I got carried away with all the cute pictures of their clothes and unfortunately ordered several hundred dollars worth. After FINALLY receiving my order (it was at least a month), NOTHING was wearable and I donated ALL of it to Goodwill. The material is CHEAP and the construction is shoddy. Threads were hanging everywhere and the hems were uneven. It was definitely a lesson learned for me. I have to suspect that any positive reviews for this company were written by the company itself.

I am from Malaysia and I love shopping online. Came across Sammy Dress by chance, and I was blown away by the variety of clothing and other stuff as well. The price is very reasonable even when I included shipping it was still cheaper than most of the clothes i get locally. I chose expedite shipping and got my items in 4 days. Very happy with the speedy delivery. I ordered three items and I looked closely at the measurements before ordering and thankfully all three items fit well! Please look at the measurements before ordering as I believe the sizes differ for different items. Mine varied from XL to 3XL. But as long as you know your measurements, it should be fine. Will definitely be shopping again with Sammy!

I order few stuff on october 15th 2015. They didn't provide any update till 1st of november. Finally i got half on my order after one and half month. When i opened the package I was like WTF, they send me a kids size jacket.
I ordered a large size mens jacket but the one they sent, won't even fit a 12 year old. I'm still waiting on my other stuff. They did not provide the tracking number also though i paid them $1.99 for tracking number. They came up with some bull$#*! explanation, saying my shipping money wasn't enough for the tracking number so they have to send it thru regular mail. Do Not Order from these guys unless you wanna waste your money.

Over 3 months and still did not receive shirts. Customer service now stopped answering my emails.

Really pissed off, i hate this company, ordered 12 items worth 200$ plus express shipping, they wont respond to me, theres no direct number to contact them directly, i want a refund that i will never get because i cant get ahold of them... GO LOOK AT ALL THE FACEBOOK COMMENTS... this site is fraudulent and needs to be shut down, note that ishop online ALOT and have never had these issues this is absaloutely insane they owe me 120$ for stuff i never recieved

I placed my order on November 12, and paid for expedited shipping so it would get to me on or before a certain date. On the website when I had purchased my item it had stated processing would take 3-5 business days. After a few grouchy emails and very generic, broken English responses it finally shipped out on the 12th business day. As I had missed my deadline for my items I had requested a refund for my expedited shipping (why would I pay more for fast shipping if it doesn't get to me in the promised time) they informed me that they could not refund me the shipping as thy have already paid the shipping company (runaround bs) Here's the funny part, they then offered me a whopping 8% off coupon... That means I would have to spend over $220.00 on their website in order for me to "save" the same amount I paid on my shipping. It really is laughable. I will NEVER buy from this site again and will be putting this review on every site possible. With the competitive online market, especially in China they cannot afford to keep making these ridiculous mistakes with so many people. It won't take long for them to be out of business

Please do not buy from this company.
I ordered what I thought was a lovely lace dress. What I got was a cheap nasty piece of rubbish. The dress was made from 2 different materials, lace on the bodice - as shown in the picture - but some nasty piece of material for the skirt that doesn't even match. Sizing was also completely wrong. When I asked for a refund I have had to go through over a week of sending photos, emails and other stupid pointless things and I am still no closer to getting my money back.
In short and being polite. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered some tops from the site and there was some issue with delivery. I contacted the site on the 22nd and have heard nothing back and seen no change in the status of my order. All told I put in 2 complaints and there seems to be no one dealing with this. I worked in retail myself and I can tell you the importance of good customer service, which is why this smacks of unprofessional behaviour. The fact that this site was the first to come up when I searched Sammy Dress complaints and that there were SO many negative reviews here is very disappointing. I will not be using this site again and I will be looking into how to get my money back because I won't pay for something that I never got.

This site sucks in every way possible. What do you expect from a company in China. I should have know better. Only shop in American stores.
