sammydress "support center".

Sweater had a sleeve that tore in two the first time I wore it I gave it two stars instead of my initial one because they refunded my money after seeing my feedback. I will avoid them from now on. Also sizes are chines sizes and we are not as small as chinese girls, so order 2 0r 3 sizes bigger and MAYBE you will get lucky

The whole entirety of the website is bad. Their clothes are cheaply made and never really have the right designs. Some products can be good but before you buy a product make sure that it has reviews and ESPECIALLY pictures. I've learned that if you don't see a picture of it then you will be disappointed because they never come in looking like the picture. So make sure you see a customers picture before buying so you know exactly what you're getting.

Recently purchased 3 items from Sammy Dress. However 1 of the items was a Medium instead of a Large, The other 2 were suppose to Large. They fail to let you know that it's Asian sizing. Return policy is awful. You are ONLY allowed 7 days to return items. I opened a claim with Paypal, Asking for a refund. They only want to give you a half of your money back. Even though they are in the wrong with shipping you incorrect stuff. I will NEVER order from the again. All the material is cheap and that's why it probably from China.

When I made my first order, you sent me my consignment which I was happy about. Now I make another order, you held unto it after payment while asking for copies of my photo ID and credit card. I can't risk sending copies of these documents cause I don't know you guys like that. I live in the US but when I call your California phone number, it is never picked up. I think there are numerous companies going by different names, but in reality belong to the same people. I have 2 ongoing issues with two companies namely Everbuying and TwinklDeals, both advertising on Facebook.
Both problems are unresolved one being a damaged item and the other one no delivery. The tickets submitted are identical but they deny any involvement with each other. This company sounds identical to the two mentioned and I would beware before purchasing. I have ordered many times from companies abroad and not had any problems, but the ones advertising on facebook are not reliable in my experience

Tip for consumers:
I have been asked how long it takes for delivery of items from abroad. There is no definitive answer to this, because it depends on the dispatch time and also customs and excise. I would say up to four weeks, but I have had items delivered from China within two weeks. In my experience I find that suppliers who dispatch immediately are reliable, those that don't are not, but of course there is no way of knowing until you place an order, other than looking at reviews about them beforehand.

Ordered 5 items got three, never received the other two and no acknowledgement from the company. This is a horrible place to make any kind of purchases. Their sizes are way out of of any sizing I have ever seen. Their XL would fit an 80lb teenager. Disgusting customer service. Do not purchase from this ripoff of a company.

I purchased a bandage dress that is nice but too big. I would like to exchange it but their website keeps getting a code validation error even though I input it correctly and the phone number goes to an answering machine. I have ordered through Sammydress because I think the merchandise is excellent quality. My problem with Sammydress is almost all the time I order expedited shipping and my merchandise never gets in on time. Twice it took 2 months for product and when I complained they said the item was out of stock, after waiting for 2 months. I stopped ordering expedited shipping because the merchandise never gets here on time.

In July of 2015 I ordered three shirts. Tracking showed a 2-3 week delivery time via China Post. The product never arrived. I subsequently moved and inquired about the shirts. Sammy Dress told me that because I had given them the wrong address they would do nothing. What? I later learned that US Postal Service did not deliver the product but returned it to SD. Customer service appeared helpful but did not even issue a credit. Imagine, the product was no longer available. That's all I wanted; ship it back out! Do yourself a favor. Buy from Amazon.

I can only give two stars at this time because my order came with three missing pieces and one stained dress. You guys never responded to my concern about the stained dress and ignored the issue and now I'm still waiting for my missing pieces that you promised to send. So far, not too happy. There were couple dresses I received that are very cute and like but overall I am not completely satisfied.

Facebook has been advertising Sammy Dress a lot, so I decided to try buying one shirt to test the site. It did take a really long time to get here, but they emailed me an item tracker, so I wasn't terribly annoyed about that. The thing that did annoy me is that the shirt doesn't fit. I am normally a medium shirt size, and I ordered large just to be safe, and the shirt is way too small for me. My arms don't fit the sleeves. I'm never ordering from here again.

My girlfriend and I made the dubious choice of buying several hundred dollars worth of clothing from sammydress. If you can ignore sammydress not having our sizes, and not having the stock (so we needed to wait), you can't ignore their website losing our order, and their staff hardly speaking any English. They hardly ever answer their phones, and the responses you get back from both their online customer disservice and their phone staff are barely intelligible, and almost completely ignore your questions and requests. This business is not setup to offer support. If you manage to get an item that fits you (very few of their sizes are as per their site's measurements), then you're lucky. They only feature reviews of happy clients on their site - I doubt any of these reviews are legit. You have to come to sites such as this one to get real feedback from real ex-customers.

On a positive note: the quality of the garments is decent, and my girlfriend likes many of the dresses she received from them. If you're willing to wait many many weeks and not get any sensible or helpful responses, then you can roll the dice and take your chances. Sammydress delete ALL your prior correspondence from their site's support tickets regularly and at their whim - so you'll need to keep a local record of all correspondence. I suspect that they're covering their rear ends to make it more difficult for you to get a refund.

Update (24 Mar 2016): After several mostly time wasting emails with sammydress, they refunded US$100 towards my order. This is a fraction of the total order value. Their inflated exorbitant postage charges boost their profit margins, while your return postage costs ensure that you'll never send anything back to them. They know this, and confirm this in conversations. So they're counting on you not returning anything. The only way in which to get a refund, even if partial like mine, is by posting a review as I have done on this site, or by paying via paypal and asking for a refund via paypal.

I cant honestly rate it completely yet, but I do know that it is taking a VERY LONG time to get to me. I am really disappointed in this. I wanted one of the things I ordered for an event for yesterday. It is very hard to try and get in touch with them and I haven't been able to yet. They sure do not take long to charge you and get paid for their services that they have not performed YET! I ordered 2 things a month ago

I purchased 2 shirts, they were cheap so should have known. XXL and the size that arrived could possible fit a China-man but he has to be small. Not very good quality, and no response contacting them, no address to ship back to etc I would advise people to stay away from this company. Thanks for your coment, but make sure that if you sell items to Europe that it is sized correctly as is... not good my friend.

I ordered a jacket and after about 2 weeks the order had not been processed and even with other sites although I didn't pay extra for fast shipping I had items within a week. They said the problem was do to high order volumes. What a load of bull! I canceled my order and ordered from Burlington and got just as good of a deal and it was less then a week before it came. I ended up calling PayPal so I could get a refund which I am still waiting for. :(

A lot of the merchandise is coming from China or Japan. Order sizes BIGGER than normal. It may take some time since it is again coming from over seas. Most of the stuff I have bought has been great others not so much. It's like a toss up every time you buy.
