I had no problems receiving my items in a time frame I would expect from a shipment coming overseas. The items have all been well-made, and the clothing fit true to the measurements listed. SammyDress was even able to change the size of a dress I ordered after the order had already been placed and contacted me within 24 hours of my inquiry into this matter. Shipping takes a long time, but that's what you should expect when ordering from China!

I have place 5 orders totaling US$370 in the last 2 months. I am overall satisfied with my Sammydress experience as follows:
SERVICE: 4/5 stars
There were several popular items I had ordered that were out of stock. I received notification of this and was told I could either have a refund or wait until the item was restocked. I wanted my item so I chose to wait. I was informed when the items were restocked and shipped.
I emailed inquiries concerning product details for 4 items prior to placing my order. I received 2 responses only. I ordered the 2 products I received the information about but declined to order the other 2 due to lack of information.
I understand that Sammy has many suppliers and I appreciate that they quality check my items before shipping them to me. To me that quality assurance time is worthwhile as it circumvents any exchange hassles and future waste of my time.
PRODUCT: 5/5 stars
I am happy with all of my purchases.
CONCLUSION:
No new business is perfect and all companies need time and honest feedback to work out issues. I will continue to do business with Sammydress and wish them success.

"Sammydress is a great online shopping site. I ordered from them twice and never regret/ The price of the stuffs are really affordable and the quality of most of the items are acceptable. The costumer service do their best to help customers. I rated 4 star to them and drop one star because of the shipping process. The only thing that a bit bothers me is the shipping takes a long time (usually between 20-30 days). If the could be able to deliver items less that two weeks I can easily say that they would be the best."

The picture shows the real product! I love their Fashion in accesories and clothing variety! And what better than being cheap and not looking cheap!? If you have any questions they are fast to answer not like many websites I have been through. I even enjoy their Sammy Points when you purchase and/or review their product! Enjoy this website!

I had a very good experience with Sammy Dress. The prices are great and the clothes they sell are my style. I really enjoyed my purchases. I was surprised that because they are in China, that the customer service was great, they kept me informed about my items and the different tracking numbers. I had an item to exchange because they were out of something and they shipped it right out. I will be shopping there more offer.

It takes a while to ship but its cheap cost for a fairly high quality product. Plus the S points and rewards are really nice. I enjoy using sammydress.

"I recently place an order with Sammy Dress. I ordered 6 articles. Two articles arrived on time. Two other articles arrived a week later and two articles were out of stock. I have spent two weeks trying to get a refund or credit on the out of stock items but it is yet to be approved. Dealing with the customer service process is very time consuming and not customer friendly.

The articles of clothing I did receive are of good quality and a good buy. I am very happy with the merchandise although some items run extremely small. The company would do so much better if they improved their customer relations.

But with the price and quality of some of the merchandise I will order from them again. But now I know what to expect. I do recommend reading the reviews for the items when available. "
